Checked in at 1:pm, after 20 minutes of check in process they say that my load is not produced yet and better come at 6 pm. Checked in one more time at 5 pm and loaded by 7 pm…. At checkout they say that it’s the wrong load and they make me go back and unload… 9 pm unloaded….Now at check out they say- check in again and we will load you with the right load … I thought twice and decided to go home… If you want to experience the same as me, welcome to this place (I would say “hell”😂)
Appointment was at 9pm. I was running late arrived at 11:30pm. Had a dock for me was loaded in about a hour and half to 2 hours. Guards and yard driver were very cool. No complaints from me.
They are the worst shippers ever. Never ever take their loads. Me and my teammate were there on time and our load was about 44000LBS but they loaded us to the max and when we scaled driving out it was 47200LBS. We went back and talked to the management and the main guy named Marcus Smith who was loading us asked us to take this load and leave otherwise he will make us wait for another hour and will totally unload us. We didnt leave and after an hour he sent a guy and he totally unloaded us. Were waited there as per our brokers instructions and then their security called the cops on us. We showed them the paperwork and told the cops that this guy Marcus Smith was not agreeing to load us to the legal limit and instead of accepting his mistake, totally unloaded us. The cops called Marcus in and he told them that it is his job to load every truck to the max and he said it without any regret. This is the worst experience ever I had in my career. Truck drivers are the backbone of this nation and they should be respected. This unethical and arrogant behavior is totally unacceptable.
2 hours in and out to get loaded for RI. Not bad
For the most part, easy in and out. I arrived way earlier than my appointment so had to wait, they were cool about it though...no overnight parking but theyre lenient about needing to wait for pick up. All and all, great experience. Just have to remember, its trucking and the world doesnt revolve around you...
They load heavy and took 3 tries at sliding the tandems but honestly the experience was fast and painless. I showed up right on time and was in a dock 10 minutes later. After being in the dock for about an hour the yard driver knocked on my door to tell me I was ready to leave. Pull forward slightly and secure your load and drive to the gate to scale out. They will allow you to adjust tandems as needed. When you scale legal you can get your bills and leave.
1200pm appointment asked to come back 0200pm broker called twice before to make sure I come on time. This is really annoying. We are late for breaking down sometimes. But, why only truckers are blamed for being late, but never blaming shipper at all????This industry is really something wrong. I got shower with lots of bugs at truck stop. Then, I ggt very nasty tea as well. Now, Broker called twice last night for gps location, and shipper is not ready for product yet¡!!!!!!!
Great pickup point... Your in and out pretty fast
Everything was great. Quick loading and unloading. 5*
Do not trust there Automatic Text messages Kiosk. I waited 4 hours never got text messages and I went inside check in office. They told me to check in again on the kiosk machine. Don’t wait to get a text message. They never send you messages.
They are usually quick to load you. However my last visit there i waited in a line for more than 2 hours trying to leave.
Quick and efficient at this facility. Drop & hook was fast. Very nice employees too.
Not too bad to pickup from here. If you have all of your info ready, everything will go smooth.
Very bad experience.went there to pick up load after three hours on dock they said ur product is not ready.they told me to leave the facility.security people very slow.too much traffic on the gates.
Good people, super easy facility to deliver to. Everything Ive grown to come to expect from the hard-working Pennsylvania blue collar.
Quick in and out and I was 3½ hours early for my load.
Told to be there at noon arrived at 715pm load not ready come back at 830 pm load not ready 10 pm load finally ready hr and 45 mins later got loaded wasnt bad except not ready, no staging area guard was very nice and guy on yard dog
Appointment midnight I was there, waited 45 to scale and check in only one truck ahead of me. Got checked in the guard lady called for a door I was told there not running my load and call my dispatch to get another load, I asked her to double check the appointment number she didnt and she called shipping again as I would not leave, I told shipping I would wait for how ever long it took, they sent me away. I called broker in morning I was sent back to find other driver got sent away and ws back, everyone said the guard was rude came back and it took a hour to check in I got a door its going on 3 hours and they just started to load, check out u need to weigh make sure its all good then get your papper work it will take another hour to check out, avoid this place at all cost, I thought of giving this place the benefit of doubt but the guy next to me was sent away as well the night before and told me he had the same experience
Appt 3pm arrived 2pm departed 3:30pm
Security guards are extremely rude nasty place takes forever to load or unload
9:30 PM appointment I arrived 3:30 pm. Asked to come back at 10:00 pm. come back 9:30 pm asked to came back at 2:00 am. Came back at 1:30 am and was told to come back at 7:00 am. The security guard was very polite but the manager refused to come out and talk to me. I understand things happens but they need to man up and face the person they are making to waste the whole day. I will never come back to this place.
