Went in right before closing to replace worn out yard boots of a different brand and rep was so nice and extremely helpful. We had a laugh about the old style work boots worn thru the 80s and 90s now living in the urban chic section! New boots are great so far and I expect the value and quality to deliver just as the name Timberland has over the decades.

The location is great and the prices can be reasonable. At the end of the day I am a huge fan of Timberland and their products but the pricing can be a little too excessive sometimes. Still a great place to check out though.

They didnt have what I was looking for (which to be fair was SUPER specific) but they were very helpful and actually directed me to a local retailer that might have what I came in for. That is a rare feat in retail (worked in retail for over 15 years) so THANK YOU! If I need anything they do carry I will be back to this location. That is how you inspire loyalty.

Every summer I have to find the nearest Timberland Outlet. I always enjoy their cute selection of summer sandals. Not so much to choose from on the men side. I guess men don’t wear sandals as much as women. The prices are great at the outlet. We were in the store a long time. When there was a break in customers in the store, I appreciated the manager helping us shop, matching shoes and clothing, and just having conversation. There’s always a fine line between employees being helpful and being a nuisance.

Turned into a average size clothing store. Big men love outdoors as well

Typical outlet store

Jacob is amazing, friendly and personable. These are my go to boots for work and play and when you spend that much on shoes it helps when they are covered from defect and there is a honest wonderful staff backing their product. I live in the area and normally avoid the outlet at all cost bit the staff here is worth the trip if you need boots.

The loss prevention training they provide the associates comes off kinda creepy. my wife & i were followed the whole time. made me want to never return to this location. i understand they have a job to do but cmon the couple behind us didnt get followed as much and didnt ask to be IDd for a cc purchase like we did. No worries though..we carry ID wherever we go. Great adult selection but not much for kids

Make sure to check if you can fit the youth size of their shoes if you have small feet cuz the shape of Tims are larger than regular shoe sizes. I am an adult female and my size is 8 and I can fit in the youth size 9. Well I bought the adult ones anyway because the youth ones are not the style I wanted but this info might help y’all save some money. The adult ones I got were like 100 or a bit more but the youth size ones are about 70.
