Its walmart 🤷🏾‍♀️. They had what I needed and Im happy that they have late hours. I visited this store after 9pm on a Friday night. The parking lot is well lit, its fairly clean and not crowded.

I was stoked to get some beautiful sunset pics. The park is ok. All in all my visit was nice.

You know America, bigger is better... This is probably the largest store Ive ever been to in my whole life. it is so big you have to take a day off at work just to cover half of it. Anyways this specific Walmart was not a good place to find some candies for the kids which was really surprising but other than that you can literally get anything you can think of at the store its amazing! Thankful to Cindy and Laura for helping us out with our return and repurchase of a Primo dispenser. It was an online order and FedEx damaged the box and product. I didn’t want to take another chance of getting another damaged product due to how FedEx manages deliveries. Laura was kind and understanding with the situation even though it’s not the stores fault, I was able to get one similar without a hike on price. Cindy was very patient having to work with the system that is down to get my return done. Thank you! This store always have kind associates! I have a few that I regularly just have to say hi to!

Thats my second time shopping at that Walmart I love it is very nice to shop there a pleasant atmosphere it had everything I wanted.

Kinda bare of the swimsuits and no swim cover-ups for women being that its location was right next door to Great Wolfe Lodge. Found the last affordable backpack I was looking for for myself. Didnt find any swim shoes for my husband that were halfway nice looking. Got the other things I needed woth no waiting at the self-check. Oh! Could not see the store from the street and drove around a bit.

Absolutely loved this Walmart. It was cold, it had a dominos, and I was getting dirty looks while walking past people! Absolutely lovely experience this is one of my favorite Walmarts EVER! I cannot stop talking about it even if I went in May. It is a super aesthetic and cute photo spot especially at sunset 100/10 recommended Walmart in my opinion.

This store was immaculate. The restrooms were very clean. The employees were helpful and eager to assist. The shelves were well stocked and organized. It is easy to locate this store and parking was plentiful.

We picked up an order and it was fine. However, we ordered black licorice, they didnt have any so substituted chocolate flavor. It was not good! It was like eating chocolate wax, I do not recommend it...

I always have a good experience at our local Walmart.. people are friendly and helpful.... Great place for value.

It was okay, fast service but the food is just okay.

The best Walmart that Ive shopped at anywhere. Always well stocked, clean, and very friendly and helpful employees. Management seriously listens to feedback from their customers, whether in person or online surveys. On a couple of occasions Ive posted comments on things or issues that needed their attention, and a manager contacted me by phone or email to discuss the issue and then fixed it. I havent seen that level of responsiveness in any other retailers.

As always Wal-Mart Super Store lived up to its reputation. Well organized, BIG, CLEAN and great customer service. Visiting from out of town and I give high marks compared to some others Ive visited.

Poor TV reception, clean room only if requested. Poor wi-fi reception no clean towels went to front desk to get towels and wash rags no towels or wash rags when they put towels and wash rags in room only one wash rags. I told company I worked for if they ever put me in this dump again I would quit my dam job and come back home

This walmart was set up very convincingly, had no problem finding items I needed.

Usually nicely stocked and never out of items. The team is nice and if you ask for help they will stop and help you find what you need. The pharmacy usually has a wait. Clean store. One of the better Wal-Marts out there.

Visited the local Walmart while on vacation and was very impressed. Very clean, very well stocked, made you want to shop. Most impressive was Irene in the health and beauty area. She walked me over to items that I could not find and was very informative and personable. Highly recommended!

Its gotten really frustrating to shop here. Theyre usually out of everything you want now, and the last time my family did an online order half of our stuff wasnt put into our car. It had nothing to do with the substitutions either which had been reviewed.Besides that, its a Walmart, once youve been to one youve been to them all. Store is fairly clean and I havent had any issues with service. Therefore a 4 star review :)

Wow! What a store! My GPS led us there, we were in the parking lot and still 1/8 a mile from the entrance. The store is expansive! And Yes we found everything we needed.

I was standing behind a couple with 2 children who were trying to purchase some groceries. Some code she was using wouldnt go thru ..as the couple was leaving children crying another customer came over and asked how much was the total purchase . She then replied I will pay for it . No one would stop the couple and their so they could come back and get the food they needed. A remark was made by the cashier if I do i have to redo the purchase...she was more worried about the customers in line waiting than helping those poor in need parents. Get more cashiers sooo mayb this will never happen again. It broke my heart .

Need more sales floor associates to help customers. I cant ever find anyone to help me with anything..but other than that..I love it

Look it’s Walmart. But this is a huge company. There’s literally no customer service. Most of y’all’s employees especially at the electronics are not happy to work. If employees are not happy, why should I continue to shop here. If people are getting paid, at least train your employees to have a smile on their face because that can change a lot of things. I understand we living in bad times right now but at least those people got a job. Smile. This is Walmart. Not a basement.

We are shopping for the Thanksgiving preparation earlier. We got everything needed for the festive family dinner. We know pandemic still remain in our new normal but were grateful for everything we have this year.

Great Walmart and I go every trip to Williamsburg, VA. Recommended. The shelves are getting thin as most stores are.

Easy peasy!! Pulled in, let them know which spot I was in and within 5 minutes, I had my groceries. There was a lovely gentleman who brought them to me. Dont know his name but he was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you, good sir and well done, WalMart!

