I had a very positive experience with Audio One. I initially came in with some very general questions about what I needed my car audio system to do. Paul answered my questions and helped me select a system that would do everything I wanted it to. He gave me a written estimate. I considered the proposal overnight and then returned the next day with a few more questions about warranties. He wrote up the formal estimate and gave me a time for pickup. While conducting the install, Paul discovered an incompatibility between the current factory-installed system and the new incoming system and called me promptly to solicit my preference for courses of action. I chose an option and he complied. In the end, the project came in under budget and was ready prior to the promised time of delivery. Paul was knowledgeable, competent, as well as polite, and respectful. I would definitely return in the future for upgrades or new car audio installations.

These guys are friendly, they know what theyre doing, and they are very helpful! I dropped by AudioOne a couple of days ago to pick up a pair of car speakers. The staff at were very knowledgeable, and talked with us for quite a while until we found exactly what we needed. They really know the physics of sound! Anyway, we bought a great-sounding pair of speakers for a very fair price, but when we got home, we realized that they didnt quite fit into the mounting area in the car doors. Im thinking that since the car is pretty old, the stock speakers that were in there are probably no longer a standard size. We went back to the store yesterday, and the guys found the exact mounting brackets that we needed to get the speakers in the doors, and gave them to us on the house. Im not sure whats up with all of the less-than-favorable reviews here. Granted, I didnt have to deal with any installation jobs, but I never got the idea that anyone in the shop was rude or arrogant. Just audio guys who actually understand stereo imaging and acoustics.
