An absolute rip off!!! Please see the picture that I post along with this review. My wife had surgery and my 73 year old mother in NY sent an arrangement from this store. After delivery (we live roughly 3 Miles from the store), it cost her $88.00. The arrangement that we received looked nothing like what was advertised. The arrangement was in a bucket, not a vase, there were no oranges at all, and it was about $5 worth of fruit with a ton of lettuce greens to fill it out.My mother called to complain and they told her she had to bring the item back to the store and they gave her the run around. Absolutely horrible. I hope their corporate office is aware of this location.

Received a huge arrangement from my daughter today. This arrangement was supposed to arrive yesterday and the fruit is not good at all. I realize it is mothers day and you are busy but my daughter just spent $150.00 for soft, spotted, soon to rot ( probably wont last past tomorrow) fruit? Shame on you Edible Arrangements! Will think twice next time. Very DISSAPOINTED

Placed an order in April for delivery on Friday, May 7th. No delivery. I called the store the next morning (which was this morning) and was told they were short staffed yesterday, so my order (to my mom for Mothers Day) would go out today. I understand that can happen, so I was okay with it. I wouldve thought that because they were a day late delivering my order, they wouldve delivered to my mom first this morning. But nope. 6:00pm Saturday it still hasnt been delivered. So I called again to ask if I could get an ETA on delivery. I spoke to the rudest individual I have ever spoken to over the phone. She told me they dont give ETAs. When I explained the situation, she said Well we close at 7:00 so hopefully itll get delivered by then. HOPEFULLY?!?!?!?! So now Im concerned it wont get delivered today, either. When I asked, What happens if it doesnt get delivered by 7:00? I was told THEN ITLL BE DELIVERED AFTER 7:00. And then I was hung up on. I am so furious at how I, a paying customer, was treated. And yet theres no way to make a complaint on their website. I WILL be calling a manager Monday. Unless the person I spoke to WAS the manager. All I can say is I will NEVER EVER order from this location EVER again! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Ordered the Cheer up Cupcake Bouquet for delivery. As I’m on the Eastern Shore I had to use this store for as it was the only one on zip code search for Yorktown. They delivered but NO Cupcakes. Tell me how you forget the cupcakes in the Cheer up Cupcake Bouquet. I’ve now read some of the other reviews for this store and see how you can forget - poor service. I had filed a complaint and received email to wait 48 hours. Finally had to call myself after 4 days. Store manager was rude. Finally did a grudging apology. Said they could not deliver missing cupcakes but I was welcome to drive 4 hours round trip including $20 toll on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel to make their mistake right and pick up in store and deliver myself. They did refund the money for the missing cupcakes but the service was poor. Would not recommend this store

I preordered a dozen chocolate strawberries for my wife for our anniversary...a few days before Mothers Day. They were ready for my scheduled pick-up time and my wife said they were delicious. I experienced excellent customer service from the staff at a very busy time.

Delivery person can’t use GPS. Showed up to wrong house. Instead of verifying the address I’m now supposed to drop everything and go pick up from the store. Useless.

I stopped in to purchase a few items for my son. It was 4:40. There was a young girl working who was extremely rude. She told me they were closing in 10 minutes. She said I couldnt order in the store and would have to go online. I have purchased items here before and always had friendly and helpful service.

WARNING: Save yourself a lot of trouble now. Do not purchase anything from this franchised edible arraignments location. Part of an order was not delivered and when we called we were told to come pick it up ourselves. When we asked to speak to a manager, the woman on the phone stated she was the manager. When a refund was requested, the woman on the phone said word for word to “kiss my a$$” and hung up. They would not provide the owners information. We called corporate who was no help.

Was able to order a fruit and veggie combo to be delivered to my mother from out of state and have it delivered to her. Gave me the opportunity to provide her with fresh fruit & produce in a quantity perfect for her without her having to go out. Perfect! Delivery was great. They called to let me know it had been delivered. Everything was fresh and Mom loved it!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE! They dont deliver on the day you ordered and they dont make a fresh item that day. I made an order, no delivery was attempted but of course the manager says they did attempt delivery after 8pm at night. I asked if the item being re-delivered was fresh and she said the fruit doesnt expire so they make items in advance and deliver as orders come up so the items are NOT made fresh daily. You can get much better service and much better bang for your buck elsewhere. I had called and left a voicemail with no response, sent an online inquiry with no response, and had to call customer service who then got the store manager on the line. This place is a scam. They charge you and then dont deliver a fresh item on the day you ordered for.

Wife ordered dipped strawberries for our granddaughters birthday.Below is the product delivered. Would anyone eat these?Filed complaint with corporate and was told they would send to locate store.While they did cancel the order, we received no apologies from the Williamsburg store. Just shows they dont care about their customers.Would rate as zero stars if possible.

Placed an order the morning of my anniversary, called multiple times throughout the day trying to get some type of ‘assurance’ that my $115 bouquet of fruits would get delivered. And never once got an answer, only forwarded to other stores. According to the email I received, saying that my delivery was guaranteed the same day. I thought maybe I was just over reacting, to just let them do their job.The day goes on, waiting to hear from my excited wife who was at home all day watching our 5 month old. Never received the highly anticipated fruit package. Not even a phone call stating what was going on. Nothing. Not a single word from the ‘Williamsburg Edible Arrangements’. Which then led to me spending my Saturday morning calling corporate just to only get refunded my money. I will never do business again with this company, let alone depend on them to be the surprise in my anniversary.

