Amazing customer service! Had to take my mom to get a new phone, hers was an absolute dinosaur, slider with no touchscreen, a decade old, the guys there were so patient and amazing! I totally recommend this location!

This is just a review for the one on West St in Wichita. Worst customer service Ive had in a long time. Didnt even want to try to help me. I spoke with customer care online they told me to take my product into a store and the lady at the store referred me back to online. I was thinking of switching all five of my lines to T-Mobile but I will be canceling after today.

Go in and see my guys Ethan & Nigel. I needed to add a line and 2 watches. They helped me change my plan to something better and more cost efficient. Talked to me like I was a person and not someone just trying to get a sale. Thank you for your honesty, fantastic service and great conversation. My family walked in the store coming from another one because the first one didnt have the phone in stock I wanted. One employee was busy helping people. The other employee, a younger boy, was sitting on a stool behind the counter with ear buds in. We walked around and stood there for over 10 minutes with not a single word said to us. We went out of our way, with a toddler in tow, to get this phone and got completely ignored. Not even a welcome when coming through the door. These smaller T-Mobile stores have horrible employees. This never happens at the New Market location. We are now going to speak with another carrier after 20+ years of being at T-Mobile, very sad.

Didnt have any tmo Tuesday towels. Sales reps had no name tags. Sales reps were giving misinformation about the functionality of Google device protection which could have resulted in me being billed 700 for a device I turned in.

I have never been more frustrated with the lack of customer service. I went in to upgrade my phone on Monday. They told me I needed to do a couple of things with my account, but I could get $850 towards a new phone when I traded in my iphone 11. They never mentioned that the promotion ended that day. I literally could have taken care of everything, gone back later that day, and gotten a free iphone 12. But instead, I went back 1 day later and they said Oh sorry. That promotion is over. You wont get anything for your iphone 11. Awesome. Thanks. Im so glad that I made two trips here for nothing. The people were friendly...but this was the most ridiculous thing.

I cannot stress enough how poor the customer service is... I did a walk in and they told me it would be an hour and a half. no problem, i waited in my car. i received a text saying it was my turn so i went inside. they told me that text sent on accident and it would be another hour and a half. they didnt tell me it was my turn till 4 hours from when i originally came in. absolutely horrible customer service!

Geoffrey was great! He helped me find a phone and even spent time with me making sure I knew how to use it! I’m not very tech savvy so it really meant a lot for him to spend some time showing me how to use it instead of sending me on my way with a phone clueless on how to use it! He was extremely friendly and made the whole phone buying thing a lot easier compared to past experiences! Thanks a million Geoffrey!

Whew! I upgraded from my old phone to another phone and it took over 4 hours. Kayla and several others were helpful the entire time. I had problems the next day with messages not sending and some lost contacts, but Kayla continued to work with me to alleviate this problem as well except for random missing contacts. It’s crazy that it takes SO long to do this, but the service was there each step of the way. Thank you all for your continued help and kindness.

Jeffrey and Jace were excellent help. Best customer service I’ve ever received. They really seem to care about every customer! The wait was a little long yesterday but they only had two people working.. but they made me feel welcomed as soon as I came in and answered all my questions when about my phone that I ordered online. Will be coming back here for any of my Sprint needs and will be doing all my business there from now on!

Your experience with this store will be wildly different depending on whether you call there or visit in person. If you visit in person, youre likely to have a good experience and receive assistance from a competent representative. However if you *call*, you can fully expect for your call to NOT be answered and for your voice mail to NOT be returned.My recommendation is to visit in person.This would be a 5 star review if I could ever get someone there to call me back.

My purpose for coming into the store was just a simple bill pay but I received so much more. She offered to give me a free bill analysis which was very thoughtful of her. It turned out that I had multiple third party charges on my bill that added up to $12 dollars a month. Thats $144 a year! She called customer care for me and had the charges reversed. Donna is so thoughtful and kind.I live in Derby but I will be driving all the way to this store to satisfy all of my Sprint needs because I know I will be taken care of.

