Great store and fun atmosphere. Employees and manager are so nice and helpful. The rainbow haired employee, I think her name is Jae, was so helpful and even checked in the back for a particular item I wanted (which is so difficult to get this customer service at other retailers). So many great, interesting, and fun products. Will definitely continue shopping here!

Love this Store! It has figures you wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else. I picked up a Marvel Select Green Goblin which is a great figure👍👍

No greeting by the only person working that was sitting at the register. We were the ONLY people in the store. We were never asked if we needed help.

Its a nice store. It really is. But the prices are a little high. My son wanted to get a dinosaur and it was marked as $60. A little high. I checked Amazon and it was $20 cheaper. At target too. I can understand marking it up $5 or so, but not $20. Thats a bit much.

The merchandise is okay but the blonde older female employee is so rude I wouldn’t complete my purchase at the store. They were having a 50% clearance and I took a clearance item with my other purchases to see if it was also discounted. She said it wasn’t and I told her I wasn’t going to buy the item. She didn’t offer to take it for me so I started to put it down by the register. She said she’d take it and didn’t see why people did that. I said, “You mean people like me?” She said yes. I decided to not complete the sale because she was so rude. On the way out, she said she didn’t want to sell me anything anyway. Walmart workers are nicer, for goodness’ sake. I will never shop at this location again.

Store had a wide variety of calenders. Be careful if you have young children because there are graphic calenders that are not covered up at all. The game selection was alright nothing more than a target or Wal-Mart though. You would expect more selection from a Game store. Went after Christmas and they had some great sales but regular listed prices were high.

The old woman behind the register expressed how big of a shame it was that my son asked her for a price on silly string to her co-worker, and continued to get nasty after I confronted her about waiting for us to leave before she decides to talk about my children. Very disappointed, returned my items to the shelf and left. She yelled at my children to get out. Very disrespectful!

Called 15 minutes before their posted closing time to get their location in the outlet center (I was in the outlet looking for them). The guy says they are closing in two minutes instead of answering me, continues to be rude when I pressed him for the location, and when I arrived a minute later, had closed the store 13 minutes before the posted close and he was already counting his drawer. In fact, there was a father at the door with a daughter in tears, I am pretty sure the $!#$$@## closed as soon as I called. Worst store behavior Ive seen....you would think they were actually trying not to sell stuff.

Plenty of stores and shopping to be had..the only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the enormous amount of walking to get to the different stores. I have a fractured back so alot of walking is difficult.

Ok so overall the store is ok.but BUYER BEWARE!!! Check the prices of games at other places such as Walmart before making a purchase. For example we just bought Pie Face Showdown. Totaled with tax $37.09 but at Walmart it is listed regularly at $24 something. Pictures are attached. I feel like if youre an outlet store you should be providing things at a little bit of a discount or something. Never again will I make this mistake.

It was a day after Christmas, all their signs and posters said 50% off everything and end of season sale from the ceiling and to every table and shelves so I got a lot of stuff to buy but as soon as we get to the cash register they said the signs are wrong and they dont know what their boss is thinking.

Got kicked out 10 minutes before closing, because the woman working there said she wasnt getting paid past 7, the posted closing time...made my 3 year old daughter cry, we were about to buy a toy but she was having trouble deciding which one. Avoid this store.
