Talked on phone to see if they had part, drove out to go get and and was refused service because we dont have a contractor account. Wasted a lot of time.

For starters the salesman didn’t know how a limit switch works. Then he wanted to order the wrong one for me. And after all that his boss refused to sell me the wrong limit switch because I don’t hold a contractor license. (I’ve been doing HVAC work for the Army for over 20 years) They’d rather my 21mo old go without heat than sell me a part to fix my furnace. I found the right part online which they couldn’t do for me.
