Olga and Victor have been attentive and helpful throughout the process of buying a car. Used cars are always a risk, for the seller as well as the buyer. I dont expect the seller to promise that there will be no flaws. That said, the car we purchased has been excellent, and the buying process was personal and human rather than high pressure.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dealer. They were easy to deal with, answered all of my questions, willing to discuss pricing, very forward and upfront with the details of the car they were selling, overall very genuine people. I picked up a fantastic car from them and have pictures attached, I will not hesitate to go back there again for other vehicles and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great used vehicle.

Where do I begin with this review. After driving almost 2 hours to this dealership I had my eye on a equinox they had for sale the price was too good to be true. I was allowed 15 minutes with the car and it drove beautifully. I had contacted my bank saying this is the car I for sure wanted. I had bought the car and I thought everything would good fine from there. I was wrong... the car had so many problems continuing till this day the Timing belt, (2,000$) the converter was bad (1,700$ with labor) The battery and alternator have both gone bad, and the best one of them all the car is consuming/burning oil! I had the oil changed about 3 days ago and I’m already a quart low. Who knows how much that would cost! My bank called me saying they were concerned because they seemed like they were in a hurry to sell it to me. This place was by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Please be cautious with these guys. Scammers

I bought a car cash and the gas cap was off the trunk was hollow I went back he took the check engine light off but it came back on I had by then had the car all of 2 weeks I called and Olga told me to call the warranty company well the warranty company won’t cover the cost and I had to pay $900 for the evap canister to be replaced my dash board lights pop on and off I feel like for me to give y’all almost $4000 for a car and I was having these problems before my 30days were up that they should’ve been willing to fix the problems that I was having with the car that I recently purchased

I believe when you purchase a used vehicle, your implied warranty is the integrity of the dealership you choose. Integrity is hard to find in the used car business, but I felt that from top to bottom with Victory Auto Express. Now that I found it, I have recommended this little gold mine to all of my friends and family. Even my father-in-law drives a vehicle from there and he is mostly a tire kicker :).

We just purchased our first camper from this business. Victor and Olga are truly some of the nicest people weve ever met. They came out and met us the Sunday before Christmas when the shop was supposed to be closed. They took their time and showed us the ins and outs of the camper (which was in excellent condition and at a great price). They answered all our first timer questions with patience and kindness even days after we got back home.I HIGHLY reccomend this shop and these wonderful people. My husband, John, and I just bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from Victory Auto Express. We live in NC. After a month long search, we found Victory on line and inquired about the Subaru. We received excellent customer service and Olga was very patient with all of our questions. Upon request, Olga even sent additional pictures of the vehicle.After we agreed upon a price, John flew to Cleveland, met Victor, and picked up the car. John drove 525 miles back home to NC in the rain without any issues. The car is just as it was described and we continue to enjoy driving it everyday. Even with the travel costs, we saved hundreds of dollars over comparable vehicles available locally.We definitely recommend Victory Auto Express. Victor and Olga are the best.

My wife and I bought a car from Victory Auto Express. It is a 2006 Honda Civic. I initially saw the car on Ebay and saw that the price was $7500. After calling them, they reduced the price to $6900. I had to pay to have the car shipped to Oklahoma. Olga estimated $950 for shipping and when the actual quote came through it was only $900. The car we purchased was as described and in very good condition. We have now been driving the car for a month and have had no problems. That car qualified for a 10% State Tax Credit for the price of the car as well as a $1000 Oklahoma Natural Gas Rebate from our Local Gas Provider. Thank you very much for making our experience with your company a good experience. My wife and I did not take the time to drive to Ohio to even look at the car. I am fully satisfied with our purchase. These people are legit and trustworthy.

A few days after I purchased a car from here, multiple lights showed up on the dashboard. The O2 sensor needed to be replaced, and both rear tires were leaking air. I was never informed by them about either issue. I brought the car to an auto shop to run a diagnosis for the warning lights, and the employee told me the lights would go away for a day or two due to the reading and then come back on. This means this dealership likely ran the diagnosis before each of my test drives so that no lights would be showing. Lies of omission are still lies.Update: the O2 sensor was more expensive than normal because my car was a special Californian model- which I was not warned. And all the tires were a special size which made them ridiculously expensive to replace. Both should have been repaired by the dealership. I should have been warned about it being a special model. I got a Nissan because I wanted relatively cheap repairs.Dont shop here, they clearly dont have the customers best interest in mind.Update: Within a year of owning this car, I have also had a spring break while driving it (which terrifyingly made my car swerve in a crowded road). And a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. The extra expenses keep adding up...

I found the car online it was in remarkable shape but pictures can be deceiving, I was not disappointed when I took the three hour drive to check the car out it was a very nice car the pictures were absolutely not deceiving if anything the pictures didnt do the car any justice cause as we pulled up to the lot it looked like a brand new car. I looked at a few cars on the lot and they were all awesome cars with excellent pricing so if you are thinking about buying a car or just looking to see whats out there give this place a try you wont be disappointed!!! The staff at Victory Auto were very friendly and helpful. Our growing family needed a van, and we traveled four hours from Michigan to Victory because of their prices. As we were approaching the dealership, we got lost, and Olga from Victory went above and beyond to help us find the dealership, even though we were pretty late for our appointment. They were very understanding.That being said, the car had a pretty big dent in the side that they hadnt mentioned from our phone conversations (granted, I hadnt asked about dents), and the bathroom needed cleaning, but what stands out to me was their good customer service.

Its the second time we have purchased our vehicle from this dealer, very pleased with the service and customer care. The cars are impeccable, reasonably priced, overall great experience! Highly recommended place.

I went to test drive the 2005 Kia Sedona EX. It was burgundy with silver accent on bottom. It had 87, 603 miles and the dealer said it didnt need anything and was a great car. Well when I got there they seemed like decent people.. The lady told me I only had 15 minutes to test drive it. My sister and I drove it and noticed a ticking noise and the brakes were horrible. We took it around the corner to a auto shop and I put it in park, turned of the car and went to talk to the mechanics. The car stalled out onus. The auto shop had to jump start the car.. I was mad. Then the mechanics told us it needed new brakes, rotors and brake shoes. It was not safe to drive. I was so upset. I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone.. BBB needs to be contacted because they are selling unsafe vehicles.
