I went in today & tons of amazing stuff the help the lady that worked there was SUPER helpful & she made everything really simple explained what would best for what I wanted& Not to mention she was so sweet & I LOVED everything I got ! I had a great experience dealing with the store re: a warranty issue that went no where with customer service. Mason was fantastic to work with and took over for me and ultimately got my issues resolved. Le Creuset products are fantastic. Thank you Mason!

My wife and I stopped in tonight and had a great discussion with the employee on duty - Tanya, I believe. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and spent time not only covering the details of the products we wanted, but also sharing cooking techniques and ensuring we had what we needed to do the baking and cooking we wanted, such as the right handle for the dutch oven so that it could handle the proper heat.I honestly can’t recall a more helpful and friendly employee at any place I’ve been.

Visited this store prepared to purchase new cookware yesterday. When I asked if they sold a certain product, the associate began to belittle my request and went so far as to say it was a hazard to cook with. This person did not have knowledge of the product I was requesting or she would not have said that. A simple “no we do not carry that, but here is something similar...” would have been a sufficient response. The store lost a significant sale. I normally don’t post reviews, but didn’t stay long enough to get her name.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother and the way she was treated when she shopped at the Le Creuset Outlet Store in Williamsburg, December 11, 2020. My mother loves Le Creuset cookware, she has been a loyal customer for 40 years. She says their products are the best quality cookware on the market. She was so excited when she found a local store since moving to Virginia.She was so hurt and disappointed that her shopping experience at the Le Creuset Outlet Store in Williamsburg was extremely unpleasant. She was not greeted by the sales associates when she entered and ignored while shopping (despite being the only customer in the store). She did purchase a rectangle stoneware but was not happy with her overall treatment before and after her purchase. I do hope the staff doesnt treat all elderly patrons the way my mother was treated because the lack of respect and common courtesy is completely unacceptable.

Best place to find Le Creuset at a value in the state of Virginia. They offer several staple colors and also exclusives only available in the outlet stores. Staff remembers you and there is a VIP list you can register for to be included on sales info which if planned well can help you to develop your collection. Great place to buy gifts. I only wish it was closer. There are two other LC outlet stores in Virginia, one is Leesburg, the other in Norfolk but this is the one I most frequent. Plenty of firsts and seconds available if you are not picky. Often times retired colors are available alongside the best sellers of Flame, Cerise and Blue.

I visited The Le Creuset outlet store recently and the Store Manager Jenny and her co worker were both extremely friendly and very helpful. I had brought in a Dutch oven that had some serious issues. Jenny went “above and beyond” to help me resolve the problem. I was so happy I almost cried -when they were able to help me resolve the issues.If you want to buy a Le Creuset product, I strongly recommend buying it here. I shop this location frequently. Katelin is my go to associate, always so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about Le Creuset products. She will go out her way to help me find the products and colors I’m looking for and is never aggressive in her sale tactics. If they don’t have the product/color I’m looking for she is kind enough to call me if/when the product comes in. All the staff are so personable and always make it a wonderful shopping experience for me!!

I think Le Creuset has high quality kitchenware, but the staff at the Williamsburg outlets needs a serious overall in customer service training. Extremely disappointed in my experience yesterday when looking for a skillet. The young associate at the front asked what I was looking for and after I described it she brought it straight to the front rather than handing it to me to look at and decide if I wanted to purchase it. She was rude, pushy, and left a sour taste after leaving the store. Despite still buying a great product. I hope you work on training your staff how to properly communicate with patrons and treat them with some respect.

We love Le Creuset at the Williamsburg Outlets. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, and the products are first class. They make aspirational cookware affordable through their great sales that change often so you can try different Le Creuset products. All of the ladies are helpful and familiar with the products and eager to help you find the right pieces for your collection. For me, personally I recommend the 5.5 qt French oven as a first piece!
