Brought my car to body shop for repair of front headlight and alignment beginning of july and now a month and one week later my car still not done. My car was supposed to be finished on july 26, then now it’s been postponed. I was told that the repair was finished but the alignment hasn’t been done for almost two weeks now.
Hello. This is my first time giving a review so I am a little nervous. I just felt compelled to say how pleasantly surprised I was with the level of service and compassion I was shown by Joseph Maros at the motorworld body shop located on the motorworld automobile dealership. Joseph really helped to calm my nerves during a very overwhelming process of having my door handle replaced on my vehicle. I thought that maybe I would be able to replace it myself, but given the fact that it is a classic car, a 1993 Plymouth Acclaim, (my pride and joy) I was a little hesitant that I would screw it up. I explained my concerns to Joseph and he put all my worries at ease. He is very caring and even listened to me ramble on for what seemed like hours. He is a great listener. I wish I had the pleasure of meeting more people like Joseph throughout my life, especially in my younger years 😉😉. Joseph is truly one of a kind and a pleasure to work with. If I ever lose another door handle, I know exactly who to contact. Thanks again Joseph, and God Bless.Oh geez, I hope I didn’t say too much. Had a new front bumper installed on my Mercedes Benz after some kid backed into me in a parking lot. They did an excellent job. Perfect color matching. They kept me updated all the way and handled communications with the insurance company of the person who caused the damage. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

This was my first car buying experience and prior to MotorWorld Collision Centers-Wilkes-Barre, I was beginning to doubt that I would ever find a good car at a reasonable price. Walking into MotorWorld Toyota, my brother and I were greeted by a friendly gentleman named Ryan. Right off the bat he pulled out a car we were interested in and took us on a test drive. He was not only knowledgeable of the vehicle, he wanted me to REALLY love it before even thinking of buying it-I did. We were ready to talk numbers and before we knew it, we were ready to make an offer. Ryan was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and I could tell that he wanted to make us happy. A few hours later, I was sitting in my brand new 2014 Toyota Corolla and we were going over the finishing touches.I could not have been happier with my salesperson. The whole staff was friendly, and all were excited to have made a successful sale. I definitely encourage new buyers to head over to MotorWorld-Wilkes-Barre.

I had a good experience at MotorWorld, it wasnt the best place Ive been to but it was one I will remember. The service was spot on, the employees were fine. I was helped, and respected and thats all one can ask for. They took a little longer then expected to get me out the door but like I said the service was spot on when purchasing my used vehicle. I will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle.

I think they are just salesmen here. We got a quote to fix a vehicle that needed minor body repair, and was returned with a quote that was way out of left field on price. Like literally 3X the price of a real body shop.. We laughed and took it to a better place for 1/3 the price and 1/2 the time that these guys quoted it would take. I would personally avoid, but hey, thats just me.
If you care at all about the quality of repairs to your vehicle, do not go here!My vehicle was originally supposed to take four days to complete – eight business days have passed since I originally dropped it off and Ive had to send my vehicle back three times to get mistakes fixed. There are runs and dirt in the new paint, an area that was somehow unpainted, new damage to the factory paint, the color doesnt match, and there are body part alignment issues. Rather than repainting the entire (new) bumper after I pointed out the poor quality of work, they appear to have only spot painted the area that was unpainted and wet sanded the dirt to make it less noticeable. It has now been wet sanded so much that there is hardly any orange peel, which would be great if the factory paint had no orange peel, but it does and the difference is noticeable.

Trust me these reviews to this shop are 150% accurate if the sales team ever says don’t worry we can get our PROFESSIONAL body shop to fix it just call bull. Ask them to send it out to a real body shop these guys are total fools. Anyone who knows of body work demands a CLEAN environment for the paint not to be exsposed to contaminants. This Bo Bo the fool didn’t prep my paint before he painted it and it is peeling an flaking off after a month and a half. Top tip when anyone leads a convo off by saying (I have 30 years experience in the field)run fast they are full of cow dung. This body shop is so bad they forced me to give the used sales a 1 Star as well I had no other choice,they all deserve it. They have some heavy set of balls on them selling Lexus and Mercedes shameful at best. That is all4/29 well if this body shop wasn’t bad enough I should thank them for being so bad that I finally found out the reason my paint was in such caos was because it was in and accident an these morons can’t match paint to save their own lives, really using macco paint???? To cover up an accident so the casual eye won’t know? Lord above the BBB should be involved
Had a fabulous experience with Tony Kampas! He was beyond accommodating and got us (my husband and I) the best bang for our buck. He even delivered my Highlander and called me on my birthday! The worst experience ever. They picked up my car and I got a first courtesy call after 2 weeks that my car would be ready by following week. After almost another two weeks passed by, I did not hear back anything from them. I called them, and after calling them for 3 times on the same day, by the end of the day they informed me that car would be ready by next day. Next day passed by and I did not hear back. I called them and they informed me that at end of end, I would get a call. I did not hear back any thing. After two days, I am calling them again, and since morning have called them twice, still being asked that they would call me back. I am still waiting. I still don’t know what would be final words. Very poor communication.Very poor experience and very frustrating. I still have to see how the work has been done. :(

My car was in for 4 weeks for repair in the body shop. failed to do a front end alignment.Had been back to the shop 5 times to have them fix what was neglected.I do not recommend them and wont ever go back.I was a customer for 15 years and never had this bad or service.