I use to load or pick up loaded Trailers of Beer and deliver it some 500 miles away. From 1993-99 for Marten transport. Then I moved home quit drinking 18 wheels.
Picked up Grandson from work there.
Had a 1200 appointment to pick up. Checked in at 1130. After an hour no call for a door and went to enquire back at the guard shack. Was told that the load would not be ready until 2200 that night. Huh?¿? Not good so one star.
Not sure what happened to other drivers here. I had almost a 100% opposite experience. Appt was 2130. Arrived at the gate at 2115 and was happy to see very competent security officers working the gate. Checked in quickly and professionally. Got in the door by 2130 and was greeted by the yard jockey about 2155 letting me know that the light was about to turn green and I was all set. I would come back if here again. Loaded correctly and weights were fine. Good job by all involved with my visit.
Horrible place for truck drivers. I arrived at 1 pm now is 8 pm and still not being loaded. This place is a nightmare and a waste of time. They provide you with a phone number to follow-up regarding your loading status wich is an automated message.
Fast Loading and nice people. But you may spend 2 or more hours outside the gate before get the dock door. My appointment was 6:00 pm, checked in by 5:30 pm and finally went to the dock by 9:00 pm then got Loaded by 10:00 pm. Checked out by the guard by 10:30.
Definitely awesome!
Worst place for a tucker to get loaded
Wouldve given them 5 stars but their scales are way off. Otherwise I was in and out within 1h30
Loaded me quick, early, and legal. Was in at 0930 and gone by 1130. Scales inbound and outbound so you can adjust before taking off. A few truckstops within 50 miles or so so there are places to go after getting loaded
Worst check in:out times I’ve experienced at any brewery. 45 minutes to get checked in, 45 minutes to get a bob tail wait 1.5 hours to check out. They’ve also been “repairing” a scale for over a month?!
Theres trash on there fields, so much for environmental awareness
We took the newly opened tour there and the tour was very well guided with the perfect amount of general brewery and beer-making knowledge to let us be a part of the process without going too deep into the weeds. Exposing the group to all of the various brands of beer being made at the facility and seeing its immense size really allowed us to see and respect the enormity of efforts going on. While I’m not a big fan of Budweiser, the sheer size and engineering that goes into making that much beer in such large quantities was mesmerizing.
This place is messed up. Only one outbound scale open.Finished loading an hour ago, sill not made it even close to scale house.
Took a tour on 8/5. Very interesting process. Impressed by their safety, housekeeping, and quality assurance programs. Also impressed by all the energy-saving and recycling measures they have in place. Our tour guide, Duncan, was very knowledgeable and professional. Great idea offering these tours.
As a truck driver, it was the most unhappy place to be. Service was horrible and very×4, slow. I hope I dont have another experience like I had if I had to go back. I give it no ⭐. I had to give a star to post.
Had me 3500lbs over weight and lied to me about my axle weight
I took the 4:00 tour on Sunday and I loved it. The tour, tour guide, and experience were amazing! I would do this again in a heartbeat! If you have a chance to take this tour, please do! Between the knowledge you gain, seeing everything, and not to mention free samples (yes, I am samples.decent sized and full size), you will not regret it!
My appointment was at 4pm. Came at 1pm, out at 2 pm. Fast loaded. They have scales on site and you won’t leave with overweight!!!
Great experience picking up here, employees very professional with great manners, very busy day for them so I had to wait 3 hours ; other than that, excellent!!.
Privileged to take a private tour here with my MBA program. Absolutely amazing how they maintain such high quality while mass producing their product. The employees are great as well. Very passionate about their craft. I have a whole new respect for Anheuser Busch!
It was my first time there. A couple of observations. Make sure you have a safety vest. Make sure you sweep out your trailer. Make sure that you have to load locks or load straps. Use the bulkhead to protect the load before you strap or lock. Slide your tandems all the way to the rear. Dont forget to move them up before you leave. Loads are heavy but they have a scale at the exit gate.
