Justin was very patient with helping me select the correct clubs for my swing. When finished, I asked him if we picked out a good set, and he let me know that we picked the same clubs he uses for himself- a good feeling of reassurance. Thank you

Do NOT even stepfoot in here if you are female as I wanted to buy a new hybrid and spend a few hundred dollars. Was told they were low on ladies clubs. He didnt even think of me looking at senior mens ones. Horrible service. Will shop elsewhere

Ive been a customer for a few years, and was happy when they came to Williamsburg. The way Mario, the manager of the Yorktown store, makes every customer feel appreciated, and Justin, the manager of the Williamsburg store, does the same way. Went into the store today to get my Putter re-gripped, and Justin reminded me that I had a store credit. I had honestly forgotten about it, but thats how awesome, Justin and the whole ATG staff are! Ill be a customer as long as I can play the game.

I have bought a lot of golf equipment in the last year including new woods, new irons and a new bag. I have learned that Addicted To Golf is the best place to shop for a number of different reasons.The service at both the Williamsburg store and the Yorktown store are both excellent. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and professional and they are always very helpful and friendly. Their prices cannot be beat. I play a lot of golf and do extensive research to find the best price once I find a product that I like and I have not been able to find any golf store in the Hampton Roads area or even on-line that will beat the prices that Addicted To Golf offers.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. I was considering buying a new set of ping g410 irons. If this is how you treat customers I will buy them elsewhere.

This is a fantastic little golf shop!!! I put emphasis on little because when you first arrive and see the shop from the outside youd think they only have a few clubs and maybe a pair of shoes! But when you enter the shop, your head gets blown back and you cant believe how BIG it is on the inside!!! Very big selection of new AND used clubs! A very big selection of shoes and clothes! And they even have a hitting bay in the back to try clubs!!! I wouldve never believe that this place had all that from the front door!!! This place is the true definition of dont judge a book by its cover!!! Definitely stop by and check this place out!!!!

Called lookout big for a new Push Cart; had narrowed my choice down to two notable manufacturers . Tom was incredibly helpful over the phone, patiently answering my questions to assist in breaking the tie between products. Very detailed and informative! Price was better than big lot online store chain.Good to be able to support our local businesses!

I was looking for a new set of clubs and Ben did a great job working with me. He was knowledgeable and took the time needed to fit me, and it was a reasonable price too! A great experience which I was referred to by a friend.

Great golf shop. Cant say enough about the customer service which Justin provided. I drove two hours to attend a Srixon demo day and Steve with Srixon/Cleveland was great. He fitted me for new irons. I will definitely be back.

I recently traded in an incomplete set of irons for a new set. The sale was predicated on a credit bring given when the missing club from the set was brought into the store. When I attempted to turn the club in, the owner we refused to honor his handwritten sales receipt stating a $50 credit card credit for pitching wedge if returned. No statement on a timeframe or anything of the sort. I feel that he took advantage of me and that other consumers should watch out

If you are thinking about buying a driver on line (forget it) What if you do not like the shaft or the elevation or whatever. These guys worked with me for hours. Different drivers, different shafts, different elevations. They have a great simulator and you can see club head speed, distance ect. I purchased a driver, and took it to the driving range. I was not happy with the distance I was getting. I brought it back and they gave me 100% credit towards another one. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE! Justin, Nick, Tommy, you guys re-define customer service! You can bet all my future purchases will be at Addicted to Golf!
