Rented the Dolphin water slide on short notice and everything went great. Crew showed up early in the morning for setup and they where very professional. I will definitely rent from them again. Thanks again the party was a huge success.

Very unsatisfied with my dealings with The Moonwalk Guy. I booked a bounce house for a party I was having at my home, when I received the contract I informed the owners that, while the contract said 12:00pm drop off & 7:30pm pickup, my party did not begin until 6pm. I then was told that it was fine & I would be able to keep the bounce house all day. 3 hours into my party the delivery workers showed up unannounced and stated that they were told the bounce house had to be picked up. I was not informed of any of this, as I would have never paid 200$ to rent a bounce house for 3 hours. I spoke with the owner again and explained my issues with the occurrence. He was cocky, rude and completely disrespectful. I would recommend not using this company to do business with, especially considering the way they communicate with their customers.

Amazing service! We called them on short notice because another local provider cancelled on us, and they were helpful, friendly and responsive. Within 24 hours they delivered it and set it up. Delivery guys were conscientious and friendly as well. With no hestation we will use them again and recommend them as well. Btw..the bounce house was awesome! Various ages loved it and we used it nonstop for hours.
