I asked for baquacil shock, was sold the wrong stuff. Now my pool chemistry is way off, the water is green and my wife is really mad at me because theres $42 wasted. And I need to spend more money to get my pool chemistry right.

If you want to wait a year for a pool and have the company from the top down lie to you go with this company. We bought (IN FULL) a pool in June of 2020. Here we are in June of 2021 and we dont have a pool installed. it has been a horrible experience and for the most part I completely blame this store and the poor management. The issues began when they supposedly sold us a pool that wasnt in stock. They wanted to return our money and we could try our luck next year. That wasnt happening, again we paid the cost in full, we did finance. Then the manager said as long as we were ok with waiting thill this year we would be first on the list. Well that clearly didnt happen. Why you might ask, cause the store didnt tell the install company the correct date of our purchase. The store did call us and say hey they are installing pools let us drop off your pool (minus one part we still dont have), that was almost 3 month ago. When we contacted the installers (which was a cluster %^$* in itself) they said the store lied and they werent installing yet. Which also turned out to be not true exactly. They had us as buying our pool in December and were not installing pools bought then yet. We ended up calling corporate and they initially were great. They got someone out to install within a week. But the store fails again, they had not properly told us of the space requirements for the pool. So we had to adjust the placement of the pool, which meant the installers ended up hitting roots. So we had to get someone else to grind the roots out, and the installer treated my fiancé very rudely cause we wouldnt let them just install the pool closer to the fence (which is against building code). We had the roots taken care of within days, and now the installer says at least 2 weeks maybe more, but the ground has to stay dry. Now corporate isnt even being helpful. This is an over 10K purchase that we have waited a year for. Sadly it seems all of the issues originate at the store. But I know for sure the dishonesty and half truths have me livid. I would rather they have been honest from the start and admitted their mistakes, I would have been upset still, but not like I am now. We have filed a claim with the BBB. I doubt the company will be able to resolve this issue in a manner that will result in me having a positive opinion of them.

Paid for my pool to be cleaned out for a employee to come & say they can’t clean it bc they can’t “see the bottom” that’s why we’re are calling pool cleaning service for it to be cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous un ethical practice

The staff at Litehouse are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Especially Adam, he went above and beyond to help my Husband and I with our Spa. He gave us a entire course on Spa maintenance and continues to help us. Also, I bought a Christmas Tree 13 years ago from Litehouse. It is still looks good.

Customer service is top notch! I bought a Traeger smoker that was running late on delivery. Mark drove to another location to pick it up so I could have it on time. They even loaded me up with a plastic wrapped box to protect from rain. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Unfortunately we are not interested in doing that at this time is what the lady told when I asked if I could have someone come out and check the functionality of my pool. I explained that I didnt know anything about pools. She didnt seem to care. Wont be calling back here ever and anyone who reads this dont waste your time unless you know all about pools!

The prices listed online for the super pool specials is not what it seems to be. That is the CASH option, it states no where on their page that the price is only the cash option. They will tack on another 1,000.00 plus dollars if you cant pay cash. false advertising!

I looked there for a rare piece of equipment for the pool I had. It wasnt there, but the staff was just so amazing and helpful. They recommended the best option for me even though I wouldnt buy anything from their store. I would definitely recommend this place.

Horrible experience. I paid for a tub on my credit card Saturday. Everything went great that day of course. After researching my tub I realized the recirculating pump I wanted was not available on my model. I called the store Monday morning and they agreed they were mistaken and apologized.I cancelled my order and told them I was no longer interested in their product and requested my card be refunded. Here is where it gets ugly. As God is my witness the manager Adam sd that due to the corona virus they could not do a refund and I would have to pick a different tub. Several phone calls, the district manager angle, strong arm sales techniques ect they finally agreed to refund my card. So if they cant refund money during the corona pandemic then why are they open for sales to begin with. It was a real fight just to get a refund,they did everything they could to try and keep my money. Horrible way to do business.I would not recommend doing business with this company !

Went to buy a new pump and filter system, the younger sales guy was completely clueless on anything!!! Couldnt answer one question I had! Didnt even know the difference between the type of filter systems do I went somewhere else and bought one! Sorry you lost the sale try getting people why have a little knowledge on your floor! And Ive been a looong time customer!!!!

So happy. Got a great deal bundling my stuff. Grill, patio set, new pool. Delivery was fast, they really exceeded my expectations.

We went in looking for a nice pool with a great price. The salesman told us that an 18 foot pool would be a nice size for a family that we really didnt need to go any bigger than that it wasnt necessary. After waiting a full month for instalation it was installed and is so tiny you can barely fit two floats in it and was sloppy looking with the liner hanging over the edge. We are beyond unhappy with the purchase and the best part is we are stuck with it. Thank you Litehouse for wrecking our summer and robbing us of a lot of money.

They only carry hot tub heater unit kits for our particular hot tub. Found heating element cheaper online unbundled.

Been inside many times, especially to look at trees during christmas. They have alot of very nice stuff. Most out of our price range but if we came into money we would buy some things from them.
