My first time at this place and they are closing their store. You have to order online to purchase anything. I was disappointed. Heard a lot of great this about this store.

Really wish I knew they were going out of business before we drove from Richmond tonight... I checked the Williamsburg outlet website before I came out here too, there was no mention of it-pretty lame. Only small sizes left and a very few items, at that.

Wilsons has a nice selection of all leather apparel. If youre looking for a leather jacket, gloves, a wallet or anyting else leather, this may be the place for you. The other nice thing is about Wilsons the prices are pretty reasonable.

Sales Associate greeted my as soon as I walked in. She ask if she could help me. I said no I was just looking. I could not find the size I wanted and asked if everything was out. She said yes, but asked which style I was looking at. When I showed her she asked me to wait. She went to the back and came out with the size I was looking for. She also explained to me how the sizes ran. She was a great help and made my visit a very happy and enjoyable one. Thank her!

Tried to return a bag next day. The manager was rude and not helpful. However I don’t needed a reason for returning as per their policy, there was a reason for it because the bag has some smears on it. Her response was that I had to be careful and look carefully before paying. So disappointing.

Good prices for leather products bought an Italian leather business briefcase really reasonable and driving gloves. Great customer service without the pushy sales.

Beyond amazing. Besides the fact that theres always a great sale there the fact that they have sales for their sales make it even better. I just got two very high quality leather jackets for 275$. Their tagged price was 700$ and 300$!!!

Wait till Black Friday, you will get high quality leather products with a good price. The prices of their leather jackets are fair, if you wanna pay lower prices, you get emulation or cheap leather products, higher prices, good quality leather products, yet, the prices of good quality leather products are lower than other retail stores.

Was sold a bag that the sales associate said was leather. Even encouraged me to buy the can of leather cleaner spray only to find out the bag wasnt real leather by looking it up on their website!!!! SHAME! I looked at the bag when I got home and do not see anything about it being Faux leather but the website says it is. Highly upset.
