Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I tried for over an hour from 10am -11am. Then throughout the day. No answer at all! I called the West side store to see if they had a number change and the number was verified. Disappointed…will have to make the 30 minute drive one way to see if they have a certain hat. Uggh!

The selection, quality, and style has poorly dropped alot. I buy 10 to 15 hats a year for me and my sons and recently started buying them online . My oldest son and I was at the mall and decided to go in and see what was there. I believe we will just keep ordering them 😆

Like there hat deals. The other sport stores in the mall dont offer buy one and get the 2nd half price. The manager Ronni at the west mall lids really takes care of his customers and shows his appreciation.

Had to wait a considerable amount of time for a simple, off-the-shelf purchase. The store went from three customers waiting to seven while I was there. The employee was doing his best - but, if its that busy on what was otherwise a dead night at the mall, you need to get him some help.I could have bought the hat cheaper online, and only chose Lids so I could have it immediately. It defeats your one advantage if I could have had the hat delivered to my house faster than I got service.

With three boys we are always stoping in to see what they have in thats new. There is a wish list from each one of the boys so I know that I cant go wrong. Always have a friendly helpful staff to help me make unsure dissions.

I just got back from this store and will be back many more times. Tyler at Lids in the east mall is the man! We had lost the files of our custom images to use for the custom embroidered hats but he had them saved. Tyler gave us exceptional service and really got us out of bind, cannot be more please with the level of service he provided. Thank you Tyler!

Poor customer service. Went to exchange a hat for the exact same hat because the stitching was weird on the one I originally purchased. The one I was returning had a security tag on it when I tried it on so it wasnt true to size. The associate who was working when I went for an exchange was trying to charge me because they have a different deal happening currently then when I went originally... This does not matter because it is an exchange for the exact same hat. This person did not understand that and would only let me leave with the new hat if I paid the difference. Needless to say I left (without paying for an exchange) and wont be back to this location considering I drove across town just for this exchange.
