Ordered a harness last week with quick delivery and it still hasn’t even shipped. I also can’t get ahold of anyone and was beginning to think I was scammed until I read that everyone else has the same problem with them too.

Bought about $250 worth of gear. Half came right away, half was never delivered, one item was delivered incorrectly (an older version of the product was delivered) vendor insisted incorrectly product was modern version, little or no communication, no eta on missing items. Waited 5 months. Eventually got a refund for missing items and constant denials old version product was not in error. Never use these guys. Terrible communication and dropped connections when I suited them.

Ordered a pair of boots on the 21st. Just a pair of boots. StillNot shipped and no one is answering the phone. Poor customer service. Should have read the reviews before ordering from here.

I bought a pair of Muck Boots on Dec 27th and paid $36 additional dollars for 2-day shipping because I needed them for a trip on the 31st. Here I am on Jan 4th and they still havent SHIPPED. I emailed and was told theyre sorry but shipping is delyed. I asked about a refund of the expedited shipping and they stopped responding to my emails. Terrible customer service, and no help. Will never order here again.
