We have purchased two vacuums from Aerus! We have a commercial one for our carpet cleaning business and just recently purchased a residential one for our home. We are just thrilled with both purchases. Jon is so knowledgeable and helpful. We used their repair services first trying to keep our other vacuums going. They did a great job, but now we are excited to finally have quality Aerus/Electrolux vacuums. Since we are in the carpet cleaning industry it is important to us to have the best when it comes to serving our customers. These vacuums are the best and so worth it!

If you need to have your vacuum cleaner serviced, this is the best place to go. They service all makes and models, not exclusively Aerus/Electrolux products. With that said, I do recommend Aerus products. I have an Guardian Platinum air purifier and plenty of Aerus/Electrolux vacuum cleaners. They are quite effective, durable, user-friendly, and reliable. Their vacuum cleaners look more modern now, but they are made as well as they were in the olden days.

Recently needed to repair my old Rainbow vacuum cleaner. After a quick Internet search, I called Aerus Electrolux. Even though my machine was not an Electrolux, Aerus Electrolux had the knowledge, parts, and experience needed to do the repairs. The repair time took only a couple of days, repair costs were quite reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend Aerus Electrolux.

Are you tired of sweeping your floors only to have the dust fly or not being able to pick up all the dirt with your broom? Or need a good car vac? Well I have the product for you! I received the dust care 2 in 1 corded hepa stick vac as a gift and I absolutely love it! I have tried other brands in the past but this one is by far the best Ive ever owned. It is lightweight and easy to use. I highly recommend it and will never use any other brand again!

We moved into a new house and the vacuum we had wouldn’t push through the new soft carpet. Familiar with the brand, I called the Aerus Electrolux store and spoke with Mr. Hicks. He listened to my questions and needs and came out the next day to let me try one of the models overnight. Since cost was a factor he took our other vacuum as a trade in. I would highly recommend calling the Aerus store in Lightfoot for your next vacuum or to have your current vacuum (and brand) repaired.

I purchased my vacuum last year and Im very happy with the product and service. They were very helpful explaining how to care for the vacuum and made sure I had all the bags and filters needed for a year. I recently took it back in for the warranteed service check and the vacuum checked out beautifully. I just wished the cleanings were included!
