I got great care and attention at LensCrafters in Wilkes Barre! Great teamwork transitioning me from my exam with the Dr to Brad who was excellent in helping me find the right size glasses and style for my face! Brad had excellent product knowledge! Highly recommend ! Thanks LensCrafters!

My previous eye Doc. retired, and I was skeptical about a chain store optometrist but their DR., Wagner was excellent. Second to none. My prescription was spot on.. Very down to earth and efficient. Cant recommend this place and Doc. Wagner enough. Their other employees were friendly and did their job well.

I Was amaze by the servers provided to me. Also, they have great frames.

Michelle spent a lot of time measuring & confirming the measurements to fit prescription lenses to a pair of specialty frames that I purchased elsewhere. She was very thorough.I would recommend this store to all of my glasses wearing friends.

Dr Wagner is great makes each visit fun. My husband and daughter also are patients of his and we laugh about our visits. Hes very knowledgeable and would take his time to answer questions. Hes just a really cool Doc to have.Michelle is fantastic, shes really great at helping to pick glasses. She knows the right ones for you. I am so excited for my new sunglasses! She explained so much about the frame size etc. Shes very honest and never pushy. Has an awesome sense of style. I feel she is my personal eyewear assistant.

The doctor is super friendly and talks me through any changes. The eyeglass selection and staff are so wonderful as well. I keep telling my parents to come here because they are unhappy with their current doctor. Ive tried many eye doctors and centers in the Hazleton area, but I keep coming back here. Wonderful experience, highly recommended

The lens popped out of my glasses and it looked like I lost the small screw. I stopped in at the Wyoming Valley Mall store in Wilkes Barre PA and they were very nice and fixed them very fast. Love the store!

Very knowledgeable and courteous. Had an emergency on a weekend awhile back and the doctor and staff were very helpful. Most eye places are not open on weekends, particularly on Sunday. Glad Lenscrafters was open.

Dr. Wagner was very professional and funny and made me feel very at ease. He saw me for my, yearly but he also treated me for an ulcerated cornea. he is an amazing doctor! I highly recommend him and LensCrafters staff!

Doctor was amazing. Totally worked with me and explained every step. From time I walked in to leaving with glasses 1 hour 10 min. Amazing. And the only thing that was a good was getting fitted for and having lenses fashioned to fit frames every person was amazing

I needed to exchange a pair of glasses I just purchased, and I was extremely nervous.Brad helped me pick out new frames and make the changes I needed to make without making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.I wouldn’t go anywhere else for glasses!!

Dr. Chabal was extremely courteous and professional. The assistant manager, Michelle was also very courteous and knowledgeable about the products stocked in the store. I will definitely come back to this store in the future. I am very happy to have found my new eye doctor.

Two pair of glasses purchased for $900 with promised delivery date of 8/13, two weeks from ordering. Called today to check status and one pair still in lab in Texas with no date when I can expect them. All they could say was “sorry about that”. Clearly missed the mark on providing excellent customer service.

I dont know why this place has that many low stars, they were nothing short of fantastic.Long story short, my glasses broke and I needed a new pair the same day so I wouldnt lose time at work, not only did the process only take about 2 hrs (exam/choose glasses/wait for glasses) but the staff + optometrist were friendly and knowledgeable. I had no insurance info on me, they were able to look mine up quickly. Overall an amazing experience and I look forward to getting my next pair there!!

Great service

They have several new associates that lack in any type of training. The woman that has been there a while is doing EVERYTHING, including assisting the new associates. I have noticed the new associates since at least November, this is enough time to know your business hours and how to do simple tasks. The doctor is great, he is kind and knowledgeable. Their glasses are VERY expensive. They carry Coach, Tiffanys and other really high end frames. I was not able to find frames under 280.00 for my husband. The glasses come in very fast. Dont try to call them, they will not answer.

Could not be happier with service, selection and staff!

I noticed it was 2 stars before called to schedule an appointment but I figured I would give them a fair shot. Madison was amazing when I got there. I was running about 15 mins behind but she said on the phone it was OK. She had me sit down to do paperwork and I no further got to filling my name out when Dr Greg came out got mad that I was there because he had to clock back in to do my exam all while saying this right in front of me. Madison apologized for him but then he proceeded to say a few other things from behind a wall. At that point I just said I will take my business else where. I would not recommend anyone to go there and I hope the company gets a hold of me so I can explain to them why they need to find a different Dr to handle their clients.

Was in and out with new glasses in under two hours. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the doctor was awesome.

I just left this Lens Crafters. Inclement weather caused the store to be 2 hours late opening and with about an hour to go I asked the employee Michelle through the gate if they could fix my glasses once they are opened. She said let me see them, then she went to the back of the store and 5 minutes later she brought them out repaired and about as clean as they could be. All of this BEFORE they opened. If Michelle is not the manager she needs to be on that tract. Professinal and knowledgeable, a great combination. Awesome!!!

Scheduled a Visit. They quoted me a price, when I got there I asked to verify all the information they quoted me before I was seen (I had written down and documented my conversation with them,with the persons name who quoted it, said they give a 30 percent AAA discount off your total examination bill contact exam included, they repeated it back at least 3 times, Unfortunately I did not record the conversation ) Got to the appointment. They said it would be an additional $30.00 to the price they quoted and the discount is only on the eye Exam. Was this a huge financial burden, No. But because of their deceitful business practice, I walked out without an examination. I absolutely will not deal or promote people or businesses that are untruthful just to get your business. I give them an Absolute Thumbs Down. I would charge them if I could for my gas and time wasted.

This place has gone down hill completely. There is no customer service. One person for the whole store. They are too busy to fax your perscription to 1-800-contacts. I was told that if I didnt bring my son in for an annual eye exame he would risk an eye transplant. Give me a break. They just lost 6 customers. What a hassle!

If I could to a half star I would. These people are incapable of doing their jobs. They were not able to send me my prescription since their fax machine was broken and told me I had to wait until March to get my prescription from them to give to my actual eye doctor. Their associates are rude and should not be in the service industry, especially Margret - she is the worst. DONT GO HERE.

I stood at the register for 10 minutes without anyone so much as acknowledging my presence. Why would I buy glasses at a place where the sales associates cant even see me? Luckily I used ny time standing there to Google other places to buy glasses!

First off, Dr Wagner was a pleasure. Associate Margaret, ripped a pair of glasses right out of my 6 yr olds hands, then looks at the Dr(who is expecting a child) and says do you really think you are ready for this. She scared my son so bad that he dropped to the floor screaming and popping capillaries in his face. No associate should ever touch a child for any reason. Especially when he is a patient as well and just had an eye exam. And then she tells me this place is not very kid friendly but yet they sell kids glasses and provide kids eye exams. She should be fired or placed in a field not requiring contact with children.

DONT GO HERE. Words cannot begin to describe my utter disgust and disappointment in this branch. FIVE separate times I went to the Wyoming Valley Mall location to be turned away AGAIN because the Dr. was out and the clerk was a condescending jerk (maile; light wavy hair, glasses). I FINALLY managed to have someone mail me my prescription and it looks like its in heiroglyphics. Never again.

These people are very professional.
