Excellent service department. A little expensive but thats to be expected when you use genuine parts factory and labor. Work is quick and they always give you a loaner when the work is going to take more than an hour.The sales department is also remarkable. No pressure tactics despite the market being so hot. Genuinely respectful and pleasant people who get to know you a little bit without trying to cram a car down your throat the whole time. Joy has been especially helpful on multiple car shopping occasions.All around a warm and inviting place!
I purchased a NEW 2021 Touring Ascent. The sound system has never worked properly. Subaru is still unable to fix the issue. The people working there are wonderful. The cars are not.

Efficient, prompt, and helpful. Although their estimate to fix my broken mirror was quite high, and I chose not to have them fix it, I was not pressured to have them do the work. I have taken my car there several times, and have been pleased with the overall experience. They have been honest with me each time.
Went in to check out a new Crosstrek but wasn’t ready to buy. They continued to constantly contact my wife about buying the car; which is fine as that’s what car salesmen do. They had my wife come in by herself and then tried to pressure my wife into selling her car to them instead of us selling it, but we had it lined up to sell our car. We came in two weeks later once we had sold our car and the Crosstrek was suddenly $2000 more and to upgrade the speakers went up to $1000 from $800. I asked for a price breakdown, they wouldn’t give it to me. They then tried to rip us off on the first offer. We rejected and they found a way to “save” money. We ended up rejecting all offers and leaving. We went to Brunswick Subaru and got the Crosstrek for the exact price that it should sell for. The prices hadn’t gone up and the speaker installation was $600 there. We won’t consider going to any Ganley after our experience there.
I spent a couple of hours this afternoon test driving and looking at WRXs at Ganley Subaru East. Brian was my salesman. My experience was great-- there was zero pressure and Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable, and when he didnt know the answer, he found someone who did. I am not yet at the point of purchasing, but I had such a positive experience with Brian as well as Ken that I wanted to share. Today was very enjoyable and if I end up going with a Subaru I will be buying it at Ganley East. Thanks Brian!

Let me first start by saying, I was not sure I even wanted a Subaru when I walked into the dealership. I had heard plenty of good things about them such as safety features and gas mileage. Regardless, I was pretty convinced I wanted something else. It was my first car that I was buying for myself so I wanted it to be perfect. I had the pleasure of working with an Ashley Houston who was one of the associates working the floor that day. From the moment we started working together, she put my mind at ease, comparing vehicles from Subaru to those I was considering purchasing and showing me how all the features compared or were even better than the cars I was looking at. She was kind and caring and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. She really listened to what I had to say and perfectly matched that in the Impreza we picked off the lot. At one point, she was even willing to have a car from a dealership about 80 miles away get shipped here so that I could have my dream vehicle. Visited the service center for routine maintenance I scheduled. As always, great service and great work done. I probably could get things done cheaper elsewhere, but so far theyve always taken great care of me and my vehicle. Bought my car from here too - highly recommend.
I purchased a used car the beginning of January and have had nothing but problems ever since. My sales person was James who was initially nice and helpful until after the car was purchased. There was some body damage to the front of the car I got a written agreement for the damages to be fixed 6 months later and still nothing done. After 2 days of driving the vehicle the front tire began to feel funny I took it back to the dealership and was told by James that the car had been sitting for awhile and it was a flat spot in the tire and to continue driving it to smooth it out. Drove it for almost a week before I took it to the dealership and it was a belt broke in the tire. The dealership also mentioned that all 4 tires were unsafe and needed to be replaced. Just recently I had the serpentine and water pump belts break and also a tensioner and pulley had to replaced over $1200 worth or work. Once that was completed I was told that under the damaged bumper the hybrid generator had been damaged and it also needed to be replaced. I got the run around for weeks with the used car manager. I went in to speak with the general manager that agreed to fix the hybrid generator after an intense discussion. Once the repairs were made I have been unable to reach anyone I’m either left on hold or put to voicemail. I am incredibly frustrated and appalled by the treatment I have been given. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The folks at Ganley are always helpful and friendly. They do quality work and dont try to sell you something you dont need. I highly recommend them for any repair work or if you are in the market for a new car.

