Great Customer Service

Princess was the most awesome customer service person ever. But the store still never refunded me my money. Im really thinking about moving to boost instead. I dont like to be scammed for cash.

They Have the Most helpful Employees on the planet and they tend to your every need.

Metro pcs is not helpful at all some of there reps are not helpful at all nether is there customers service and even if u are account holder they will not be able to help u this is worse customers service I had to deal with just to get thing done

I love metroPCS! They are the only phone carrier that truly offers unlimited data plans. Last month I used 85 gb of data and wasnt charged more than $60, which is what my monthly plan is!

I have only visited this place once and will never again. The employee I dealt with must have thought I was stupid and tried to overcharge me. Turned me completely off with this company. Not a fan at all. I am sure not all employees do this to their customers, but I dont want to return to find out.
