If I can rate the service I was given a zero I would. All I did was ask for a break down in the package pricing so I can understand why 79c a square foot would cost me $1360 for a 500sq feet. I was told by the manager “we are not talking about a million bucks here” and refused to break down the pricing for me. Tried to bully me into the sale by saying “do you want the job or not”? Also mentioned they are three weeks behind and are very busy. I was later informed “no hard feelings” but we will not be doing your job and we will part ways because they can foresee a problem with me. I asked for my $20 deposit back and I was informed I will not get that back because they came out to measure. That $20 would have been deducted from the job but they are refusing to do the job. Therefore I have been robbed. I have never been treated so poorly by any retailer in my entire life. I will be calling the BBB.

I bought a braided area rug in October. After 3 months, the fibers were breaking down, and there was a “furry” texture to the carpet that was uniform in the area where people walk. (I live alone and have NO pets.) When I returned the rug and showed the obvious defect in materials, the man would not do anything about the problem. I had braided rugs from this store in high traffic areas in my previous home, and after 12 years, they showed no sign of this problem. It was obvious this company will not stand behind their product. What a disappointment. I paid almost $500 for a rug that was defective in 3 months. I would have done better at Wal-Mart.

Patience, understanding and friendly. I brought back a runner with no problem. Was checking out with a replacement runner and in the middle of the transaction changed my mind, and wanted a different runner. It was no problem! They said, we want you to be happy and be back again! Sean and Jeff took care of the check out and cutting and did a great job! Thank you! Great selection of runners!

A wide variety of carpets and linoleum. There are so many to browse. The staff is very helpful and will work with you too help you find what youre looking for. I dont know if they offer installation services If you have an installer already or do it yourself, this is the place to go. The prices are more than reasonable.

Large selection of area rugs at reasonable prices.

I went shopping on 10 Dec for an area rug. The staff was wonderful and provided great opinions which helped very much. I was amazed what a huge selection they had. Will definately go back when we need more carpeting or rugs

I didnt find what I wanted. But was offered help by a nice lady and a jerk of a man.

Paid for a outdoor rug installation that was said to be done in 1 to 3 weeks. Over a month and a half later they finally installed it and did nothing short of shotty work. Didnt even have the decency to clean up after they were done....

Not all items were clearly priced. Poor customer service.