This location is by far the most incompetent and unprofessional Edible Arrangements location I have dealt with. The “Store Manager” did not remedy the mistake her associates and delivery drivers made. Even after reaching out to corporate and the manager assuring me that the franchise owner would reach out, I have heard nothing back. Take your money ANYWHERE else. I would rather have burned $80 then have had to deal with this poor customer service. Thank you Edible Arrangements Williamsburg for singlehandedly convincing me to be slightly more cleaver with my gift giving since you are incapable of completing your orders as promised and owning up to your mistakes. If you think this is a one off occurrence, I would question why a location has a below 3 star rating on google. I wish I would have listen to my fellow patrons.

Terrible!!! I ordered my husband a Father’s Day. They never showed up. I emailed that night and they didn’t even call the next day to apologize. They said “We can deliver it today”. I got a refund but nothing else except a holiday to honor my husband with no gift. Horrible experience.

Placed an order online for the recipient to pick up their arrangement the day before Mother’s Day. While placing the order, the online form asked for the recipients phone number and name. That gave me the impression that edible arrangements would call and let the recipient know they had a gift. It wasn’t the case. My recipient never received a call from Edible Arrangements to let her know about her gift and I never received a call of notice that the arrangement was not picked up. So I called this location the day after Mother’s Day. A young lady answered and explained that they usually call 30 mins before closing to let recipients know that they have an arrangement that needs to be picked up, but they don’t call and give notice on busy days or holidays. I told her that was not explained to me when I placed the order. I asked why do you all ask for the recipient’s name and number if you don’t call them? She then gave the phone to the Manager, Kevin, who told me that they don’t call recipients. I told him that it doesn’t state that in my confirmation or when placing the order. He said he could refund me half of the money, or remake the arrangement. I told him I just wanted my full refund because Mother’s Day was over. He said he could only refund half and went on to ask me is he supposed to lose all money because my order wasn’t picked up?? I was floored. I couldn’t believe the lack of understanding or professionalism portrayed by Kevin. I called corporate. I have not received a call from anyone regarding this situation.

How can a store say Open but yet nobody answers the phone? I have a pending delivery order that I feel I may have been scammed especially since it was already paid by debit. I live toooo far to go and see about the issue. Sooo disappointed right now...

Had a horrible experience with this store. I ordered my mother the Mom knows best bundle and it was never delivered. When I called the store the guy kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what happened and when I spoke to the manager she said all she could do was give me a refund on my delivery fee which was 15 dollars. And they would have it delivered that day but it wouldnt be until late that evening. I told them no thats not acceptable. I want a full refund and I still want my order and she said that was fine. I went and picked it up and when I got there they couldnt even give me what I ordered I had to pick other items. Then when I got it to my mother and looked at the dipped strawberries they were still frozen and made very sloppy and didnt look anything like the picture. Smh will not be ordering from them again. Still cant believe the additude from the young guy over the phone. He said that my order was sent through door dash and grub hub and I needed to call them. I didnt order through them I ordered though edible arrangements.

I guess the fruit is more to look at than eat. The display was quite beautiful that we received, but the fruit was hard, underripe, and the chocolate was full of condensation and falling off the berries. We called not to complain so much as to let them know that the fruit just wasnt edible. I imagine it must be hard to do these things if relying on a commodity that isnt in season locally.

Boy gift giving can be difficult but who doesnt enjoy giving something that is appreciated and a great value. I gave my wife an edible arrangement and true to form I waited to the last minute...and on the day before valentines day no less. The service at the Williamsburg location is supreme, I met the owner, heard his story of how he got into business and his passion for excellence is easily seen. If you want truly great service and you agree with supporting the local economy call Williamsburgs Edible Arrangements, they will surely impress!

Order 2 arrangements on December 17 to be delivered December 24 they were not delivered had a message on the phone at 2 in the afternoon telling us they were not going to be delivered. went to store first thing on the 26th they gave us our money back for the delivery and were to up grade the arrangements and deliver them that day 1 was delivered at 10:30 that night and was of poor quality and of few different fruits some having no taste. very bad overall will never use them again must be under new management as I am a repeat customer. and have never had service like this. these arrangements were for Christmas dinners. show much for Christmas this year!

I ordered in arrangement for an anniversary present it has not been delivered no phone calls to tell me whats going on. Ive been trying to track my order in it says out for delivery for 2 days. They say on their answering machine that they are open 7 days a week and nobody answers the phone.

I placed an order for my mother on Friday, May 02, 2014 to have an arrangement that cost me $56 delivered on Saturday, May 10, 2014. My mother called me to say Thank You for the arrangement but that she could not eat it because it looked like it had been sitting out all day and the fruit had a layer of condensation all over; which made the fruit mushy. I called and complained, of course. The owner told me that a new arrangement would be delivered. It never came that day. I called the next day and they said that it would be delivered that day. Hmmmm, lets see - it is now a new year - March 2, 2015 and my mother has yet to receive her new arrangement. I have decided not to pursue this any further but to spread the word - as I work at the only satellite radio station in the nation - to not to shop here.
