So far so good. I was able to find an identical replacement for an older rather uncommon phone after breaking one at work. These folks were able to swap everything over and it worked perfectly without any interruption at all. The price was reasonable and the work was quick. No complaints.

Fair price on the phone, however I saw when I got home that they had added a 3% fee for using my credit card which totaled $10. He never mentioned it on the purchase of the phone either. First and last time shopping there. What kind of shady nonsense is that!

I went in an hour before they closed and my phone needed a new charging port, but the salesman was very honest with me told me it just needed to be cleaned. He got it all fixed for me in like 15 min later I was out the door a very happy customer. I definitely will go back for any other electronic issues.

Worse place to go. Had them fix my I pad screen that was cracked. LCD was fine just the glass. Was about 25.00 higher then called said that the home button needed replaced. He did it but now the Touch ID won’t work and the button is lose and hardly works. Called said they could fix it for a price. What a rip off

Really appreciate hard working individuals doing their best to provide quality service and pricing. You need to consider these folks before just throwing your money to commissions for salesmen.

I entered the store with the employee behind the counter. He said nothing. He was working in something at the desk so I gave him grace and waited patiently. SCAM ALERT:I had a horrible experience and dont recommend them. They are not honest and I will not be going back to their store.

I went there and I bought my daughter a new phone. My first experience went fairly well. Employees were polite, professionals and pretty much what you should expect from a company you are giving your hard earned money too. Then it all started. The phone was not I was lead on to believe it was. I was on the understanding it was 32 gigs find out it is 16 gigs. Ok no big deal it is for my daughter. It was a full rebuild, which I was in aware of. Then all of sudden about 2 months after purchase we went down a certain creek with out a paddle. My daughter was on it sitting the back seat of my car and it just shut off. I called the place I bought it from to inform them of the situation. I was instantly told they only have a 1 month warranty on all the phones they sell. I was just like that is very convenient I thought. I kept talking to this individual, I would attempt to spell his name, but I could not even come close to spelling it. After arguing with this certain employee on the phone for about 10 minutes and just wanting to beat my head against the wall to make the dumb stop. I finally gave up. I was repeatedly informed about 9 times they only have 1 month warranty and I would be charged for them to look at it. I was not allowed to speak with any sort of manager or supervisor. I would rather change all of my toilet paper in my house to steal wool and bathe with poison ivy than give these people one more cent of my money.I heard back from the owner and he stated they would take care of the phone for free. I hope this is true and if so I will comeback repost and be more than happy to change my review.

Okay i have to write a bad review ... upset because I just wanted honesty but didnt get it. Note 3 I bought 3 weeks or so ago had water damage before I bought it and didnt know about it since I didnt look at phone well enough which is my fault. I did ask if anything is wrong with phone though and he said no. Not only water damage but also image burn also... I was ready to have a phone again and didnt look over it like I should have but as a business honesty is a must if you want repeat costumers and or more costumers. Also my phone is already acting up -_-... Dont go there.
