This is a remarkable antique store! It is sorted and organized in a great way, and each of the pieces are beautifully displayed. She has a remarkable eye and there are tons of lovely items, from small tortoise cases, to large blanket trunks. Right now she happens to have several lovely tilt tables, which are a personal favorite. If you like old crocks she has some beauties as well. Theres an amazing dish set Im still coveting.Tables, chests, and unique items galore. One of the best in Williamsburg. And, she knows the history of her own building:)

Do you ever walk into an antique store and it feels like everything there was hand selected just for you? This is how we felt walking into Sparrows Nest Antiques in Williamsburg! We are on a cross country road trip and have been in dozens of antique stores in dozens of states, this was hands down our favorite. If you enjoy early American and 18th and 19th century European antiques then you will LOVE this store. We had to do three or four laps before we were able to narrow down what we wanted and we would have bought so much more if we weren’t traveling. We ended up with a beautiful wood framed mirror well over 100 years old and an 1800’s German miniature painting of a noble woman—this is the best one of its type we have ever come across! The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable, it was so fun talking about our shared love of history and antiques. Make sure you stop here when you are in the area if you like this style of antiques, you will feel like a kid in a candy store!

Sparrows Nest Antiques is truly the best shop in Williamsburg for 18th and early 19th century furniture and accessories. Everything is in great condition and fairly priced. Many items are one of a kind finds. The owner is friendly and helpful. Its a must see for antique collectors!

Prices were outrageous. Everything very over priced. Some nice things but they can be found elsewhere. Dont waste your time.
