It was a beautiful day, people out, the weather was absolutely great!

I was disappointed. I guess i was looking for some good deals and this is the same over-priced stores that i have in my area. It was clean and nicely kept. But not much in the way sales here. I will shop online rather than deal with this.

I like Greensburg Outlet because they have a variety of different stores. I found great buys there and cheaper than some of the stores here in Richmond. They also have great food places. Its about a 30-minute ride and well worth it find me things to see and plenty of things to do

It is an amazing outlet. Nice sores and good discounts.

Stores were alright, half of the employees in the shopping center seem pretty slow. Other than that, the parking lot is absolute garbage, and the food stalls are all over priced. 10/10 not a good waste of time.

I really like how the stores are set up, easy to get to, and easy to find parking.

This was a very nice outlet. Ive been to several from Florida to Maryland, this is one of my favorites because it is huge. Lots to choose from Eddie Bauer, Coach, Baby clothes, sunglasses, everything you can imagine. Please make sure you stop by while visiting Williamsburg, youll have a great time.

The Williamsburg Premium Outlets used to be amazing. The stores were great, as were the prices. However, over the years, stores have disappeared, and prices have gone up. I get that it says Premium in the title, but they were once affordable premium. Now, you can get all the same stuff from elsewhere for much less. I give 3 star since I still like a few of the stores. The Beef Jerky Outlet is not what it used to be.

Don’t know who is currently GM of the mall but it has never been in such a bad shape. I’m local so shop around often. There is never soap in the bathrooms, (considering Covid, that’s a shame!!) landscaping is terrible, a lot of empty stores, you can tell place is not being taken care of. This mall has seen better times.

Love the outlet many stores had sales purchased a pair of high tops in Vans

Decent sales that occur regularly. I dont like the store selection too much. But they have some anchor stores worth checking out. This trip was uneventful because nothing was really in stock.

Large outlet with lots of stores. If youre military or a retiree, most stores offer a military discount. If youre like me and you really just like to browse and walk around, you will definitely have plenty to see here.

Ownership needs to put some love into the grounds maintenance. Lots are looking like deserts, awnings need replaced, & low maintenance landscaping. A few easy fixes can revitalize this place.

Nice organized outlets. These outlets are big and with all the different store options you will definitely find what your looking for.

Every store you can imagine is in this place. Its a lot of walking so if you cant handle about 1-2 miles it would be terrible. I also had a great sandwich at the subway which adds a whole star.

The best outlet mall in the region. We visit every year while in transit. Nice stores, nice food. I recommend you not to finish your shopping without visiting Its All Leggings.

Its a shame how far down hill this mall has gone... what is this outdoor flea market set up theyve had a couple of weekends now? Cheap trash. Sad that Simon allows such events when they continue to raise rent on long-term tenants and these events take away parking from actual paying customers. Landscaping and maintenance is very poor. Stores close and leave almost monthly. Its sad and such a shame.

This place is definitely not what it use to be. Landscape very overgrown, stores empty and just a weird vibe now. Rather go to the outlets in Norfolk even though its smaller.

Very large outdoor outlet that has a number of shops such as Columbia Sportswear, a grocery store - Food Lion - among others such as Subway, Coach, Gap, Banana Republic, and more. Convenient from the main road into town. Plenty of lighted parking.

Just went inn to make a few purchases for christamas gifts... but changed my mind and walked out!When i Walked inn i was TOTALLY ignored!No one said HELLO i wasnt Greeted, no one acknowledged me walking in at all..like TELL ME THE DEALS, point me to what im looking for ladies!It was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE!i walked past 4employees 1being a manager..(She had her back turned thee ENTIRE TIME even in the pic)they ALL standing around the cash wrapp ingulged in there own private conversation and 1 was even cussing...🤦🏾‍♀️and LOUD....After i herd and seen the poor customer service, janky bussiness they were conducting in there i turned around and looked at ALL of them ...(they still didnt notice me at all ) and WALKED OUT after i took my pics.Ill find GIFTS else where and i wont buy a SOCK from out of RAINBOW in that location EVERRRR its real HOOD in there!!Ill pay EXTRA $$ or shop at other stores to grt my family their giftsand carry my bussiness ELSE WHERE i DONT like that type of retail shopping!

Tons of shopping here. Not really a discount outlet. More like $$$ star outlet. You can find some good bargains, but you really have to check prices.

A nice variety of store. NO food court ☹️. To be an outlet, there were no outlet prices. Visited on family vacation, been before, Ill go again.

Great shopping, less crowded early, be sure to check the website for VIP offers and discounts offered during your visit. Williamsburg Bazaar is full of cute things and has the best apple butter for sale.

Dont really feel like Im getting great deals here.... And 10 percent for Military is really low compared to other Outlet Centers!

All good. A lot of back to school shopping. Not much difference in selection from. The year before. I found a few items that I liked.

