I use lift parts exclusively for all of my forklift needs. If they dont have the part you need Tom can get it for you ASAP! There are a lot of forklift companies in town, and LIFT PARTS is the only one I go to, because I get great service, good solutions to problems, and fast parts availability. Thanks guys !! The service department did a bunch of work recently to our companys forklift and it is working really well now!! Jeff, in service, took great care of us! Highly recommend using these guys! Thank you for all your help

Piss poor parts department,even worse parts manager.full of nothing but excuses.pretty sad when you give them model and serial number then receive incorrect parts and since youve prepaid them they all of a sudden come down with amnesia and apparently they dont have a working phone to return calls. Save yourself some time and trouble do business elsewhere

Had them rebuild the boom on our telehandler. They did an awful job. Had parts falling out of the boom within 4 machine hours. They wouldnt back their work. Paid a lot of money for the job and we were left with a messed up boom still.