People are very nice. Easy to get in and out. Not too many problems with loads being out of adjustment. Food nearby (i.e. Wendys, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Starbucks, a couple of restaurants). For trucks, DO NOT COME IN ON US60 WEST. If you do, you will have to go up on US 143 and loop around to come back down. The truck entrance is only accessible from US60 East!!!
Fast, and easy
This is and has always been my favorite amusement park to visit. There is something for all ages from live animals to shows to rides for any and everyone. Accompany that with the best scenery and all around well organized and well kept shops and foods that represent each area of the park...from France to Ireland to Germany to Italy....what a great and inviting experience for all ages.
Compared to the St. Louis tour of your main headquarters. This is by far the best one. As per your company Value #5, we definitely felt we were treated as Kings and were offered memorable experiences. The interaction and hospitality of our guide (Vicki) exceeded our expectations and definitely shows that she instills the values of the company. Must consider Vicki for a promotion and raise; she certainly deserves it!Will highly recommend this tour to friends and family!Dilly Dilly,Luis ArriolaNorthern Mariana Islands
Excellent fun! Love the beautiful landscapes and how clean it is!! Great rides and good food and drinks everywhere throughout the park. Worth it!
Experience here today was terrible. Took almost three hrs to get checked. Trucks was lined up for over a mile. Also took almost a hour to check out. With all of that going on i ran out of drive time.
I arrived 3 hours before my appointment and give me the door fast loading 1 hour
Fantastic tour of the Anheuser Busch brewery. Toured the facility in previous years when it was open to the public but this new tour was first hand inside the brewery up close to everything. Really got a hands on tour and would highly recommend this for anyone interested in seeing the brewery.
Its a busy place had an inbound load, took a little over an hour to unload. In and put in less than 2 hours.
Maybe it was just luck, but I have to say this was a piece of cake. Appt at 3pm, arrived at 2:10, out 3:45. Load was heavy, no surprise since this is beer but they have scales on site so you won’t leave overweight. Whole process was real smooth. Ohhhh, make sure you have straps/load bars or something to secure the load with, security checks every truck before sealing the trailer and the driver in front of me was pulled to the side for not having something to secure the load, he was lucky I had some xtra straps l. Good luck to y’all ✌️
Had no issues when I was there
The tour was interesting and informative. It was fun to taste the beer halfway through the process, before it is finished. Our tour guide, Duncan, was great.
Load me 2 hours before my app time.
Im a driver. What I dont like about some of their facilities is they bring there problems to and look for a excuse to dump it on some one. And saying that means some at the wrong moment can get hurt, all they have to do is there job. With professional work skills
Only on person check you in out .It took 1:30 mins to check In (pathetic).
In and out quickly. Guards were friendly, their policies and procedures were clearly spelled out, easy backing, etc. They do load heavy, but have a scale on-site that you’re required to use on the way out.
Always smooth pickup
Cant load at truck without making you over weight..
Appointment 4pm, Arrived @ noon, scale in, loaded, scale out and BOL in hand @ 1:45pm
Rough day. One inbound and one outbound scale down plus a breakdown on inbound. Good luck everybody!
At 15:30 waited 23 mins get on scale. Now 25 mins for gaurd to check me in. Only to tell me to come back at 19:00. Same routine, come back at 21:00 . Then told come back at 01:00. Nope out of hours. See ya in the AM
Vicki was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. My family and I greatly enjoyed the tour and we all felt we learned a great deal from Vicki and the tour.
The tour was extremely entertaining and we had a blast. Definitely going to revisit the brewery for another tour in the future.
Never coming back here again. I was too light so i had to come back and waste 2 more hours
Good American kids work here, take their jobs seriously, very good Yard dogs too, they keep yards looking great!
Was told to come back and check in for appt. I was an hour and 1/2 early damn does it matter. They took about an hour and a half to load me.Easy docks
Great tour of Williamsburg AB plant. Informative, fun and a nice beer afterwards. Could tell all employees love their jobs. Hope they continue to offer this tour.
Slow to unload bulk trailers. Better than the plants in Jacksonville or Columbus. Worse than St Louis or Nashua.
This place sucks only wish I could leave zero stars.
They usually load heavy and with heavy I mean over gross so be prepared to take a trip to the docks!LoL the staff and ship/rec are pretty amiable which is the case for most of the different sites that I have been to. When you get to highway 60 slow down and pay attention to the signs last you wind up at Busch gardens!! LoL
Always a pleasure coming here to get loaded.