What i could see in the short time I had it was fabulous! I am planning to return and visit some more stores. The bargains at coach, Nike, and Michael kors was phenomenal! Some items were 70% off plus an additional 25% off! Im not the type that likes to shop but I do love these outlet stores.

The outlet is a wonderful place to shop and meet people. I also brought some items from Guess and Calvin Klein, my fourth visit this summer thus far. Had a nice time and I plan on going back real soon.

If you are looking for a one stop shop where you can get just about anything, This will be your place. They have several shops that provides clothing, shoes, luggage, gifts and so much more. To go to all of the stores here it would take most of a day.

The rain killed the Vibe for me but I made the best of it

COVID has really impacted this place. A lot of the stores I normally go to arent here anymore.Still there is something for everyone.

This place has many differences fashion brands with decent prices. We go shopping every month.

The stores are amazing. There is almost every store here making it very comprehensive to shop for the entire family. However, the restaurants are limited so a one day trip might have you searching for food. Restrooms are also sparse and far from a lot of stores. Plan your restroom breaks accordingly.

Great place for great prices. 4 stars because signs state to present military ID and get a discount. However, not all places give a military discount.

Its your basic Premium Outlet site. There arent any real discounts there. They just use the word outlet to make you think youre getting a bargain price when youre not.

My weekend getaway to Greens Springs Resort had to visit Premium Outlets for some nice shopping

Welcoming feel, Excellent service the employee ladies take time to help you with what you are looking for. Vacationing with family here from Texas, enjoyed every minute of shopping there!

Fairly decent prices, not too crowded. Parts of the center parking lot looked kind of run down/not kept up with.

Outlets are great as long as you keep in mind you are: not actually gonna find many good deals (youll have to really look), anything recent is full price the deals are on limited quantity older season styles, its crowded as all get out and people are awful around there, you will get the best deals if you socialize with and are sympathetic with the plight of the employees while simultaneously not asking them to get you a deal. The deals are usually just on some rack everyone forgets to look at.

Wander Shopping, found some things and looked into other ides no decisions made yet . Enjoyed the Long Walk .

Loved Bath and Body works.The only criticism is the the outlet mall area looks bad. The grass needs mowed etc. Sad to see this to start to happen this is a premiere area and location. Covid-19 has done damage on every level..

This place is massive. We found they offer something for just about everyone. It will take a fair amount of your day if you plan on going through it so be prepared. At this current time some stores still required masks but not all did, check first or just bring a mask in case.

Shopping at Bath and Body Works staff was friendly got a real bargain and discount

Just beautiful!! Williamsburg and Yorktown seem like theyre part of the few remaining vestiges of sanity in the United States. Lots of history, scenery and active people who know how to get along in an urban environment. Very family friendly...going to buy property here asap!

Great selection of stores, only issue is that parking lot can be a bit crazy. So try to go at non peak times.

Skechers was great. I joined the skechers plus and got a discount.

We visit at least twice a year. I was surprised to see some of my favorite stores were gone. The shopping experience was not the same. There seems to be a heightened sense of sercurity now. Almost every store we went in we were followed around by the workers asking if we needed help. It was a week day and business was very slow. So there werent a lot of people in the stores. Maybe two or three others.It just wasnt a good experience.

AWESOME Store. We were greeted by the owner who gave greeted us with a big smile. She was friendly courteous and professional.

My usual shops were in good working order but I noticed an influx of no name stores and parts of the outside looked like it hasn’t been kept up this summer.

That is the best outlet in this region. I can find very affordable clothes of good quality whenever I visit.

Pretty good outlet location. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Most stores have very friendly employees. Excellent place to shop if you are in Williamsburg.

Nice and big outlet mall with variety of stores. Make sure wear your mask to enter the store which is required.

Crowded with tourists on the weekends & parking is horrendous on any weekends during which there’s a sale and/or before a holiday.The selection of stores is decent, but they sell out of common sizes.If you must go, try during the week.

Always find some great deals here. Lots of selection. Bathrooms are in rough shape.

It was easy to find off of the interstate. It was a nice size with plenty of name brand outlet stores with a lot of deals. Most of the stores had but 1 get one at 40 or 50% off. Some stores had deep discounted sales racks. A nice place to shop. It was plenty of free parking.

A few good shops but still not a bargain. You can find good deals on clearance racks. More of a tourist trap. Food is exspensive. Ben and Jerrys are usually found in tourist area.

This is a one-stop-shop mall. Food, drinks, and stores for close, footwear, and everything in between, its outside so you can get your steps in going from store to store. A good day outing for you and your family.

Its so outspread.. we couldnt come across the layout plan of the mall and find out which stores are located where. Simons should shape up its Malls.

It looks like an outdoor shopping plaza rather than the outside outlet mall Im use to that all the stores are together back to back in one section like a mall but outdoors.. It was a little confusing as to the location of most stores as you have to drive around to the main section in the middle but once we found them, we were good to go.

Crowded but everyone getting along and masking up. Lots a good deal on this free tax weekend..
