I highly recommend this studio. The owner honored an old Gift card I had and had not been able to use due to extenuating circumstances. The girl who answered the phone was incredibly nice and helpful as was the instructor who checked me in and taught the class. The class was great as well.

I like the convenience of online sign up for classes, the studio is very very clean, variation of classes, variety of times offered; cost fits in my budget; and especially Jessica; her teachings are superb!

Well.. my review on the MINDBODY app is. A great place with an atmosphere that sets the tone by the thee different instructors I’ve had so far. Ive finally committed to sign up for a monthly subscription after watching the foot traffic going to into Body Balance Studio for years. I wasnt disappointed. The staff is well versed in their craft and they make each session challenging to the theme of the class. I encourage anyone on vacation in Williamsburg to attend. You will not be disappointed. This is one of the most beautiful studios I have been to, clean and bright and full of positive energy. The instructors are all fantastic and caring. They will cater to special requests if possible and often adapt each class to match the skill level of the students. Highly recommended.

Body Balance is a hidden jewel in the heart of Williamsburg. The teachers are by far the best I have experienced in the Williamsburg area. The variety of classes and enormous selection of times between the 2 locations, makes it impossible to not find a class that fits your schedule. I would highly recommend Body Balance for anyone looking for an authentic yoga experience!

Very disappointed. Brought my son to one class. No instructions was provided him and they did not return my money when I opted not to have him return to teach himself yoga.

Rewarding. I have back problems but it was able to get me moving again. Need to do this regular.
