Well.. we were going to make a purchase.. standing in line.. after standing there for about 20 minutes the second person at the register FINALLY opened the register.. and the idiots behind us cut ahead.. fast forward another 10 minutes.. still next in line.. We left. and we will be getting our stuff on AMAZON.

Excellent visit! The staff was very helpful, kind and fun! We talked and they helped me with my items, them of course I read the sign wrong and they helped me in the right direction and with better bargains! We had a few laughs and got some bargains! I appreciate all their help! Wish more stores would employ associates that would be as helpful! Thank you ladies!

Stopped in here at the mall after buying my kids shoes got a few things for the kids get to the register and the cashier goes would you like to save money for free? Well who is going to say no to saving money for free, so I said yeah. After that he tells me I just have to sign for my discount. That threw me off so I read what I was signing, like you should, and it it read, it is free for now and then after 30 days you will be charged 11.99 a month thereafter. I then responded with, you said this was free but what about this monthly charge how do I cancel this I thought it was free. He said it takes 3 hours to cancel in store so I would recommend calling the 1-800 number. I work in retail so I would recommend not telling customers that something is free yet its not because it has an attachment. It is very misleading and Im sure that he is catching a lot of people with this misleading information especially older people or mothers with young children. As a supervisor at a retail store id tell your cashiers to watch how they word things and dont mislead. Im sure selling these they help with store metrics or helps him get maybe a bonus but saying it in that wording is misleading. Saying would you lile to save money for free then telling customer you just have to sign trying to get me to rush through and not read is wrong. You know what made me read it. His body tone. He seemed nervous and in a rush to get me to sign and acted like I was just signing for a discount. Not signing for a subscription. Great subscription but I literally never shop here. First time in years actually. I will be cancelling and letting them know my experience and how you guys tried tricking me. Did I sign yes. But I signed because you guys said free. So yea I want my so called free discount after spending 80 dollars. But will be cancelling because I shouldnt have had to sign for a subscription I should have saved the discount for free like I was told.

Had an employee ask the typical questions for a supposedly free magazines subscriptions at my checkout around fathers day after doing some shopping. Come to find a $3.84 charge later on around now (August 2021.) I would greatly appreciate not having my card information being charged for a magazine subscription that I did not agree to be charged by my account information beyond the free three issues that were claimed to be free for the promotion offered by FYE at that time. It may only be less than $4 but the fact I have to find this out and go through the usual headache it is to cancel it makes me regret ever giving any more of time to your business. It absolutely agigtates me when people play with money especially during pandemic times when people are struggling just to get by and stuff like this happens.

Alot of interesting things, good for anime fans and marvel fans, collectors, its a little on the pricey side aswell.

WIll NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! God forbid you go in with a bigger purse and be polite to the employees here theyll call security on you. Thats what I did I went in with a mid size purse which was wide open by the way! Its my first time out without my kids and I was looking forward to enjoying myself and I was being polite and having conversations with these employees and after I cashed out and I was walking out I sat both my purse and shopping bag down to readjust them and I started walking towards Cinnabon and was met by a security officer asking to see my bag and receipt because they FALSLY ACCUSED ME OF THEFT!!! I was so embarrassed and Im so angry I threw all of my stuff out of my purse and I began to cry because I was so upset I didnt continue to shop in the mall at any store because of how upset I was I couldnt enjoy myself. NEVER EVER WILL I COME TO This LOCATION AGAIN YOU PUBLICLY EMBARRASSED ME AND RUINED MY NIGHT THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Honestly, I was quite surprised at the huge variety of things they have here. Records, Cd’s, Blue-Ray discs and toys and collectibles galore. There is literally something for everyone here, and at exceptionally reasonable prices as well.This is probably one of the best stores in an otherwise boring mall.

Good store for music/show/movie related merchandise. Got a cute airbender - appa shirt. They habe random food items from around the world also. Have tried ramen packages before.

Awesome products of pop culture

Despite alot of stores pulling out of this mall, a few decided to stick around. For how long though is the question. FYE is one of the suvivors. They revamped the store, its spaced enough to not limit customers, and the prices are average. There are some rare sales and the cashiers are personable and helpful. Its a store you can window-shop in comfortably without being nagged or feel like youre trespassing. I even had a friendly chat with a young man over Dragon-Ball merchandise like COVID-19 wasnt even there. I just hope our Nation gets better so we can drop the masks and be human again.

I love the products that this store sells! Its always a treat to go to FYE. The staff is usually very helpful and the products are very good. However, the price is almost never displayed clearly and sometimes even not at all. And these products are very expensive.

Large selection of CD, DVD and even vinyls. Pretty pricey but 9 out of 10 times, youre going to find what youre looking for. The staff was very helpful and the place was well organized.

When the old version was still there, I could go in and spend 2 hours in there looking at CDs. Now I can’t stand to be in the place for 5 minutes. Everything is everywhere. Not in a sense that the items were everywhere on the floor or anything, but that they don’t have things that you would think that would go together, in the same area. Another thing is inventory. They have less movie and cds it’s unbelievable. I really don’t like that fact that they steered away from the literal entertainment like in the name! For Your Entertainment. Now it’s more like everything but entertainment. I’m really unhappy with this store and the way the company it’s self is headed.

Lots of fun collectibles and pops. Love their clearance sales the most. They have a lot of cool stuff for a whole lot of different fandoms and other pop culture stuff. If youre a fan of something, chances are they have something for you.

My SO and I came here and bought two small things. The man at the register (don’t remember his name but he had very long hair and a mustache) asked us for a phone number and when we told him he said we didn’t have an account. He asked if we wanted to sign up and we said no. He then asked to see my SO’s drivers license and thinking he needed it for some reason he gave it to him. The man scanned it and started telling us it was easy to sign people up with just an ID and you don’t need their email. (Meaning he signed us up without us knowing)He did this after we said we did NOT want to sign up. I’ve seen pushy salesman before but that was straight up deceitful! He knew we didn’t want to sign up but did this anyway.This FYE store is otherwise pleasant besides this tactic. Embarrassing for the FYE brand.

Decent selection of a wide variety of merchandise. Problem is when the manager stands with her back to you, 5 feet from you, for over 10 minutes talking to friends while you are standing at the register waiting to be rung out. My irritation made me politely excuse myself and ask if i was ever going to be helped. Guess a paying customer deserves the response of her glare and yelling out for someone who is actually helping other customers to come and wait on me.

Not a lot of items inside the store

As a movie store, its great to find those hard to find movies, its more of a teen, merchandise store now than a movie and music store which saddens me. But always great customer service.

I wish I could leave a 0 stars I came in to purchase a plushie for my girlfriend and I was harassed by the associate lilyanna who took forever to go to the counter and then proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed to purchase my item without signing up for the card she asked me several times and each time I said no. because of the inconvenience a line formed and a simple 2 min transaction turned into a fiasco to purchase one item

Fye is not the same store it used to be. They are more worried about selling merch then anything else. The store is very disorganized and the staff is not friendly. Its sad when you know more about movies and when they come out then the staff.

Whole store has been rehashed since I was here 5 years ago to cash in cds. My money was still on my card and was able to use it towards a great service of bluetooth headphones. Could spend a few hundred on all the the stuff they have here from candy to shirts to collectable. Staff is laid back but knowledgeable and no upsell mentality..
