Purchased a big head cutout for my daughter last year. The website states same day printing OR next day printing. The next day I call to see when it would be done and the woman was very very rude. She told me they wouldn’t have it done and to wait until Monday. I ordered on a Thursday. Needing it on that Saturday. After arguing, her hanging up on me, then me calling back and speaking to someone else, they got it done. The big head was beautiful!Fast forward to this year I decided to order another one for her birthday. I ordered a week ahead this time. When my fiancé arrived home, there was a line across her forehead. The images show one solid image. So I called them up and they explained the bigger items (36” +) are two pieces put together. I let it go, despite the website showing different and ordered two more heads at a smaller size (24”) so they can be one printout with no line. This was on Thursday and I needed it Monday. I even spoke with someone before ordering and added that on the form. The same thing happened again, like last year. Friday afternoon it wasn’t done and he told me first thing Monday morning. I let it go because I didn’t need it until Monday evening. Monday morning comes and it’s still not done, he tells me around 1-2. I explain 2 is the latest because I need it for her party. I send my fiancé at that time to pick it up. IT WASN’T READY! Phew, ok. He waits 15 minutes for it. Then they tell him they printed the wrong size (36”). So they re-printed the correct size and gave me the wrong ones too! I am very pleased with their work. But I think they need to add options online for a 2-3 processing or something.This causes a lot of issues that can be fixed. The same day and next day processing isn’t accurate. And that can be frustrating for customers.I will continue to do business with them. This isn’t a negative remark towards their work, just a suggestion to help them fix some flaws with customer service. Thanks for amazing products!Attached last years and this years!

Very bad customer service extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. We waited 3 weeks for artwork for business card, car magnets, flyers. I was told I would have a sample of the artwork and products in 2 weeks I never heard from anyone. We gave our logo all they had to do was make up the cards show us a sample nothing. I put in a request to know the status and then filed a complaint on the 3rd week the response was one side of a business card, 3 weeks later! When I ask for my refund I am charged $25 for the “time spent on the artwork” OUR LOGO that we drew up and we gave to put on the cards and other requested products. No apology no explanation. The woman who greeted me when I picked up the refund didn’t know anything and gave an attitude like I was wasting her time. We lost business and time and now money waiting for artwork that we gave. Never again, don’t waste your time or money here.

Huge shout out to Anne! This was the HIT of my hubbys 50th birthday party and we are saving it for another party (hopefully this summer) after these challenging times are over. Im glad we made it a little smaller because most of the family is under 55! Incredibly professional, lightning fast turn around/shipping and probably UNDER - priced. Employees are very professional and seemed knowledgeable but way overpriced.... I got three other estimates from companies that specialize in this and every one of them was 250 to $300 cheaper. Im not going to advertise for these companies but theyre all well-known and not fly-by-night companies. Again they were professional and probably do good work but the price point just wasnt there. Sorry guys you lost my business

2weeks and product not even started or have record of it waiting to get it resolved and the receipt is of no help.i hope to have my order soon since they told me 2 weeks.Friendly staff just lack of communication on their part wrong print and namesIf I stuck by you thru out this why was my order wrong? Why did I not except them? Why did I pay 2xs as much from your competitors who got it right the first time? I used Wet Paint for a corporate event. We ordered standup cutouts of the partners, custom coffee mugs and tee shirts. We received everything we ordered in a timely manner. In fact, we got several follow up calls and emails from them to make sure we got everything and that we were satisfied with it. When it turned out we under ordered a few items they got it right to us in time for the event. We thought they made it very simple for us by designing everything, producing all the items and delivering them on time. We would use them again for sure.

Communication is horrible. They tend only to put effort into the large order customers. Even though i was spending 400-500 they didnt even care. Even if a place does good work I wont return after horrible back and forth and lack of communication. Also they claim there faster then fast signs hah... not even close. Would rather pay a few dollars more and be treated like a human. Would not recommend!!!!

Then I asked about their free shipping advertised on their website and he was extremely rude. Being nice to a potential customer should be a given. Even a simple, no Im sorry we cant do that, would have sufficed. I will not be buying from here.

Paid in full before job was started to do digital Embroidery of my logo & change letters on my logo & put decal on car back window,it took almost a month for all this to be done,then they got upset because i was rushing them,they dont respect black people, but want they money and very unprofessional with attitude towards the customer and give excuses for delay with service,i will never do business with them again,first expression means everything doing business with anyone!

This place is kinda super sketchy.For one after talking to employees i found out most every program they is in pirated. Also they Super under pay there employees only giving them $10 a hour. and last after watching some employees wok they are basically forced to steal and alter ideas and art from other sites and claim it as there own.never order from here unless you want to be ripped off

Horrible communication! I ordered 60 Face Ka-Bobs on August 21 and selected 3-day delivery (an extra $50). No where did it show that the order would take 10 days to complete!!!!!!! That is insane in todays world. I ordered these early for a Surprise Birthday Party on August 28 and expected them no later than August 27 (thats 6 days after I placed my order). I even communicated with the shop when I needed them by. I confirmed the order on August 24 and they told me today, August 28, that I wouldnt receive the order until Monday, August 31. Worst company ever. Very sketchy, very unprofessional. I paid over $350 dollars for this order that will now go in the garbage once it arrives. Trust me, use a local print shop instead! They can do everything this company does within hours. This company will waste your time, money and energy. Zero stars werent available so they get 1.
