Everytime time I come in... Service is great! Pipe selection is pretty good.. Not the best... Pipe tobacco is pretty decent as well. But the cigar selection is amazing!Fuzzy (thats what he said his name is) talked me into a cigar Id not yet tried. It was probably in the top 3 Ive ever had . My Fathers or something like that. Amazing cigar!Cant go wrong with gifts for the hubby or man either. They have some great items.Go take a look! Plus Jacobs Liquor is in the same doorway (literally) so its a double win! Get your favorite cigar and some top shelf Scotch!

I was in shopping for pipe tobacco. Very pleasantly surprised at their selection! Ive been back a few times over several weeks and the staff has always been super friendly.

Cigar Chateau has an excellent selection of fine pipe tobacco and cigars. This is my go-to tobacconist in Wichita when I need to restock my cellar. They are very knowledgeable and provide curteous and friendly service. I highly recommend visiting the location at North Rock Road next time you need quality products and service!

I love this place. If you are in Wichita, Kansas or anywhere near wichita, Cigar Chateau offers the best service and selection. The Diamond Crown Lounge is also wonderful - best seats and ventilation in Wichita. Also, if you smoke pipes, Cigar Chateau has a huge selection of pipes and pipe tobacco.They provide phenomenal customer service. Great cigar shop!

I am sure glad that all the reviews on here are from men, all saying how nice they are. They are not friendly or nice to women that go in there. I know what I need to get and they act like even asking me if they can help is a huge inconvenience. I always spend $100.00 or more, but this last time I went, Im done! I will give my money to a place that appreciates all customers, not just men. Oh, and apologizing to the old guy in there because you said you had to help me and take my $128.00. NO, you did not have to hover over me and watch my every move when I knew exactly what my husband I want. Also, I wouldnt be in there if I couldnt afford to be in there. You people are jerks!
