Wasnt the worst experience I’ve had. The store was clean and staff inside were helpful. However, the employee at the door seemed disinterested to be there and distracted by their phone the whole time. she barely acknowledged me on my way in and out of the store, which I found to be kind of rude.

Went to the mall to go to hot topic today . Looked on line for the hpurs of operation and it said regular hours today . They had an excellent sale on Ts. It was buy one get 2 free. Large selection to choose from. Store was clean, staff was really great. We were looking for items from a specific show and the staff was great, she knew what they have, dont have and did have.

Tried going to the store to buy a Pop action figure for my girlfriend. I never thought it would be such a hassle to find correct information from a national retailer. It is a rare Pop figure, and I am not distressed about the fact the store did not have it in stock. What I am distressed about rather, is how the store employee directed me to a mall almost an hour away because they had two available. I drive to the location and find out there is none in the store, or the entire country. I also work in retail so I understand the pain of the situation. However when I called the original store back the lady who answered refused to help me over the phone and was very unprofessional. Please educate your workers on how to type numbers and words into a computer for inventory. Thank you

Amazing store! The products have a lot of variety and there always seems to be a good sale going on. The employees are beyond nice and always very helpful.

Love this store. The only problem is my daughter also likes to shop here but we have a hard time finding the things she likes in her size. My son found his Birthday present here today though.

Great store, has lots of things. Kinda narrow and you bump into things just trying to look at stuff. Kinda crowded. But overall has lots of things to see.

Love this store, they have great variety, and a wide range of sizes. Will always go to Hot Topic, Ive never had a bad experience, their workers are always kind, chill. Some people just need to read into the final sale, no returns rule though.

The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. There are new products every few weeks, and theres always something to discover in the clearance areas. Every trip to this Hot Topic is an adventure!

Verry friendly people. They are always helping me save money. The store itself is clean and neat. They have everything thats hard to find and stuff thats out of stock at the regular retail stores.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!Bought slippers for over $16.00.. Way overpriced but it was a Christmas gift so I paid it. Christmas day he wore them only 1 hour and the whole back ripped out. I took them back a few days later with the receipt and because we didnt save the tags, they would do nothing for us. No money back, no store credit.. I never heard of such a poor return policy. They were uncaring, ignorant and seemed to be proud of their poor customer service. After mentioning this to a few friends, I found out one of them took an item back to this store with the receipt and the tags and the store would do nothing for them. They lost several costumes so far, and before I am done they will lose several more. STAY AWAY Over priced JUNK!!!!!
