Very disappointed in this business. We’ve been trying for a few weeks to get the owner to let us know when he’s available at his store to drop off some items. He’s never returned any of my phone calls or emails. He returned one of my husband’s phone calls and one email and then nothing. Maybe he doesn’t work with women? In any case, now we have no trust that they’d actually take care of our items let alone ever pay us if they did sell. I do not recommend this company.
Came all the way from Goddard, made sure to set an appointment with them and they stayed open late to accommodate my schedule. They were very helpful, definitely know thier stuff and though they couldnt take all of my items some of what they did take sold in the first week! Really great service, much better than trying to sell it yourself!

My family dropped off tons of nascar stuff that was my dads. Hes passed away. We never got any communication with them and when we reached out they never called back. Hundreds of dollars of stuff just gone. Beware of this company. Its been a couple years, so maybe new ownership? Hopefully?
It took 6 months, but I knew if I held out for the right buyer, it would sell... sure enough, it did. Got what I was asking for WITHOUT compromise. My item went all the way to Iceland! It made me proud to find a buyer who would care for it as much as I did. Thanks for all your help!
Submitted approximately 22 full sets of ST items. Received payment for the 14 that sold. Numerous voicemails left regarding the remaining sets about the status, told the remaining ones were sold but have yet to receive payment for those. I guess the consignment fee was 100% on those. Will handle my own sales, which I would highly recommend that you do the same.

Initially talked with John and described the vintage jadeite dishes I had among 4 other storage tubs full of various antiques. John seemed very enthusiastic and encouraged me to come by. Upon arriving, the Mrs. Came outside to my cart and said no sale

John has always been helpful and knowledgeable on the items I have taken to them. Over the last few years I have dropped off a couple of dozen items and the entire crew at E-Drop is always friendly, professional and brings in great prices.
I have been a loyal patron of eDrop for the last several years and they have been great. Love being able to bring our collectibles to them and they take care of selling them for us. Very friendly and helpful management. Have always been happy with their services!

The owners are dedicated to making your experience great. They do the research required to price your items and follow the process through to the sale and getting your payment to you. I could not have been more impressed.
Will NEVER do business here again. Was charged a deposit which Ive never seen again. Multiple calls to try to get money for items sold. Ended up pulling all but 3 items that had sold. Had to beg for invoice which I was told John would provide when he sent my check(s). Never happened. Was told I would be called when an item sold or if price needed to be dropped. Never happened! I never heard from them. Had to initiate ALL calls or probably never would have heard from anyone. Took multiple calls & way longer than told to get ANY money. Then was told prices had been dropped on 2 out of 3 items sold & they took 38% for selling on top of the deposit I left! Always excuses and lies when Id call. Not enough room here to detail how bad the experience was & would not have given them 1 star but it was only way to get to write a review.
Beware!!! Read the fine print! I took Blakes word on the payoff distribution and the contract was way different from what he said in person. Blake told me that I would receive more than I did. I had to put down a deposit( that I lost, its in the fine print.) There was absolutely no communication from them at all. I saw that the item sold and had to make four trips down there in person to finally get paid. It took 30 days after the sale to get paid, Blake told me face to face it would take 10 days. And the kicker is I received less than half of the selling price for all the trouble I had dealing with them.Beware! I think the positive reviews are suspect in my opinion.
Ive gone to the physical store location 3 times based on when Google says theyre open and called 5 times and no one answers and theyve been closed every time. Theyve had the same sign on the door saying theyre making an edrop and sorry for the inconvenience...
Excellent service. They sold a number of items for us since we were downsizing. Most sold within the first 2 weeks and for MORE than we were asking! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Just sold two more items with them, GREAT JOB, thanks!!!
No communication, then does not followup as discussed. The only reason I am giving them a generous 2 star review - we did eventually get the money for the item we sold (over $500). 2 months after it was promised and we followed up about 6 different times. Selling item was not easy, a ton of hassle and follow up on our part. In reply to Businesses response. It took over a year to sell the very high quality item we wanted to get sold, we dropped the price several times as well. The money for the sold item was promised in March and we received May 29.
My wife and I recently brought in a large lot of items and have been VERY pleased with the results. The new owners are VERY professional, they were ALWAYS open when we called or dropped by and were very professional. Their new website is much improved over the old one and we were paid in a timely manner and all was as promised. The previous owners may have had some issues but we would HIGHLY recommend edrop to anyone!

