Made arrangements to take my bike there and I needed something different done to my bike than originally. Long story short they said they didn’t have time. I have a sport bike. Judging by their pictures online they only work on cruisers. Very unprofessional.

Brett takes care of me. Usually in and out quickly, but with shipping this time around bike has been there for a month and a half.

I went to this shop for new tires. I wrote down Michelin Scorcher 31 and the sizes for the front and rear. I dropped the bike off as scheduled. It was done 4 hours later. I was happy to see new rubber on the wheels. The next day I looked at the tires very carefully and saw that this shop actually put DUNLOP TIRES on my bike. Not at anytime was it discussed with me. I never approved it. The shop did what it wanted to do with total disregard for what me, the paying customer, wanted. I also requested an oil change. Brett started using foul language and said an oil change is like $75 or $85. For a few more bucks you might as well change out all 3 compartments. The girl at the counter then rang it up and was going to put my bike in for a complete service for $212. A FEW MORE BUCKS??? I cancelled the OIL CHANGE. How can Anthracite run a business like this? The folks giving good reviews must be on drugs. I will never let Anthracite touch my bike again. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

Amazing service...really fast and friendly

I took my buell for repairs. I called 1 week later n got yelled at because i call to get update they shop said they will just return the bike. Very poor manners and service i will never call then ask
