This is a really nice place to sit and have some ice cream. The staff is wonderful and they provide great customer service. The outside area was clean and it has a nice view.

Went to Sweet Frog tonight and had an AMAZING experience. The owners were very sweet and friendly, the yogurt options were delicious (I tried three kinds in my bowl...and my husband was thankful for the yummy dairy free options!). I love sweet frog it tastes just like ice cream but I guess a healthier choice, they have many different flavors and choices for toppings. I have been to three different ones, colonial heights, Williamsburg, and Newport news and the one thing that stood out about Newport news is they had the option for waffle cones. You also can sign up and get pretty cool offers like buy one get one but they dont really promote the sales in store.

I love going to Sweet Frog. Everytime that I have been to the Sweet Frog located in the New Town area, by the movie theater I have always enjoyed the selection of the various varieties of the frozen yogurts that you can purchase. I also like how they have the variety of toppings that you can choose from, and add to the frozen yogurt that you can purchase. Every purchase of the frozen yogurt with toppings added to it, I have been greatly satisfied with my purchase, and the frozen yogurt, and toppings that I have chosen. Whenever I am in the New Town area, and am close to the Sweet Frog, I will try very hard to visit the store.

Honestly I haven’t been to sweet frog in approximately 7 months. I went 2 years ago for the first time and didn’t like the flavor combination I made with the toppings I chose, so I gave sweet frog a bad review. I just wanted to switch my public review to something positive! Sweet frog is actually delish and deserves 5 stars... not a bad review for my own mistake! YUM, I would recommend if you’re visiting the burg :)

Love bringing the grandkids here. The only drawback is that the kids cant see the items in the bar. I there was a mirror or something to step on because trying to lift 3 kids and not letting the yogurt melt is a challenge..😬

The yogurt here is as good as any other place, but the management refused to honor the corporate Veterans Day offering of a free 12 oz. portion today. My daughter was very disappointed that they chose to throw the yogurt away rather than support our military family. Boo!

Ice cream was great but first Sweet Frog that includes the 6 cents extra for cost of the spoon. This turned me off completely. None of Sweet Frogs Ive been in Charlotte NC and Gastonia, NC does this. You take the spoon yourself AFTER you paid for ice cream.Owner replied with what I expected. My ice cream totaled $4.00. There were no spoons I can take. The employee had the spoons. She inserted the spoon in the ice cream so now total changed to $4.06. Had to pay $4.06 not $4.00.

I really like that they have nondairy offerings. I usually cant get frozen dessert out. Im allergic to dairy. Its not open after the last movie lets out, next to the theater. That kinda stinks, but oh well. That can be pretty late. Variety of toppings. Fresh fruit is my fave.

The employees were extremely sweet right when we walked in!! When we left they even packed our frozen yogurt up and overall just really sweet.

Excellent customer service. I needed to bring home multiple cups of Froyo for me and my family. The workers were amazing. They packed up my whole order with plastic lids, put each cup in paper bags then they put those bags in a plastic grocery bag so it would be secure for the walk to my car and the Trip Home.

I have been to this place several times but today was a bad experience The wife was micromanaging to a point you felt uncomfortable. I was with well behaved grandchildren but unfortunately my grandson was holding the door waiting for his elderly grandfather and was yelled at for leaving the door open too long

Goodness, we come here at least 4 times a month, and my gosh this place has great flavors, very clean, updated toppings, and of course the employees that always work here are super kind. Love coming here a lot, glad we get to spend our money at a superior location

Delicious but expensive if you dont watch how much you get as its weight based pricing... Add a scoop of sprinkles maybe 5¢ add more you could end up with a$10-$20 dessert

This place is like many frozen yogert shops. The same man and woman are there every time we go (I suspect they own the place). They keep it very clean. The table tops freely rotate (intentionally by design). It caused a major spill the first time I was there with my kid. The lady who was running the store rushed over with a smile on ger face and started helping us clean it up. In short, great place, great people.

I love the other Sweet Frog locations around town but will NEVER go back to this one and I suggest you don’t either. I received a text coupon offering a free cup for my birthday- when I went in to use it (of course after I already got the fro-yo), the workers (who were not rude and therefore I don’t blame them specifically) tried to explain to me that because their automated coupon system didn’t show the coupon, they would not honor it and “perhaps someone else used my phone number and already used the coupon”. WHAT?!? There is some sort of glitch btw their text advertising and their auto system which equates to FALSE ADVERTISING. Again, not the employee’s fault but not cool to bait and switch customers like that! I paid for my fro-yo but am irritated I went out of my way to come here on my birthday for no reason. Add that to the fact that this location (unlike the others I have been to in the past month) has no seasonal flavors, the candy choices seemed kind of older and lackluster and the fact that parking in general for the area is a huge pain, I will NOT be returning here EVER again. Good luck staying in business long term 🤷🏼‍♀️

Im not sure why everyone has rated these guys so well. The flavors were just okay some were terrble (coffee was awful) Many of the topping were stale but full.... Im not going back. Go to Brusters down the street.
