The staff that helped my son build his Raptor did AMAZING! He was kind of apprehensive and feeling shy, but she was able to get him to partake in the process and he LOVED it!!

I go once a year every year for Christmas. This year really shows the staff care and take precautions to stay safe and keep customers as safe as possible. Awesome service, great staff, and great experience.

Do not go on a weekend. Only two of five workers actually working. One person with no breaks stuffing animals the other controlling door. Sad display of in store Management.

Fun for kids. Bit pricey but okay if it makes sm1 happy.

We were the only people in the store and the two workers could not be bothered to stop talking to each other to reply to anything we asked, or even greet us we stood at the entrance for a minute right in front of them before we had to ask them ourselves if we could even enter. When they finally could be bothered to speak they were both very rude and cold.

I understand Covid restrictions, but, to only allow 25 people in at a time is ridiculous!! You allow 25 people In but nobody is wearing masks. So why the limit if no mask wearing is required by you???

The Covid restrictions have made very long waits, forcing customers to bunch up.

I have never had a bad experience at BAB! Staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have lots of animals at diffrent price points. Even their cheapest bear is very high quality. Of all the stuffed animals my little has, the BAB are always the go tos when the late night snuggle is needed!

Enjoyed visiting/watching my grandson build your age birthday bear here. I was very pleased with the full sized bear offered for this particular event as well. Build a bear workshop helped make my grandsons birthday a little better. I recommend doing this if available.

We enjoyed our visit with our 6mo old. The associates were very friendly and so interactive with her even as a baby. We look forward to going back as she gets older to accessorize her rainbow kitty 😺

I got my kiddos 1 bear each and the lady helping us was very loving. Even the oldest had the best time (Shes 12) she really got all of them to believe the bears had life. Especially when they added the heartbeat. The looks on all the kids faces were priceless. Literally all the kids in the store were having a blast. 10/10

Employees were wonderful with all of the children. They were very helpful and made it a pleasant experience for everyone. This was our first visit but we will be going back.

If I could rate less then 1 star I would this store is not nice to their adult customers they are nice to younger kids but I went in 3 weeks ago to get a plushie they where rude and I didnt really feel welcome pretty much like every time I have ever went into build a bear after I turned 18 I am a kid at heart but the employees make me not want to shop there anymore and to post on all social media on how rude they are to customers. I have emailed the company but it seems like they dont care

Daughter loved it, but did get overwhelmed with the sales questions. I always like how they have a good selection of teddies to suit all types of kids. My daughter isnt a princess girl but loves her superheroes. A good selection of Star Wars and Superhero clothing and bears as well as the normal types.

Staff did a great job navigating this pandemic while still keeping the store open.

I had the BEST time with my Grandson getting his 1st Birthday Bear made. I Love the way they involved him in the making of his Bear.

My kids love build a bear. Very fun experience. Just wish it wasnt quite so pricey.

The lady went over & above to help us out. We have never been to a build a bear & she went right along helping my 1 yr old grandson on picking a stuff animal out. Then she let him help run the machine & put the heart inside of it.

Very friendly staff and my kids love bringing their bears in to get new clothes and accessories.

Coming here was a BLAST for the kids, but its slightly expensive and the line sometimes takes a while. But it’s all good if you use a coupon and have a friend to talk to .
