I found what I wanted, and the pricing is great. I got 5 items for 41 dollars, which it may vary for what you buy. The cashier was also really nice. This is all I got to say about this store, I recommend 100%. You can find anything you want. There is any topic that you might want.

Used bookstore on the east side that has books, movies, vinyl, CDs, and other gifts. I always love being here because you never know what youre gonna find. My favorite is the History and Art sections. And I adding more to my vinyl collection everytime Im in here. All at a cheap price.

I am a little disappointed in my last visit there. I’m normally pretty okay with whatever they want to give me for the books I’m selling, since it’s usually because I just need some money. I recently went in and sold one sack of books and got $52 for it. Not too bad, since it was only one bag. What is sad, is the fact that three of the books that I sold are currently on their shelves with price tags ranging from $50 to $75 (I personally didn’t see them there, but my best friend saw them today. I also checked the website) If you must know what the books are, it’s the UK hardcover versions of the Nevernight Chronicles by Jay Kristoff. Those editions are very hard to find. I don’t know how the book buying world works for chain stores, but it is a little upsetting to find out something you sold because you were desperate for cash ended up being worth more money than you were even given. I guess what I want from this situation is to either go back in time and not sell them, or for them to start offering more when they very obviously know books are worth money. Will probably never sell there again, unfortunately.

Wow! Crazy good selection and decent prices!

Oh, this book store was wonderful!! I called them, originally, looking for old books from a gaming series that have been all but impossible to find & not only do they sell such books but they had one of them that I was looking for & they had 2 different copies, one of which was thee particular copy I was out to find!! I was ecstatic! They were willing to hold it for me (I believe they said theyd hold books for between 1 & 3 days?). When I went in they had the most beautiful store! Very clean, well lit.. good location. Easy parking, helpful, friendly staff & a HUGE selection!! I didnt have a whole lot of time to go digging they their books but I cannot wait to do just that! I will most certainly return! And the prices!! What can I say? Aptly named store!!

Good selection of books, records, music, board games and more!The main problem I had was with the staff, the entire time they were far more preoccupied with carrying on whatever conversation they were having than helping me or other customers.I understand if you have to discuss with a coworker for a minute for business, that’s understandable. But these employees we’re not doing that. They were hiding behind the counter facing away from us, despite the fact that we all made eye contact and we’re trying to get help.I found what I was looking for which was nice, and the store is kept clean and well stocked. But the customer service was bad.

Was much better pricing than at other store with same name! Interesting sales too. Left spending more than planned, cuz just couldnt pass some up! Staff was not very helpful or friendly though.

Had to give 1 star because none was not an option. I have deaf 3 year old who is medically exempt from wearing a mask. 2 reasons:1. To lip read2. For her safety since only communication is based off parents facial expressions / speaking.This store kicked us out because Irefused to cover my face ; form of communication. This is not only against my civil rights but also discrimination. Shame on you. And shame on you for making my kids feel like there is something wrong with them . The only thing wrong here is your business not supporting our constitutional rights.

I absolutely love this places! The selection of books is amazing! I sell books to them occasionally and get pretty decent offers for what I bring in. They have a pretty good selection of journals with dotted paper, which is a favorite of mine. I still have one of mine I purchased here 2.5 years ago so they last a while! They offer great discounts and have a lot, a lot of accessories for yourself, home, or your phone. Discounts are great with the great affordable prices!Would recommend to anyone with no questions asked.

An amazing place to get books. Only problem.....i have chronic asthma and was forced to wear a mask to shop. I ended up having to take a breathing treatment. Shouldnt force a person to potentially harm themselves to shop there.

Great place to look for older books and games.

Its okay, but be aware however they typically go up 5-10 bucks on whatever their selling. Example fallout 4 being a 10 buck game and they will sell it for 19.99 used. There are much better pricing elsewhere. However every now and again you can typically walk in and find something a particular store may not have. So theres that rare find aspect to shopping here. Its quiet, people seem friendly, and the employees are nice and helpful. Found a bunch of old school comics for a great price, buck or two a piece. Besides that, theres not much else to say, I do wish theyd open and expand an area to sit and read more often. Give people a place to go, read some chapters, hang with friends, drum up a bit of business with a coffee bar back there. Anyways just some thoughts.

Great store but stingy when it comes to selling them stuff. I had several CDs and books all in great condition. They said they were in poor condition and will only give me 4 bucks.

They give you a fair price and even take the books they dont need for recycling so you dont have to haul they back home!

I loved this place and wish there are more places like this. I walked out of here with about 10 different genre books. They also have games, music, and decorations. You could definitely get lost in the book aisles. The best thing about this place is a lot if the stuff is preloved and are in amazing condition. I highly recommend this place if you love books or are looking for vinyl and cds

Oh man. I used to go to one of these all the time in Texas, when my s.o. said there was one in Wichita I was so excited! They have a HUGE collection of practically anything you could want to read about, and also a large variety of other items (large vinyl collection, dvds, tarrot cards, stickers etc.) I ended up getting enough books to fill up a shelf at a SUPER great price. All of the books I found were in really good condition too. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back!

This is the best book store ever.

I like the half priced book stores, but this one is a bit on the small side. It has a modest selection for each genre and the store can be browsed through pretty quickly.

We walked in with our hearing impaired son. My wifes mask was down, to communicate, and was told she needed to have her mask on. We explained that the ordinance was very clear (page 6, section 3, subsection c) that she was exempt as our son needs to see lips to aid in communication. However, we were still run out. Never returning here again!

I love this store! Every time we visit the facility is well organized and clean. The staff is so helpful! I called up to see if they had a particular title. They did and held it for a couple days until I could pick up.

I absolutely love this store! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They offered to help me carry in my books without me asking. They dont pay a lot for books but they also do not charge a lot for books. I can get hard cover for under $10 and that is such a great deal. I also got an awesome Bob Ross bobble head as well for my desk. I highly recommend this store.Also if you cant find a book ask an employee they are always happy to help 😁

Really enjoyed the selection and tidiness. Its easier to shop than the old 1/2 Price Books that used to be at Harry & Oliver. Better organized and brightly lit. Books are reasonably priced and good quality.

Our family loves shopping here. We havent been in since the store reopened due to the pandemic. This last Saturday we brought in some books to sell. We didnt realize you had to have an appointment now. When the staff heard we drove in from over an hour away. They immediately said they would look @ our books & it was no problem. Great selection and great prices! the name suggested it was a used bookstore but I was happy to find that everything was new! There may be a used section but I was not made aware of it if so, I left with a new book. Staff was very helpful and there was also toys and gadgets for kids so we left with other things as well.

Pay little back on your books yet they keep all of them. $1.50 back on 7 books that were in good shape. No in store credit. You can’t find what you need, you take the small amount they give you. 10 books on my want to read list and they didn’t have 1. I gave up.

The books were in excellent condition and very well priced. I had 5 books and 1 dream catcher kit and only paid a little over $30. Wow! I love this bookstore!!!
