Everytime I go to the Williamsburg store, they never have anything available.

I use to love going to Michaels because it was fully stocked and always had what I was looking for. Now, it isnt fully stocked and looks to have gone down hill a bit. While shopping, an elderly lady came up to me and asked for help finding an item because she couldnt find an employee anywhere except at the register and she had a line. Im glad when we got up to the register that the cashier was very friendly and caring or this Michaels would of lost a customer. The cashier was Awesome!

Excellent customer service at this location but the bag I bought lasted about 2 days before breaking. You can usually find what you need relatively quickly but the quality of the items sold here are less than useless

Great inventory on a vast array of crafty items. Today I found a collection of well made frames for some art prints weve been meaning to display. The frames were priced as buy 1 get 2 free!

Friendly staff to help with your shopping. Their bathroom was pretty dirty/gross though.

No help and no merchandise the shelves were not stocked I tried to find somebody to find what I wanted and I had to go clear around the store in order to find somebody and then they didnt know what I was looking for and they told me well our merchandise must be sitting on a ship in San Francisco Bay.

Always fun going in here the only problem is they never have an epoxy supplies other than the epoxy itself. I dont know if its all locations or just this one but otherwise I love Michaels and send alot of my customers here for things we dont have at Home Depot

Wide variety of arts and crafts, though youll pay a premium on certain items for the convenience. Might want to shop around Amazon or another store for best results. Good customer service here too

Lovely store nice items

Great for crafters, home decorators and everything in between.Got ribbon, florist wire and a bunch of useful holiday decorating odds and ends.Used to shop in wholesale suppliers when we lived in ATL and LA but alas we no longer have a resale certificate. This is the next best thing.🎄👍

Michaels is my go-to place for craft goods. Most recently I purchased epoxy resin for a couple of trial coaster projects. I definitely recommend Michaels to anyone looking to get into crafting or who already crafts and is looking for a new place to go.

Of the Michaels Ive been to this one seemed a tad smaller than normal and looked quite picked through however, the staff were eager to help an knowledgeable, couldnt find some faux snow but one of the employees wen straight to a location and grabbed it for me while I was in line.

Susan and Kira are great. Some limited products but a great store

2 stars just based off their customer service and how long it takes them to check people out. I feel like if I wonder around the store for ten minutes to find an employee to ask a question about finding something they would take me over to it, not send me off in a direction to wonder aimlessly again. Also It shouldnt take 10 minutes to check out when Im the second person in line.

I love this Michael’s. The store is always clean and staff is very helpful. They always have what I need.

Ordered online for in store pickup. I received an email saying to walk in and press the pickup button and they will bring my order. Several minutes after pressing the clearly marked pickup button, I went to find an associate as nobody had come. Associate was rude and informed me that they did not use the button at this location(weird, why is it out and marked for use?) and that I would have to wait in a long line at the checkout or have them bring it to me curbside. Proceeded to leave the store, call, and have my order brought out. Annoying and confusing experience all around- associate was unnecessarily rude, and I dont understand how it was easier for them to bring outside to me instead of handing it to me in the store. I will not be shopping at this store again under its current management.

A great store that is a good representative of this national chain. Doris used them untold time for picture framing and picking up all her hobby supplies.

I was a bit disappointed in the availability of Halloween supplies two weeks before. Already had taken the majority of things off shelves and there was hardly anything to choose from. Friendly & clean store without clutter.

This store is definitely not as good as some of the other Michaels Ive been to.

Michaels is loaded with tons of art and craft supplies. You could easily get lost in here and thats said in a good way... The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. If you ask about the whereabouts of an item, they will happily take you to it and ask if you have any questions or if they can help you with anything else...

I found the wreath I was looking for 50% off the original price so I grabbed it just incase it not there after Christmas

I go to Micheals for all my oil painting supplies. This location is excellent. Great selection and prices. Pretty big store with very helpful folks working there. If you paint...the Acrylic & Oil selections are great along with supplies. There are a few things that I couldnt find but 90% of what you need, this store will have.

I always find the best deals at this store! The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Its always a pleasure shopping at this store. I will return!

Need more registers open! Everyone knows when going to Michaels there will be a long check out process. Store is awesome otherwise.

Michaels is a fun store to look through. It also has a nice section on cake decorating. Most stores decorating sections are getting smaller and smaller. The reason I took away 1 star is because they send you coupons but most of the time it says you cant use it for sale items. Well almost everything is on sale so I never seem to be able to use it.

Its always fun to visit Michaels. Even without inspiration, the items in the store always manage to spark creative ideas. While I can say that my experience with customer service is always decent, its not as readily available as I would like. Even on a slow day, I find myself chasing down a representative for help. Once that one gets away, I settle for a rep who already has their hands full with stocking shelves. Recommendation: hire employees who arent afraid to make contact with customers.

Friendly employees. Great selection. Had the GOLD balloons I was looking all over town for.

If you want to make something, they got the materials you need. If they dont, then they can get it for you. Wburgs location has good service and knowledge associates. Idk about other places, but I like going there. They were a lifesaver for my own low-budget wedding.

It has been awhile since I have been in Michaels. I do enjoy going to, and shopping at Michaels where I am looking for something to do that is art minded, or a craft. I have seen a wide range of various types of art supplies at Michaels. I have been by Michaels many times during my travels. I do plan to continue going to Michaels if I need anything.

I like this store, but most of the staff are grumpy. Not many smiles and they seem upset about shoppers at closing time. Hmmm. Not sure late shoppers deserve that. They always have everything I need for my projects and the people in the framing department are top notch. 5 stars for everything else!

Michaels is improving over the years. It used to be that I would have a hard time finding quality items that werent damaged or flimsy and the return process was very difficult (they couldnt look up your receipt with your cc like other stores could). Now the merchandise is better and the customer service improved. I hope the trend continues !

I am not a gifted artist but Michaels has much more than just art supplies. Being a novice I found a lot of people willing to help me with eclectic creative solutions for my projects that were not necessarily artistic but provided ideas for the process.

Great place to get modeling clay and other artist supplies at good prices. I always get my pictures framed here. Experts are very helpful in choosing proper frames.

Michaels has really good deals on picture framing from time to time and they do an excellent job. The staff always give great suggestions if youre not sure what you want.

Overall, this store has a good selection of craft items. I only gave it 3 stars because I had ordered a framing project & it wasnt ready until a day after it was guaranteed to be done.

The quality of semi precious stone beads has come way down over the years, but the pendant selection is still ok. Also they didnt have the calligraphy supplies that I need it at the time. That was unfortunate because they were just beginners supplies for a friend.

My most favorite store of all time regardless of the city I live or visit. Best selection, best prices and their coupons and specials put them way above their competitors

Pricey. Great selection but again, pricey. A few years ago I bought two gift cards and I was told I had to pay extra for the envelopes. Crazy. I like to knit but I can’t find cotton or something natural. They have wool but the rest are synthetic. I really don’t care for this store.

Michaels isnt the type of store I tend to go to. I needed a fair amount of assistance to help purchase for somebody else and they really delivered. I received amazing help and opinions, it made my gift giving a big success. Thanks to the employees here.

Displays are tidy and selection is good. Aisles could be wider. If you are looking for craft supplies they probably have it. I always see somethingI havent seen before.

Well organized and good sales. The store is pretty easy to find. The staff is helpful.

I like the store in general, but its frustrating to shop there. Employees setting up displays in the middle of aisles so you cant maneuver a cart around them, also checkout lines are ridiculously long. Ive never been able to check out in less than 10 minutes.

Expect your typical Michaels visit here. Love it!
