Jack and his staff treated me very fair when I shopped at his store looking for items for our furnished rental properties. I would definately recommend his store to friends and family.

Jack Brittan (owner) was plenty friendly pre-sale. Took weeks for delivery thats when his attitude started. The recliner love seat had a frame from the beginning. He replaced it once (being very rude about it and took over a month) almost immediately the 2nd love seat same issue. This furniture is JUNK $1200 down the drain!! He refuses to make this right and he is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$$$$$

Good experience until I had a issue with a 8 month old mattress! ($800+ down the drain ) Foam held the contour of our bodies permanently. Im 230lbs and my wife is way less. I rotated it like suggested too. I called them for assistance and all they focused on was my receipt. I looked for it until I could scream. I had several with faded ink and it know it was that stupid yellow hand written receipt because I paid in cash... no honor, sympathy, or loyalty. So long to a loyal customer!Purchased new mattress to replace that crap I got from Crapstle furniture along with complete bedroom set. Today Im upgrading my sons room. Guess who wont be making the same mistake twice? This guy, lol. So long Crapstle furniture,I look forward to riding by an empty storefront.
