We enjoyed visiting this spacious store today, and I liked much of what it had to offer. I found a water resistant gym bag that doubles as a backpack, so I purchased it along with another item on Tax Free Weekend and took advantage of various discounts. Thankfully, I also received an additional discount here after showing my ID with veteran status. Thanks to The North Face!

Malik is amazing. He was so kind and helpful. I went in last month looking for something very specific but couldn’t remember the style name. He helped me narrow it down based on texture, fit, hood/no hood, etc. As someone who has worked in retail, I could recognize that he was juggling multiple customers at once and doing it with no sweat. Ended up with my Apex jacket and a great deal!

Overpriced junk for the most part. Unfortunately there are few options in Williamsburg so I sometimes will seek out winter clothes here. I am usually disappointed when I walk into this store and this last time was no exception. An employee was more concerned about how I was wearing a mask than helping me or worrying about how crowded the store was and how close people were standing together. I don’t know if this employee took it upon himself or if this comes from his manager but I don’t need someone I don’t know and who doesn’t know anything about me or my health to tell me how to wear a mask. I ended up immediately leaving and will give my money to Amazon or a different online retailer instead.

I had such a great experience at the store in Williamsburg. I was looking for a coat for myself and ended up getting jackets hats and gloves for the whole family! Robin went out of her way to find just what I needed and was very patient with my indecisiveness. The kids and wife love everything. 5stars I will be back. Thanks guys!