Just purchased a car there tonight and they ranted about how great the car was maintained and they justed serviced it. But before taking the car for the test drive we noted the back wiper blade needed replaced the sales guy stated it would be replaced. On the way home I noticed before pulling out of the lot it also needed a rear running light. Now I am beginning to wonder just how well it was serviced. Also took they over 3 hours to complete everything. Disappointed in the trade in they gave us for out truck. I was not impressed.
Had regular maintenance done, oil change,tire rotation and inspection. Service was good and staff friendly. Everyone worked together very well.
What an absolutely amazing experience. Matt was wonderful, very knowledgeable and so friendly...felt like I had known him for years. He spent the time with us to get to know what we were looking for. I took my car in for a problem with the ac after just 6 months of having it, after keeping my car for 4 days the service center said there was nothing wrong and they couldnt find any issues. Now that it is the heat of summer my ac still isnt working. Ive had great experiences in the past but I will not be going back for any services.

All I can say is WOW! We worked with Ashley in buying a new family vehicle. From the get go, we told her the type of car we were looking for and as soon as one came in, she called. I have dealt with all three Ganley Subaru dealerships. Wickliffe is personable however our salesman was disappointing. He didnt submit all of the paperwork for the finance manager to title the car jointly in my wife and my names. After waiting only to find this out he threw the finance manager under the bus blaming him when I knew he didnt collect my wifes information to submit to the finance manager. This caused it taking from 9 am to 5:30 pm before we were through.
Mediocre experience. This is my second car purchased from the dealer. First was new, this one preowned. Everything started off great then sortve went downhill. Deal on the car was pretty good, especially for a sellers market but everything else has me scratching my head. When I first looked at the car I bought, it had some clear coat issues from scratches and bird droppings. Instead of discounting for me to address, they said they would get them buffed out. They buffed them out pretty well but had the car in the shade when I came back to get it. It wasnt until the next day, that I noticed whomever did the detailing had no clue what they were doing. They burned the clear coat and left holographic swirls on every inch of it. I messaged my salesman about it (no warranty included, but this was their fault, so that shouldnt matter) and got completely ghosted. Now Im stuck paying a couple hundred to get the clear coat fixed, or driving around an eyesore. A second key was never turned in, and they had no care to help me get a second. This is odd, because you are seemingly crucified if you dont trade a car in with 2 keys. I had also received conflicting information from the salesman and finance manager, as to the cars origins, when doing paperwork. Definitely, dont feel they truly care about their customers, just the almighty dollar and making a sale.I will definitely think twice about buying here again...
The worst dealership you can possibly go to. Unhelpful staff, seemed like they did not want to help at all. Prices online are not accurate with what they are actually charging. Avoid this dealership. Absolute waste of time.

