They say no haggle but theyre haggling with your monthly payment. When I finally got my loan papers the total loan amount was for the full amount plus tax and yet I put 3K down in hopes of lowering that payment. They also separate responsibilities of who sells, haggles your payment, signs and so forth so you only feel a little sting from each individual so theres not just one person to blame. I spent 5 hours waiting on paperwork and haggling the payment. I know the waiting game was part of it so I didnt pay attention to all the paper work at the end because I was ready to go home. Also,I dont know for sure but I feel like there might have been a bit of a bait and switch going on as well. Yes, I got a good vehicle out of it but for a bit more than expected. There other things that didnt set well too but to say the least, Ive had better car buying experiences. If using them be patient and consistently firm with what you want our of them.

If you want someone who actually cares and is trying to do good in this world. The sales member you need is Daniel Cruz. I give that young man a 10/10 which is hard. I’m not easily impressed but this guy did it. We (my wife and two younger boys both under 2 years old) went in and the team was so helpful. Cruz went beyond professional expectations and helped in every possible way. Weather it was helping to watch the boys or even eat some chick-fil-a. People, I cannot express how happy and honored I was to meet him. He was able to help my wife and I upgrade to a Cadillac SUV. Highly recommend this place. It’s worth a shot.

I am a 61 year old, small city, grandma. They knew I hated driving in Wichita. I was there all day and finally at 9 pm they drove up with a nice 2018 vehicle. It was financed at 10 percent. When I started to drive back in the dark I realized there was no cruise control. I really did not want a car that cost that much with no cruise control.I drove back the next day, was offered an add on cruise, or a choice of one car. My anxiety was so bad I signed whatever, I drove whatever with no choice, I just had to get home.Now, I am stuck with a car I dont like at 17 percent interest.I asked the bank why my interest went from 10 to 17 in one day. He said because the financial manager at the dealership told him I was a high risk.

Horrible experience, car was returned to them. They do not back their word and the finance man was an arrogant punk on the phone. his comment was you cost us money, I will be glad to take the car back and cancel the loan, they sold a car thats was in safe mode due to faulty air bags. I would not recommend. Buy at your own risk.

The key to a car that I have purchased less than a month ago had gotten stuck in the ignition. I was panicking after I had taken the car up to Autozone and the 2 guys working there could not get the key out either. I was afraid to leave the key in the car overnight and have the battery be dead in the morning. I called my salesman but he was showing a car. So, I called the dealership and was able to talk to Brayden Fox told him what was happening and he google the issue and found a solution to get the key out. Granted its only a temporary fix until I can get the car down to Wichita to get fixed. I am grateful that Brayden was able to help me out.

Walking trying to see how much my vehicle was worth. After telling them I was just looking at the moment and new what cars I was interested in and informed I would be back with a co-signer later on the same week they still decided to run credit without my knowledge and offered a car that I specifically said I did not want, and at the end after an hour and a half I walked out never knowing how much my car was worth for trade in. I will not be returning here as they did not care about my needs one bit.

Horrible they lie and tell you they have you in a car when really they arent sure. They took a down payment and cost me an extra 200$ on insurance for a car that supposedly didnt pass inspection which is why they couldnt sell it to me. Why were you trying to sell it in the first place than. I wouldnt be so mad but when it took a week and to tell me this and then you act like its all good until I get there to sign papers...plus I have to wait to get my down payment re-funded which is causing a late payment on the car I was supposed to tradingin. Just be careful what you believe and I wouldnt trust anything until you sign finance paperwork

Pay these guys a visit. I looked online for a bit before coming in so I had a good idea as to what I was looking for. Daniel Hernandez was the sales person, he was down to Earth and laid back. I had my 2y old niece and my wife with me. My niece was really good there and played some games they have. They also setup a place to Chrome cast so the little one didnt get bored. Matt, the man in the finance office, will not let you leave without knowing every single piece of paper you will and have signed along with providing a ton of useful information related to your finances and new vehicle.Vehicles at the dealership are priced fair and they WILL work with you. I feel like I must remind some who will read this is, that you can not expect to walk in and get the dealer to drop 10k off the price, but again these people will work with you, they are fair, not your typical buy here pay here lot that rebuilds wrecked cars in the back to keep the titles clean. Financing options are endless, and if you have bad credit like me they will work with you. Everything will be told and explained upfront before anything gets processed, (paperwork and anything applied to your trade if you have one).Overall an incredible experience, these guys put me in a truck I needed and wanted for a long time without any problems. Last thing I will add is that you must have all your ducks in a row. Bring any supporting documents and anything that will explain why and how your credit is in the position its in, along with income proof, they will work with everyone. I hope that this review will bring you in there and if it hasnt convinced you yet, let me just tell you that I bought a truck for over $50k with less than average credit around mid five hundreds because these guys really do help people.

Then I met with Dalton, who worked very hard and was extremely patient to find me a lender and a car that was a perfect match! The customer service here is unlike any! Super car guys got my email, phone number, and address wrong. We bought a car with a window issue that they did not disclose. I had to call the bank we are going through to see where our bill was/ why our bill hasn’t shown up. They continuously call and text us. MAYBE if they would’ve gotten our information right and given the bank the correct information I would be supportive. But they did not. They also did not put my name on the title and I bought the car and pay for it. They used my boyfriends name on the title. He has worse credit than I do. So I strongly suggest people to go to any other car lot than this one.

I purchased a vehicle from Super Car Guys. Daniel H. gave us the best experience. I have a 7 year old son with autism and he has a blast car shopping and eating the popcorn. Everyone welcomed us with open arms. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you guys so much!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The buying process went extremely smooth from start to finish. Our salesman(Daniel) was very helpful, but not pushy at all. Matt(finance) was very friendly and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Plus I cant say the popcorn and coffee werent awesome perks to receiving quite possibly the best customer service Ive received. Everyone was very helpful and friendly though and I would probably go back when my car is ready to be traded for an upgrade!

I came out looking for a Cadillac SUV. Chris Fontaine helped me. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV and was able to answer all of my questions.