So my phone gets stolen, I have insurance. Sprint says, you still have to pay for the phone, the service for that phone and in order to get a new phone you have to add an additional line and pay for that phones as well, then when the lease is up I now have to pay an additional charge to own the phone (Yes the phone that was stolen).

This is a third party vendor. This is not a corporate store. You dont know until you go to a REAL sprint store and they let me know. I blame sprint for this. Dear Sprint how would I know if this is a corporate store the sign on the buildings are the same???? Every sprint store is different and you just dont know who you can trust with Sprint. This place said my phone was no good. I had them check the battery as well and they said the battery is fine. Then I went to a REAL Sprint store on Seneca street and they help me. tested the battery no good. So they tried a different battery and its amazing my phone worked. They told me at this fake sprint store that phone would never power on again. Wanted to just sell me a new phone. Nice try suckers. Warning avoid this fake store.

My mom and I went I to Sprint on Seneca a staff member on Seneca without even listening to my issue told me I had to go to anApple store. Knowledgeable staff gave honest opinions about various phones. Corrected multiple crippling issues on my phone so I didnt have to buy a new one. Installed a new battery free of charge. I wish my Sprint stores back home were this good!

Worst company ever. When I switched to Sprint from boost mobile they down graded me to a older phone than what I had. Then sale rep sent all my information from my old phone to Google without asking me, I didnt want my information going to Google. Sales rep didnt give information on promo for hulu, so I thought it was the hulu plus. No it was the basic on that I already had. Phone bill was to be 124.00 a month, no close to 200.00 1st month, some bull of 1 time fee. Second month around 180.00. Then I had it set to 105.00 cuz I had them take alot of features off I set up for automatic with draw. I only authorize 105.00 to be taken out. Im no longer with Sprint and returning outdated phones that they put me into and before I could ship them back they took 392.89 out my account. After the fact Im no longer a customer. I never authorize for them to take out more than 105.0p and they took it upon themselves to take out more than agreed. Now Im with Metro PC, Im so much happier! Up to date phone LG5, Amazon Prime, music is much better than what Sprint had to offer. Sprint music didnt have artist that I like. Went to K.C yesterday and I was expecting my service to drop as well as my music like it usually does with Sprint on my way up there, but it didnt at all. Im so much happier with Metro P.C. than I have ever been with Sprint! I have been unsatisfied with Sprint since day 1!!!!!!

Absolutely worst service I have ever received at a Sprint store. Not a corporate store and it shows, they had no clue what was happening. Ended up going to corporate store to fix everything they messed up with my plan. NEVER go to a Sprint store that is not corporately owned again, if you do youll regret it every time. I now have to wait over a week for the results to get worked out.

Sprint Customer since 2000.We went to buy one phone. They offered Buy one get one free. We thought we were getting a free phone. At the end of the purchase they required us to activated both phones. They did not explain all Costs involved. They did not show us the contract/lease.It Was a digital Signature Which was transfered to the lease/contract electronically.Now we are paying an extra $40/month for another line. Went to cancel the extra line and there is a $400 cancellation fee, of course. So I paid the phone off in full for $658 and I had to cancel the extra line myself because they could not do it at the store.Today, I called sprint to unlock the extra phone so I can resell it.I found out the Buy one get one promotion was cancelled since I paid my phone off in full.Now I am paying for both phones $1600.00Not free After All.Spoke with Sprint and they said very sorry. $40/creditThis misadventure so far has cost me at least an extra $848I am still paying for the original Iphone8.Wasted Days of my time on the phone and in the store with Sprint.Do not get the Flex lease at Sprint! Its not Flexible.Just buy a phone outright its not worth the hassle.

They wasted 30 minutes of our time, just to pretend to call another store. We could hear the prerecorded message as the tech pretended to talk to a person. Was probably the saddest thing weve ever seen anybody in the service industry do. Dont waste your time, just go to the store at Pawnee and Seneca. They know theyre stuff.

Very unprofessional staff and management, the setup of my account and service was not done effectively and cause several problems with my bill before my first month of service was even over. They are not respectful of customers time or their concerns and actually laigh at customers with complaints.This is a third party store and we had to go to a real Sprint store to get our issues resolved. We have spent a total of 10hrs in this whole phone process.