Not bad, I was assigned a door at the guard shack, and as luck would have it backed right in. Load time was not to bad, was out of there in about 2 hours.
Waited 9 hours for a load here! It was 90 degrees and had to wait in my truck because the driver break room was in shambles. Not even a Bathroom. This place dont care about drivers. Never ever will I buy any products of theirs..
This place doesnt deserve the one star required to leave a review. Got here at 2340 for a drop and hook. Its 0243 and I just got out the gate. Was over loaded by 2500. The men in the gaurd shack had attitudes. A certain level of telepathy seems to be required to pickup from here as they do not speak.
The tour was awesome! The employees were awesome! The Beer was an extra bonus awesome!!! 💖
Werent very busy while I was there. Guard was even pleasant.
Worst place ever to get loaded. Times never right. This is definitely my LAST time coming here.
Easy place to get your truck loaded. Just get your axles right before you go
Great brewery and awesome place to work!
They dont deserve to do business with good people at all.
It was a new tour, and it definitely showed. The tour guide was great, but really wish she was given a script or general idea of what to say and do. She seemed to be very unsure of herself, and was just telling us little facts that popped in her head as we walked along, in what seemed a haphazard route. Ive been on several other Anheuser Tours throughout the country and this one was insanely lackluster. Id definitely say, not worth $55 for two people. Id gladly take a free or cheaper tour and forego the free souvenirs. Glad to have the Williamsburg tour back though! Maybe if it sticks around, well give it another shot in a couple years.
Was told I could arrive 4 hrs b4 appt time, appt was at 0100 got here at 2015 and was told I had to leave and come back (let me remind you that theirs nowhere to park around here) came back at 2230 and was told I had to leave and come back at 2330, came back at 0030 and since I had a draft load I was told I had to wait for another truck to load and when they pull out then I can pull in....that truck wasnt finished loading until 0300, backed up to the door at 0300 and didnt get loaded until 0820, by the time I received my paperwork it was 0930, 8.5 hours of detention ....heavy loads and cheap paying freight. ...stay away
Wonderful
For a truck driver it is a decent place to pick up a load and its nice how they got a scale on site
In and out in 1+ hour on a del. Not bad.
This business is responsible for my debilitating alcoholism
Such a great tour, you can learn a lot, great tour guide Vickie, you see it all, and free BEER
I would give zero stars if I could! PRAY you dont have to stay the night because your truck broke down or your trailer needs repaired or anything!! And PRAY you dont have to speak to the docks manager Solomon McCray!! What a jerk! My preloaded trailer needed repairs so I had to wait hours for a repairman to come out. I ran out of hours so I asked the gate guards if it was okay if I did my 10 here. I know they dont normally allow overnight parking but I was out of hours and waiting on the repairman. They said that was fine. I ordered food. I decided to call up to the gate to let them know. Granted, I could see the entrance and the delivery driver could have driven straight to me from the entrance and straight out. I accidentally reach Solomon MCCray. He is supposed the manager of the docks. Thank God he is not my manager! I would never work under a man like that! People who are jerks just for the sake of being a jerk! First off, he told me this is FEDERAL property and there is No way a delivery driver can come on this premis! I shouldnt be here overnight. Even though Im out of hours. And even though I walked up to the entrance, if I ever want food delivered again, I have to walk all the way out to the main road!! So God Forbid any of you drivers are stuck here overnight! And Never talk to Solomon MCCray! Jerk! The gate guards are also very slow, unorganized, and lazy. And I am Not usually the one to go off writing a book complaining. This place just really upset me.
This is my job and my company. Im very thankful.
This place is a fu*king joke. Scale, rescale and scale again. Got here at 1300 . Checked in after sitting in line for almost 40 min . Got a dor. After baking up in the dor they called me back outside the facility because for 2 hours nobody is available to load. At 1530 the line started again. This time took longer to ghet checked in . At exit I took my axels weight and didnt parked on scale. They put me to stay for 2 hours in line because the seal goes on when the truck is on scale.
Good
OMG what a joke...I dont understand how a company that make beers so they are billonaries has only 2 security guys at night knowing the big truck traffic here...it was a drop hook so i dont wanna imagine a live load...been here almost 3 hrs only to get out and in front of me like 10 trucks ...HORRIBLE...HOPE GOOGLE LET THEM KNOW
Awesome place to work, if youre fortunate enough to be selected