Only 1 or 2 at the most regular checkouts. That is ridiculous and very annoying, especially on weekends. Also very poor stocking of pet needs. Shelves even of foods are not stocked, much less well stocked. Whats going on Walmart, Im getting where I would rather pay more somewhere else, and sometimes already do. Think of the needs of your customers!

Typical Walmart experience if youve been to one before its likely about the same. What really stood out was the Dominos Pizza delivery inside the building. Most Walmart either have a McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, or Subway inside so its a little unique.

This is truly a super Wal-Mart. If they dont have it, you dont need it.They have had everything I needed. The employees that are working, I commend them.

The Walmarts out of town are way better than the one in petersburg and colonial heights. They have way more stock. Its just ridiculous the way that petersburg has gone down because of people being interested more in money than in bettering its people. The city of petersburg was once flourishing. We had movie theaters bowling alleys. A skating. All in all walmart is a nice place to shop and visit.

Will not be returning, the strawberries and cherry tomatoes are always moldy, the managers are rude and unhelpful. The cashiers are always sweet and friendly but it’s not worth all the other problems.

What a joke. No one at customer service no one at the self check out. Store is a wreck.I had to greet the door greeter as he just stared into space.... Never again.... Amazon gets your sales for a reason.

We do our grocery pick-up orders and we love it! The staff is normally very friendly!! I would highly recommend using thos store if you arent wanting to do your own shopping!! They make excellent choices of produce, which was a big worry for me! I feel like the staff picks out better replacements than I would!! Keep up the great work!

Nice place, clean, bright. Not as well stocked as most stores. Very friendly staff.

Went today for the second time and this place needs to get it together. Seems like all Walmart’s are lacking in personnel cause every time you go there is maybe 3 registers open and the lines are backed up at self checkout. They are hit and miss when it comes to stocking shelves sometimes they are really good at keeping stuff stocked other times you would think the end of the world was upon us and the shelves are empty. Guess it’s back to giving Harris Teeters my business and only use Walmart for the things I have to get there.

Good selection and decent customer service

Walmart has just about everything you need although lately there have been large empty spaces on the shelves in several areas. A couple of times I could not find any rotisserie chickens hot or cold in the food area. Perhaps all due to the pandemic and delays with shipping. The layout of the store doesnt make it easy to go from one side of the store to the other without making several turns. Some of the aisles are narrow. The last time I was there mens work boots were in disarray. Some of the larger sizes were unavailable. I also noticed less product in mens socks and could not locate any plain mens sweatpants. I looked for a wallet but most were gone except for 2 styles. Perhaps more shipping delays. I think they should hire a few more people in that store because there was also a lengthy wait at checkout.

So pulled in to the Auto Service station. Asked for the oil change and tire rotation. Told there were two in front of us.. said it would be 30 to 45 minutes before they would get to us, no problem. We had two cars so my wife and I watched .. just a little over and hour later, ours gets pulled in.. still no problem... An hour later, an hour mind you, they pull our car out. I go up to the guy and he says we didnt get the tires rotated yet.. Now we have a problem.... over 45 minutes for an oil change... Really??? So I said, dont worry about the tires!. Of course the oil change was much more expensive than a tire rotation.... So I guess the bottom line is the bottom line... They were also more expensive than the Nissan dealership... Sorry Wal-Mart, no longer on my list for auto service!

Its Wally World and its exactly what weve come to expect. Not perfect but it provides economical shopping in a clean environment. This is a very good store.

My husband and I went to this Walmart to get some things and we asked someone to move crates and they said that they couldn’t move the crates. We had poor service trying to get plumbing.

The staffs attention to detail makes this specific Wal-Mart one of the most organized and cleanliness store I have ever visited. The greeter wipes the cart down before you grab it. Kudos!

This particular walmart has the pet & grocery section right next to each other so it’s simple in & out for me. no roaming!!!

Cant stand going there for one reason....no service!!! 18 registers at 5pm and only 2 open!!! Make people stand in line for self checkout for 20+ minutes...ridiculous for a multi billion dollar company....

Shortstaffed as usual. If you are going to offer fabric, please place staff there! Super frustrating to find fabric, priced right and no one to cut nor anyone to ask for help.

It was so different than our Walmart. Prices were more. Somewhat easy to find IF you have the Walmart app to search for stuff IN that store.

Service took too long. The server looked disoriented. They gave us an empty bag instead of the birthday candles we ordered! They tried to give us a replacement that we didnt want. Just plain trash! :(

Most items that I looked for were in stock. Good prices as usual. Plenty of self checkouts means you dont have to wait long in line

They did not have one thing of ice cream and I mean none at all. The selves were bare all through the store.

I got a lovely rug from Home and Garden. This is not something found in Massachusetts.

Shelves were full a good time to shop. What can I say Walmart has everything in one store. Just need more checkouts open to get out faster

Walmart is probably one of my favorite places to shop because of the variety of items carried. Since the pandemic, however I find that availability is down slightly and the quantity of what is being slow is very limited. That leaves the shopper searching for other options...

Clean store and the staff in electronics was very friendly assisting me with the correct HP 7520 Black ink selection.