Hey Christian, when you make two sexist comments and talk smack about your coworkers (who frankly we liked better than you) to your customers, you’ve lost the deal before you couldn’t meet us at our price. Next time try taking some lessons on how to connect with your customers if you want to get them to come up on their price. Might help you close the deal.Edited to add: other subaru dealerships aren’t adding the bogus “market adjustment fee”. They are also quoting lower than msrp to make a sale. Needless to say, we will purchase our car from another Subaru dealership.
I had a wonderful experience with sales (esp Ken) but a terrible one with finance. I ended up walking out in the middle of signing the paperwork because the finance manager was so rude and condescending. Avoid Jimmy from finance at all costs!
I have bad credit. So before shopping for a car, I got a pre-approval from a big, well known bank. I was looking at a specific car, and got the approval for that exact car at Ganley Subaru East. I went in and spoke to Gino. I liked the car, and made an offer to purchase.They then told me that if I wanted to finance with the bank of my choice, the bank required that Ganley pay them a total of roughly $3300 to do the deal. Something they obviously wouldnt do. They recommended Westlake Finance, who would give me a lower rate, but would require that I purchase a service plan. My payment would also be $35-$40 more, while my down payment would have to be $550 higher.When I pushed back, they told me I could finance with the bank of my choice, but I would need an extra $500 over my pre-approved down payment. I was frustrated and disappointed.After leaving the dealership, I checked out something that I was already pretty sure about. It is illegal to require the purchase of a service agreement, and specifically as a condition of financing. I called Westlake Financial to verify that they do not ever require this. Next, I called the bank I had gotten the pre-approval from, and guess what? Theyd be more than happy to finance me, at the terms of my pre-approval.My recommendation? Stay far away from Ganley Subaru.Update: I called Ganley Subaru East, and asked for Sarah Lapuma. I was told she wasnt there, but I could leave a voicemail. So I did. Raise your hand if you think she called me back. Of course she didnt.Thats okay. I found a great car, thats warrantied, at Summit Toyota in Akron. What a night and day difference. I was treated with respect, and they earned my trust. I had the best, and quickest, car buying experience of my life. So thanks Ganley Subaru East. If you hadnt been such assh*les, I would have bought your car, instead of a newer car, with half the miles, and a warranty, for a lower payment.
Nice staff and no complaints, but they underquoted our trade and were 30 $ higher than the lease we shopped around.
Avoid this place at all costs. Took my excellent condition 2013 Honda Civic to the used car side to sell it. Was told over the phone it was a 5 to 10 minute process and they typically pay higher than the Kelly Blue Book quote. After waiting an hour with no updates, employee Mike informed me that my car smelled of mildew, the paint job was horrible and they would not be making an offer on my vehicle. This place will waste your time and insult you on your way out.
The service department staff is professional and extremely friendly. The 6 month service of my vehicle was completed in an hour. I will be a repeat customer.
Prior to buying my Subaru at Ganley East, I dreaded the car buying process. My experience here has completely changed my mind! I started out by looking at inventory on line. I provided my information and one of the internet specialists called me early the next morning to see if I would be coming in. She was so professional and pleasant! I spoke to her a bit and said I would be in sometime that day. I entered the showroom and was greeted, introduced to my salesman, let him know which car I was interested in, test drove, purchased and was back home in 3 hours! It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. And now I will be going back this week for my second delivery which is a service they offer to go over any questions about any of the amazing features Subarus have. I absolutely love my first Subaru and would highly recommend Ganley East, and specifically my salesman Jeff Leovic!

Received a letter saying I could turn in my lease early and get something else and upgrade for near, or less than the same payment. Turns out you still have to pay off your lease, so the letter meant absolutely nothing. Wasted my time. Dishonest practices.

I recently went to Ganley Subaru East to purchase a 2021 Crosstrek. Talking with the salesman he informed me that Subaru is adding an additional market adjustment to all of their cars because of the chip shortage and new cars are hard to find. After reaching out to other dealerships and asking them about this market adjustment they had no idea what I was even referring to. At this point I had reach back out to my salesman at Ganley Subaru East to inquire more about this and his response was “ they are lying to you to get you to come to them instead.” Well I did go to another dealership and purchased my Crosstrek from them WITHOUT the market adjustment. Do not trust Ganley Subaru East!
Purchased new Outback here. Generally a good experience. People are great and they got the car shipped to the dealership in a few days. A few improvements to get to Five stars include: 1) everything seems to take twice as long as quoted, 2) coordination between depts can be smoother, 3) hard sell on warranties expected, but is a nuisance. Will return.
I had an amazing experience with the Wickliffe Ganley. Makayla (with the internet sales) and Joy Taylor at the site helped me with the purchase. They reached out immediately to my query, and followed up without being too persuasive. I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times due to my kids health, and Joy was extremely accomodating. She is a lovely lady to work with, she was patient, explained everything in depth, very meticulous and thorough. she went over every aspect of the Subaru experience. They offered me a great price. The dealership itself is well maintained and clean, overall friendly staff, including at the finance.Overall great buying experience.
I had an amazing experience at Ganley thanks to Colin. I contacted them on the off chance they would match the price an out of state dealership had offered me on a 2019 Subaru WRX, they did match it and even got the car I wanted in the color I wanted. I got a fair price on my trade in and the whole experience was positive. Colin was the perfect salesman for me he loves the cars and knows what hes talking about. I live too far away to have my car serviced at Ganley but I will go back to them in the future to buy my next Subaru.
My Family has used this dealership for few years now. Great dealership. Allie Scali helped me find my Subaru. Was a pleasurable experience. She even offered to drive and come back with snacks, drinks, and food down the street since it was later in the evening; did not get that at the Ford dealership! I will have this Subaru for a while, but I will definitely pay these guys a visit once Im back in the market for a new subi.

