Best place in Williamsburg for high quality William & Mary merchandise, especially wearables. Definitely pricier than the outlets, but worth it.

Misquoted on the time before delivery on a custom made paddle; attendant at the register treated me like she had better things to do than to greet me or answer my questions--she didnt even look at me to say thanks, good bye...(oh, wait--thats because she never did). When I pick my paddle up next week (hopefully), Ill be sure to ask who the vendor is, and buy the larger one direct from them. Okay products but the customer service is definitely lacking.

The shop is a little overwhelming because of the way the clothing is organized. There are a lot of options, which are good, but the options also look like those at every other campuss clothing shop; for better or for worse.