You could not find a better place to sell items you no longer need.They are also very knowledgeable. Will consign with them again and will continue buying from this as well.
Owners seem to find it appropriate to send messages advertising their business if you post anything on a local marketplace. People choose to sell items themselves to avoid paying obnoxiously large fees to companies such as this and plenty are not clueless enough about their property to need assistance in selling. That insinuation alone is fairly insulting. I would reccomend finding more appropriate ways to advertise your services than messaging them to someone already selling their items. Pay for an ad, like every other business!!!EDIT: Via owner response, you can see exactly what youre dealing with. Pushy individuals who dont grasp the concept of soliciting business in a professional manner, IE not bothering individuals who didnt seek their services. Beyond soliciting business in such an unprofessional manner, years of poor reviews show exactly what their business is about.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! I will NEVER use this business (and I use the term loosely) again. I dropped off an item for them to sell on eBay and never heard from them. Fortunately I followed it on my eBay and knew when it had sold, when it was paid for, AND even read the feedback the buyer left. When I inquired well after a month of it selling Marlena flat out lied to me, telling me first it had not sold, then it HAD sold but they hadnt been paid and it was in a dispute. She also told me she couldnt look it up on the computer because her partner did all that. I would have confronted her on the spot but figured I would not get any of my money if I had. She said she would have him call me. I waited 2 days for him to call me and finally had to call myself. He said he never got the message. Gave me the same run around. A den of LIARS. I had to call back one more time before I received my money. I have never seen such a pathetically run store in all my life. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
When has ANYONE EVER been here to work at 10:00 AM? Seriously no one is every at this stupid store until 10:15 or 10:30am, which to me is bad business. SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldnt trust them selling anything for me because if someone wanted to buy it and they saw the store was closed you just lost a sale. I even went to their next door neighbor and asked when the store opened to which they said we never know, they come and go as they please which definitely is the truth. Dont post BUSINESS HOURS if you never plan on actually being there!!!!!!!!

My friend referred me to edrop after I was overwhelmed on what to do with my sisters stuff after she had passed away. I went there to check it out and they were so helpful! Very nice people and they were honest on what they knew would sell on their websites and what wouldnt sell. I took the rest of my sisters things that they knew wouldnt sell well to the goodwill and Im going to write that off on my taxes which is a plus! A few months later I got a call from edrop letting me know all of my sisters things sold! I was so happy and then got a check in the mail a short while after the phone call. Very nice and convenient place if you dont have the time or energy to sell stuff yourself! Thank you edrop!
You are better off selling your item yourself.I brought an item in to be sold. I was told that it would be listed for a seven day auction. I would be able to see the listings by the next evening to see the bids and such.I called back after 3 days because I could not find my item listed. I was rudely and hurriedly told that my item had sold the first night. Thats great and all... but that is NOT a seven day auction, which is what I was told. I never saw a listing, people bidding, or who bought the item either. It just sold in a day. Ok cool, but dont tell me Ill be able to watch the listings and itll be a 7 day auction if youre going to sell it that way. I was also told that a check would be issued in approximately 10 business days (to allow the buyer to receive/inspect the item).Three weeks later I called and asked if the check had been sent. It had not. No apology was offered for my having to call about something that I was told was going to happen automatically. Instead, I was rudely told it would be sent shortly and essentially hung up on by Blake.Five days after that a check arrived. It was printed on plain paper and unreadable by a MICR scanner. After trying several places, I just went to Intrust (the issuer) and was fortunate to find a patient lady who spent 20 minutes getting the check to cash. Seriously? Plain paper for a check?Did the business do what it said it would do? Sure. But every step of the process was inconsistent with what I was told and everything was delayed.

Terrible people to do business with. They will not tell you where or when your items are listed or what they sell for. They say they will mail a check 10 days after the item ends, but it takes several calls weeks later and they are very rude and dismissive as well. When payment does finally arrive, it is a fraction of what was expected. If you are considering taking anything to these people, do yourself a favor and set it on fire instead to save yourself the hassle.
