Has a decent selection of crystals but not so much with the books about them. Has crystals, some astrology, witchcraft items, daggers hippie stuff and more. Will be going back to see more.

Place has changed a lot. Love what theyve done, but disappointed I cant get my album cover paintings for the wall anymore. Went in to get another Pink Floyd album cover wall hanging.

Every time we come to Wichita we go to the third plant my husband favorite store and yes we buy something there every time.

Absolutely the rudest place I have ever been in. They are always rude. Today I have a friend visiting from out of town who was looking for memorabilia. While he was looking to purchase some knives and such in the sword section I noticed they had a penny pincher machine. I don’t usually carry cash or change so my resources were scant so I asked the guy at the register if I could exchange 2 dimes and a nickel for a quarter as I was one shy. He told me no they have a quarter shortage with the most hateful look than said… “I’m not joking”. I don’t know why I continue to go into this horrible place. The stuff is cool but expensive and I can get it cheaper elsewhere and the service always sucks. Unless you are looking to be treated as sub human I do not recommend going here.

The folks at 3rd planet are always professional and friendly. I really appreciate the staff when I decide to pop in.

I found some Jet! Its hard to get in my area. They are practicing the social distancing safety so dont be surprised. They are inexpensive and their staff knows their stuff. I was having anxiety and the clerk helped me. I will be back! I cant remember her name but she was an african American young female. She was great. For the most pay, their staff was welcoming and personable. Loved my experience! I will be back.

Love the variety in just about everything sold in store from stones, to pipes, mugs, clothing and other novelty items. Customer service is great here it is a place you can go and can tell the employees love their jobs and are fairly knowledgeable in the sections they work in! Dont be shy to ask questions!

I always love the different assortment of things to purchase here and the uniqueness of them. Currently there is a max limit of people allowed in at once and masks are required but it didnt affect the experience. I recommend for those who like the different ☺️

They have a ton of cool stuff. Heres a tip though, asking me “ finding everything your looking for?!” Every 2 minutes by everyone there is annoying! NO Im not finding anything because Im spending all my time answering questions.i asked to look at a knife in the display case and the girl took it out and thought it necessary to give me a rundown of everything anout the history of the CO. that makes it before handing it to me….please people, dial it back just a tad.

Always friendly staff, and with their newly expand crystal section, theres a huge selection of gems. The prices are a little high for what they offer, but I dont go anywhere else when I need to stock up on incense or spell candles

Really great place with great atmosphere. The workers are always so welcoming and helpful. They always have products I can’t resist buying. Also I love how supported and safe I feel.Just wish they unforced the mask rule a bit because me and my family are a bit higher risk. Other than that it’s 10/10. Amazing place. Would recommend.

The store was doing a brisk business. Masks were mandatory. Appreciated that. I took my 17 year old grandson to look for his Christmas gift. Great place for his age.

Normally I do not give bad reviews for places I like to go to. The problem today was somebody answered the phone and then refused to let me speak to the person I was trying to call. He didn’t say, “no, I’m sorry, so-in-so is not here or “so-in-so is busy, can I take a message” or anything else like that. I mean this guy started giving me the third degree like I was in a scene from A Few Good Men. He said “we are just trying to protect our employees.” And I said, sarcastically, “protection from what? A phone call?” and then the dude says “you have to call back another time” and then hung up.To the person to whom I was talking, your projection of strength just fell flat with the loss of a customer.You work for and at The Third Planet. You’re supposed to be cool and laid-back.