After years of buying cars, the experience I had here was the best. My salesman, Austin, worked really hard to set me up with several options to consider within my parameters. Between him and Jim in financing they helped get my mess of a situation all polished and had me leaving in a car I am so in love with! I highly recommend this dealership and these gentlemen specifically.
Had a higher rating prior to using their service center. 2 out of 3 times I was made to feel like a nuisance and was not confident I received the services paid for.Oil change and tire rotation left my tires with less than 25 psi. Was given a voucher for a free tank of gas as compensation.Squeaking wheel was barely assessed, given attitude, told brake was checked for safety. Guess that technician has laser vision cuz he never went on the passenger side of the car which was the side with the issue. Didnt wear a mask, much less use any other PPE when entering my vehicle. Did not even wipe the steering wheel after driving it.Idk what their deal is but they need to get it together. Very disappointed, will probably end up driving way out of my way to go to a different service department for future needs. Would not recommend wasting your time or money going to this one, unless you like to gamble.
The most hassle free, stress free car buying experience I have ever had. Colin was my sales associate and walked me through the entire trade-in/financing options for my new Subaru Crosstrek. Everyone at Ganley Subaru are so accommodating to what you are looking for and need. Colin knew exactly what I was looking for, dark grey Crosstrek with black interior, and had it pulled up, warmed up, next to the building waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. I knew two minutes into the drive this was my next car. Jason in the service department is awesome. Brandon in the service department that took care of my service appointment today is likewise as awesome. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I cannot say enough about Ganley Subaru. If you are looking into getting a Subaru go to Ganley and ask for Colin. Great guy!

Scheduled routine service for my Subaru. Car also needed both front hubs and bearings. A big and expensive job. The very next day, the car is making a loud grinding sound from the front end. Had to have the car towed back to the dealership. The bearing was not seated properly and was damaged. One hub and bearing had to again be replaced, no charge of course. They said they would reimburse me for my towing charges. Over a month later, no reimbursement. I called and left a message with the service advisor after 3 transfers around the building. After 3 days and no call back, I call again. They want me to leave another message because the advisor is the only person that can help me with this problem. I dont know how many messages I am expected to leave or how many days I need to wait before expecting a response. Im done. I will deal with it through my credit card company and will never spend another dime with Ganley.
I bought my car about 7 months ago and the friendly customer service is STILL above and beyond. I didnt feel pressured by sales people which was really nice. If youre looking to buy, this is a great place to go!
I would recommend you to purchase a used vehicle or better still be very careful when purchasing one from this dealer. Take it to your mechanic to do an inspection before the final signature. In March 2020 I bought an SVU for $11,500 but so far I have spent $3395.00 on bad brakes, oil pan leaks, etc. STILL, my check engine light is own. Inside the vehicle looks nice but it had corrugated parts and other issues. No luck with contacting the sales agent or manager.
I live an hour south, so I decided to call and ask some questions about the exterior condition of a 2020 Infiniti QX80. Specifically, asked about dents and scratches. I was told the car was “beautiful and perfect”. I knew the car could not be “perfect” being a former rental car with 20k miles, but I accepted the answer at face value. After my hour drive, I found the car was nothing as described. It looked like a bush or shopping cart perhaps, scratched the whole driver’s side. The salesman said he thought it would buff out, but it clearly needs repainted. Needless to say, I can’t recommend this company. Total waste of my time!

