Great Service, no pressure sales!

I received a gift from this store last November. It is a Diamond ring. I have been unable to get my ring inspected for obvious reasons ( the virus protocol) which I understand. However the stones in my ring have begun to fall out and they will not let me drop it off for repair or let me ship it back for repair.... they offer NO resolution at all.. NONE! I want a repair or a new ring or some effort for a resolution for a 1200 ring that started falling apart less then a year after I received it. So very disappointed

I dropped of my ring for repair, it was bent and cracked on the lower portion. Over the 10 years I had it, it had scratches as well. To my surprise when I picked it up it looked like a brand new ring. Needless to say I was very impressed.

Went here today to get a watch worked on. Didn’t buy it from this store. Karla helped me and displayed incredible service and knowledge. During the entire endeavor, she was respectful, diligent, and made my trip worthwhile. I look forward to working with her in future trips.

Zales in Williamsburg Outlet very nice.

Pretty unhappy with my overall experience. The hours are not posted anywhere. I had to wait an hour for them to open, and then inquire about the hours. The staff was less than willing to help, and almost seemed as though they didn’t want to be there. I left the store and purchased my wife’s birthday gift elsewhere.

Bad experience. The outlets are great but not this Zales location. I had my receipts for my engagement ring and wedding band but only the inspection sign off sheet for the band which at the Norfolk location when I purchased my wedding band they said they’ll be able to do them together, using one sheet. But this time I guess the lady didn’t want to do her job because she only inspected my band and didn’t even clean it... Then gave it back and went on to try to sell me something... no thank you!! I’ll just get my earrings I was intending to buy from the Norfolk location when I go there out of my way next weekend for someone to do the inspection and cleaning with no problem at all :)

I had a very difficult time working with staff at this location. There were numerous issues while trying to make a purchase and it took over an hour and a half. The ring came back after being sized and not even a week later it broke and I had to take it back (I had the lifetime warrenty). I was very tempted just to return it all together so I didn’t have to worry about other issues, but I really loved the ring. While the staff aren’t the best, corporate was really helpful in crediting my account to have the ring expedited.

Lillian made my shopping experience memorable and unique. She was knowledgeable in what I was looking for (pearls), gave me options, provided her professional input, and didnt pressure me to buy anything. Lillians service is what eventually made me purchase from this Zales. Hats off to her!

Terrible Service. If you have an issue good luck trying to get them to help after the sale. We had our ring in over 6 times trying to get it repaired and it kept falling apart. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I give this location zero stars. Horrible experience. Manager basically called me a liar in so many words, sales associates giving out wrong information..... With so many other jewelry store options available I will never shop at a Zales location again.
