I love this store! Great selection of games and consoles old and new, as well as loads of accessories and trading cards. Everything is remarkably well-priced, customer service is great, and the return policies for both old and new products are excellent.

A nice game store! Reminds me of a better version of GameStop where it’s just the games. It’s pretty small but it could be worse! Wide variety and selection of pretty much any console! Not many Switch games but I wasn’t looking for those anyways.

Great selection of older games for the older players like myself.

At first we didnt even know this was here, we were told by a friend. We were not disappointed. Tons of retro games for fair prices. Not to mention all the cool collectables. The main thing we were excited about...Was the fact that they had these awesome wooden photos and key chains. Priced greatly. They make them and everything and we couldnt pass them up!

They have games both old and new, and plenty of the accessories needed for many consoles from various eras. The staff are passionate about their games and take pride in sharing that passion with their customers. I have enjoyed chatting with the staff whilst browsing, and the trivia by the register adds some extra fun to the transaction.During my last visit, I watched a young staff member help a younger kid pick out a few games. They compared interests and bounced from console to console, coming up with some great picks. On the way out, the kid was absolutely beaming with excitement. I was very glad to witness such a wonderful exchange.

The first few times Ive been here the man was incredibly nice was more than happy to strike up a conversation. This time going didnt go great at all. The woman seemed bothered or annoyed by the fact anyone was in there. Didnt even bother to greet me or ask if I needed anything. I went to the desk to ask a question and didnt even bother looking up from her phone and completely ignored my being there.

Offered me $18 for all 6 games I brought in. They were charging $19-$29 for those same games each in worse condition than mine... thought that was a little low. Lost a good costumer. Never have I had a problem with their service like this. First time they low balled me like that. Sucks because this was my go to place for retro gaming. I understand they need to make a profit but thats insane.

My husband has bough most of his vintage gaming systems there. They have great prices and amazing customer service. We had a few bugs with an NES cord they replaced it twice after taking a look over both of them, but thats just what great businesses do.

So I took my sons ps3 in and spoke with a woman behind the counter who made an offer on the ps3. She said I needed to take it home and remove all the photos and music from it. She said to bring it back. When I went back, there was a man and he refused to take it. Was all in the same day. Not to mention how horrible the customer services is. I wont spend my money there and I wont recommend anyone else go there either. Just for additional info, we didnt want cash, we wanted store credit. My son wanted to pick a couple games for his new ps4.

Great selection and very well organized store.

Bought a cord for PS3 new for $10. Immediately went home to set it up, and it just didnt work. Went back the next day to exchange it, they wouldnt do it. Tried to get my money back for it, wouldnt do it. Tried to trade it in, they said they had enough.
