Spent way too much money here on the kids! So much choice!!!

I love this store and its staff. Very friendly and helpful. They remember my son all the time, and ask about him when I shop solo. Its toys r us, so obviously there is a good toy selection. The store itself is clean and well stocked. Sometimes it can be hard to get someone in the electronics section, but all on all, a really great store with awesome associates and management!

Enjoy shopping at toys r us. Great layaway program. Popular items you cant find anywhere. Like that they send you an email receipt, so you know if someone uses your membership card. Unfortunate they are closing this store. Handicap parking. Easy access to highway. Close to several restaurants and other stores.

I think its a shame that these folks are losing their jobs, so many were loyal employees. I still think theres a market for customers, hell I use to take my 4 year old grandson to toys r us and he was let loose and told to pick out wherever makes him happy....the expression on his face was so rewarding.To the employees who dedicated themselves here, thank you and good luck in a future career.And for those who chose buying on the web, youre going to miss the expressions!

Definitely worth knowing that they price match. Went recently and bought several toys. A few were cheaper on Amazon or Walmart. Showed the prices on my phone at the register, and they took a total of $18 off my cost.Comparing the price on my phone in the store took all of a couple minutes. Thats a pretty good hourly pay rate!

Decent Toys-R-Us with an alright selection of items. It seems like a lot of things are out of stock for a long time before any more come in. The store also shows its age in layout / design compared to newer TRU stores. The staff is typically good and can help you out finding something (assuming its actually in stock) pretty quickly.

The store is closing for good soon, but still has lots of stuff at deep discounts. Always liked shopping here, but online is easier. Its a shame to see all of the brick and mortar stores that are closing.

Used to be a great store. Good deals. Now you are lucky to find any bargains. The Internet and Internet shopping are doing Toys R Us in. That and greedy executive bonuses.

Shopping here and putting my children’s toys on layaway was a great shopping experience. Picking up the layaway was another story. Yes we are all humans and we get tired and sick sometimes. The cashier I had was just miserable and she literally put me in a bad mood. Dragging her feet, putting her head on her cash register and moping around. I literally had to check my own layaway to make sure I had everything. I have 4 children so I had a lot of toys and things to go through. I didn’t even get asked if I wanted help out. 3 trips later with a shopping cart I had it all in my truck. Very unprofessional. Next year I might take my $600 somewhere else.

For as crazy how busy all the stores are toys r us was by far my favorite shopping place today. Very helpful team workers. Was actually a fun trip!

Terrible prices, unfriendly staff, and theres rarely more than one register open. Theyre happy just to watch you stand in line while they shoot the breeze with their coworkers. Not surprised that theyre closing shop.

Too bad they are shutting down. It was a good place to see the latest toys in person. I wished they would have been more competitive on pricing though. Maybe they would have gotten more business and not gone bankrupt.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! They will not even exchange a defective item for a different one with a receipt. Bought a drone for our 7 year old for Easter and it would hold a charge, needless to say he was upset. Told him I would exchange it for a different one. Brought it back with the receipt and explained the situation. The very unprofessional and rude person behind the counter told me I was stuck with it but, I could buy another one. Toys R Us should be ashamed!

Large variety of toys that you can easily look at and test out, unlike online stores which you only get a picture. It helps to actually see toys esp. If unfamiliar. Sorry its closing. Will be a big loss.

RIP . U will be missed . U were good to me and my family. Not so good to my wallet. I dont know where Im now gonna find the collectible figures I would get for myself here. U will never be forgotten.

Significantly larger Toys R Us than others I have been too. Cleaner, newer, with a wider selection.It seems like a lot of other Toy R Us are in plazas that time forget. This one was actually nice.

Only 10% off on stuff you cant return. No way. There are better deals elsewhere. On final sales there should be at least 30% off.

Always love going to toys r us, been going since I was a kid and have taken my kids there for their birthday for the last 17 years sure gonna miss it, and WELL ALWAYS BE A TOYS R US KIDS!!!!!

We went window shopping with our daughter just to see what she would pick for her birthday! We walked out with a power wheel. So sad theyre closing.

Its nastogic but its a little pricy. Fun place to walk around but not a store I would probably buy from. Also they are closing very soon.

They went above and beyond trying to find the item I needed. It was not available to order and yet they managed to find the one re.aini mg left in the store.gje staff was amazing. I had left my wallet their and they put it off to the side in a safe area and they truly are an amazing group of people tbeynstrive off of our customer service thats needed to make us happy!

Liquidation!! But still so expensive, I dont get it. I was excited to go in and see what they had and was so let down.Pokemon selection: At first glance it looks like they have a bunch of different figures but a closer look amd you see its a same 3 characters put in different places.

Good pop selection. Good toy selection. Cant give 5 stars because it always feels understaffed.

Not really a judgment on the store but there is a general sense of doom since the bankruptcy announcement. Place is a bit of a mess ... Just sad to lose a piece of my childhood.

I ended up with a broken stroller for my niece, a car seat thing that was broken... I loved that place till they showed their true colors by refusing to replace items that I purchased broken during their going out of business sale...

Shopped with a friend. We each had a cart. The carts are awful! My cart only three wheels touched the ground. The were so out of alignment our arms hurt trying to steer them. We were going to check out the whole store and shop but gave up after just two aisles. We were tired of fighting the carts.

Julie the customer service.manager was fantastic helped me and my wife with what would have been a huge problem and made our son so happy by finding the last turtle bay head set left in the store for Xbox .... She is. A valuable asset to your store ......

Horrible service. To top off the bad in store service, they pretty much never answer the phone when you call. Will never go back there again.

I think the pick up system needs some improvements. It took 15 to 20 minutes for the clerk to find the item for the woman ahead of me. There should be an order number or name on the item and not put into bags which hinders the search for an item. Thank you.

This place just pisses me off. ALL registers froze today for about 15+ minutes. Then while I was getting checked out at 2 SEPARATE REGISTERS-(one right after the other!!!) they both froze!!! So now I’m about 6 people back in line at ANOTHER register!!

Not too good. Out of a lot of stuff, parents who walk away from their brats and leave them to piss the whole store off, and the bathrooms look like nuclear holocaust!

Its depressing knowing that TOYS R US is going down in 14 days.Got some last minute toys.Will Miss it!
