I love Kay, great deals and beautiful jewelry. People are very helpful and friendly. However.. can someone please update your hours for the mall? Google said you open at 8 today and I drove there and it is closed. There is no sign saying when the store will actually open and when I called the number it rings with no option for VM. I was hoping when I called it would have an automated recording telling me the hours. Please update this. Thank you.

Every time I go in there for any thing I am approached with respect and the people that work there are amazing the young gentleman that works there is so nice I went in there cause I had a problem with my bracelet and he fixed it for me i supper happy that he was able to but every one in there is amazing people I love going shopping there for my jewelry

Ive bought way too much jewelry here and I am continually disappointed. Bracelets, necklaces, engagement rings, etc... And every single peice of jewelry Ive bought has had diamonds fall out. Luckily they have a good warranty and fix it, but pretty much everything they sell here is junk. You would think they would save money by not having to replace diamonds constantly. I will never go back. Tired of having stuff fixed and replaced. Now today to top it off my wife went to pick up her ring ... We live an hour away... And they closed a half hour early. There were 2 girls sitting inside and they wouldnt help us. Online it says they close at 7 and we got there at 630. Done dealing with them and being disappointed.

Trash jewelers set with the lowest quality diamonds and gemstones possible. Repair work is sent to another state where they have sub par jewelers doing the work and it takes at least 3 weeks usually more. They are also extremely pushy with their credit applications. Do your self a favor and go to a real jeweler

Thought I really liked this store until I sat outside of the store with the gates down until 11:45a. Online hours said 11a.

Horrible customer service. I had an online purchase that I brought in to return because the back to the one earring was bent (which they tried to make me feel stupid by saying it’s sterling silver, it’s going to bend)..I’m sorry if you are spending that much money on real diamond earrings they should not bend. So they kept trying to sell me others just like it for higher prices than online and when they found I wasn’t interested and that I was just going to order them online again because they wouldn’t match the price they walked away from me and ignored me. I used to love Kay jewelers but I’m starting understand why stores keep going out of business. People are all about sale and not customer service. Now, even if I wanted a future Kay in-store purchase I would NEVER go here again.

Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Its pleasure to deal with the staff, especially in a last minute gift idea. Wyoming Valley Mall is the only store Ive dealt with.

So disappointed. My now fiance got my engagement ring from here. When he got it he brought a ring of mine with him that was my size, well they completly disregarded the size he needed and gave him the stock display ring, a size....6?? Im an 8 1/2. Youre engagement is such a big moment in you life and they ruined it for me. So we go and take it to get the right size and she says the date, about a week and a half it will be in but then says it will most likely only take a week. Here i am a week and a half later still waiting. Dont promise things that wont happen, this isnt a t-shirt its my engagement ring.

It is extremely aggravating that I have a scheduled appointment and they did not notify me they would not be open.

This place is down right horrible! I got my engagement ring in December 2017. Here I am in April 2018. My diamond fell out twice! They have a line of excuses and I swear they memorize them. One excuse was they probably didn’t tighten the prongs. I was like okay sent the ring out told the sales out on the ticket to reinforce the prongs so it does happen again. So that was down in February got my ring back in March. Well April comes I thought another diamond fell out it was super small. Turns out it was an imperfection and needed to be clean. So they put it in the machine. Guess what the same diamond falls out again!!!!! I am now boiling pissed. So the manager says we will put a rush on this. The manager said that sometimes the viberatation from he machine the diamonds fall out. Now remember they we’re suppose to reinforce my prongs from the first time.. They offer us a replacement ring. I want the one he proposed with not a replace ring! He didn’t spend all that money just to have to replaced in 5 months. So my ring was sent out again on the April 15th and was promised it would rushed! Today was the day I was suppose to get my ring back! Guess who doesn’t have it and they don’t have a update. Yup me I still don’t have my ring! I think I have worn it maybe a month and half total in the 5 months I been engaged! Do not buy from here go else where!!!! May I add their customer service sucks! Once my ring is in my possession I will never ever take it back to this place EVER!
