Had my car wrapped. Good price. Print looks good. Quality of work leaves something to be desired.

I called and left a message with no response so I called again the next day. The lady that answered the phone interrupted me more than once before I could even finish explaining our situation. Rude and unprofessional.

We had meet with this company a few weeks ago and have been waiting on a sample that was supposed to be in two days after our meeting. Considering we was referred there I gave them the benifit of dought and called them. They said they can see the order for samples but no one could help. Not great business in my opinion. They never called to say the samples where delayed several weeks nothing. We will take our business elsewhere to a company who treated their clients better.

Our vehicles decals turned out great and the garments from our large apprel order not only looked amazing but were correct despite our requests for multiple sizes, varying garments and the need for different logos for different branches of our company. A US Logo employee was shipping boxes at the UPS store at Maple & Ridge without a mask. He made repeated trips inside and outside the store without mask on, and refused to put on mask. Im only doing this because I was sent an email by USLogo to fill out a Google Review. Here it is. I went in to request a quote on a small hat order (12). I received an email shortly after to fill out a Google Review even though I hadnt even received a quote yet. I picked out the hat style and color and said Id email my digitized image in shortly. I requested black hats with white stitched logos. Simple. I sent in 2 different sized digitized images that looked great and was told no problem. They made up a sample hat where the image didnt look the same as what I gave them. Some changes were requested and was told no problem and I then put my half down deposit.I was then told my digitized images were not ok. After talking to the people that made the image and that there was nothing wrong with it, I decided I wasnt going to pay to have USLogo digitize it for me and I requested to have a refund. I also received an email while trying to work out the image that my hats were done....that makes zero sense.So trying to avoid the refund hassle, I was given a deal to take the completed hats and agreed to that. I showed up yesterday to pick the hats up and what do I receive? A Blue hat with Black stitched logos........ I have zero faith in receiving what I ask for. Ill take my hat order elsewhere and get hats done RIGHT, the FIRST time. And Ill most likely donate these. What a waste of time. The lines of communication are great but how do you get Blue/Black out of someone asking for Black/White.Never again.
