From out of state over the phone, I placed an order for a big balloon arrangement to be delivered. From start to finish, Love of Character staff provided excellent customer service. The young woman on the phone took my order correctly, and I was sent an invoice by email that was easy to pay on-line. Since a balloon color I had ordered was out of stock, Maddy contacted me and emailed photos of several alternatives she thought would be good substitutes. She also made helpful suggestions for the best delivery day based on how long she knew the helium in the different sorts of balloons would last. The recipient of the balloons was thrilled with how fun and beautiful the balloons turned out. Maddy sent me a photo before delivery, and I agree they turned out great!! Wichita is lucky to have this professional, friendly and trustworthy business ... highly recommended!

The store is full of fun, quirky, pretty things! Employees where helpful and polite. Its an adorable shop. For me, the aesthetics of having things propped and stacked so that its engaging to look at, that also makes it very hard to actually see all the stock available. I kept knocking things over, which is kinda embarrassing, so eventually I just didnt want to touch the merchandise because it would create a domino effect.Its also the feature about the store that gives it that gorgeous small business feel, but it kept me from grabbing an item to actually purchase.

Although it is pretty snug with 30 people, this venue is quite the place for a party. The wallpaper is stunning. The tables and chairs provided are very modern. I wouldnt be too worried about it being in the back of their store front. There is a parking lot in the back, whereas street parking is very minimal. Trash must be brought to the back of the building, and there is only one bathroom available. It is not quite handicap accessible, but it should be easy to fit a wheelchair through the door. I would recommend this place for anyone with a small party.

Love of Character has so many charming and one-of-a-kind gifts that are perfect for individuals of all ages! I absolutely love this store and found the employees to be very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store for all your gift needs!!

As another small business owner in the community I admire all Love of Character does for their clients AND fellow business owners. Always friendly staff that is super helpful. We had our twins 2nd birthday party here and it was perfect! Great setting/lighting for quality photos. Perfectly sized room for 20-25 guests. We will always use Love of Character because they’re the BEST. I can’t leave a review w/o mentioning their super cute storefront. They have an adorable store with unique products you cant find anywhere else in Wichita.

I always find the CUTEST stuff at this store! Every time Im in town I have to stop here! The owner, Mary, really is in tune with what her customers need and is always so professional and friendly with every interaction.

We had a baby shower there it was great. They did all the decorations and the cups, silverware and plates. All we did was the food and drinks, we also had to do the table cloths. It was so easy and they had some great decorations that worked for pictures.