I went inside a week ago looking to purchase a new Subaru, while having a test drive and discussing with the salesmen. He seems to not care whether wanting this business or not. My family went to purchase cars with him in the past and brought me to discuss with him. I even ask to get my info regarding the car but he never emailed or called me back at all. Today I went to the dealership again, NO ONE, No One was inside(but the door was unlock as if one no one cared someone will come in) I was super disappointed to even come at the first place.Edited. I also called the entire day but no one answer!

Im not going to use the names of who Im speaking about because Im not about throwing anybody under the bys, Ill just say I was very upset and disappointed in myexperience at Ganley East.Before I went there to try tofinance a used car I explained in a text and on the phone problems I was havting getting approved for an auto loan. This is after they contacted me because I had already made up my mind to try maybe a BHPH car lot . After speaking with them I decided to go to Ganley and give it a shot.Im not upset that I wasnt approved so much as it took 2 days and me calling them to find out if I was approved or not!!My co signer who was trying to help me wasnt happy about being kept in the dark either!! . I was told that they were busy and just hadnt gotten around to letting us know what was going on more-or-less.I explained my situation and why I was in such a desperate need of a good reliable car from the start.They were made aware of my circumstances and desperation from the start!! Why would I not be told immediatley so I could go try what I was going to try and do when I was contacted by them in the first place. I realize I wasnt going to generate any income for that salesperson but really??Is money so important that

I bought my 3rd Subaru on October 6th. I worked with Brad Lunar, he was Amazing! He was so patient with me as I test drove my car...3X!! He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered questions before I even had to ask them! The buying experience was very easy and went very quick! And of course, I LOVE my Subaru Ascent! After completing everything required for financing online i spoke with some and she assured me I would have a low payment and interest rate. They LIED 100% and kept us waiting for hours while they pulled the let me go see my manager trick. They take advantage of people here and outright lies to you. Our down payment also changed and they tried using the monthly payment as a reason. Their used vehicles also offer no warranty. We had to turn the air on high because it didnt work otherwise and this is the type of vehicles they are trying to pawn off as $8,000 vehicles. We had a price on trucar and they even found a way to charge more. The value of our trade suddenly turned into tax and dealer charges which was another rip off attempt. They also claimed our credit scores was lower then it actually is having just verified it at an actual bank. So they thought we would go for the highest interest bracket for lower then sub prime credit scores when were actually above that by 2 categories. My advice go somewhere else and save a headache. Also use the current interest rate tool based on youre credit to see if you are getting ripped off anywhere else. Absolutely by far the worst dealership around unless you enjoy someone lying to your face. Dont get ripped off and do youre own homework before buying a car.
I took my vehicle here reluctantly, knowing what the dealer experience is. I had a warranty for a part, which wore one side of the back brakes. So they claim that changing both sides of the brakes is justified, even without indicating the need (I know it was not warranted); then I had a magnet taking up space for a gap in the door that caused the ajar light to shine. I was charged$130 to fix the problem: duct tape and cardboard and the first bump I hit, guess what happened? The door ajar light is back on. So how would you feel after $800? It is unfortunate that service departments dont treat customers right anymore. I have owned 4 Subarus and when I was serviced at Ellicott Subaru, I had no problems. Ganley, both locations, including on the auto mile, poor, poor service. Poor rating. Never going back there. I will go to Subaman or one of the other dealers until I find one with adequate service standards.
Dishonest salesperson - sent multiple emails confirming the pricing. Called to get deposit and later emailed saying “ my sales manager can’t do the deal”. Very embarrassing. Deceptive sales practices. Won’t be dealing with them and don’t recommend this place at all

Recently I had to take my car in to the Ganley Subaru East in Wickliffe and the service was outstanding. Not only was the service was friendly and quick, they even went a step further and gave me a loaner car during the maintenance so that I was able to still do the things that I needed to do. I will definitely continue giving them my business!
