No star review. Drove 3 hours to pick up a load that was supposed to be ready and waiting for me at the dock. Well, I was wrong. Waited 6.5 hours to get told they could only find 2 of the 11 sections I was there to pick up. Their computer system even said the doors were done, but no where to be found. What a mis-managed mess.

Worst place to get loaded. You will easily spend at least 5 hours here. I checked in at 1pm, its 6pm and still not loaded. At 3pm workers just walked around and did nothing, they started at 3:20pm. They don’t care for your time and only care about ending their shift. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

When we moved into a new house, our garage door was rickety, loud and when closing it would often reach a stuck point and open back up.My handy father-in-law and I attempted to grease the rollers and adjust some tension cables (as seen on YouTube), but nothing really fixed the problem.Finally, I called Overhead Door (not sure if it was the Reach Road or 3rd Street location) and scheduled an appointment.On the day of the appointment, a van pulled into the drive way. I was unprepared for what happened next...TWO technicians jumped out of the van. One came and briefly spoke to me about the symptoms we were experiencing. The other was pulling parts out of the back of the van. Before I even left them to their work to go back inside, they were greasing things, testing things, unscrewing parts of the door. These guys werent fumbling over eachother. Its like they had done this 1,000 times! TOGETHER. As a TEAM.In just over an hour, TWO garage doors were working like new. AND QUIET!! (at least as quiet as is possible for doors manufactured in the 80s)Outside of the military, Ive never seen anything so precisely excecuted.I wish I could have them back to work on something else! But alas, my garage doors have been flawless in the 4 years since!

Reach Road is the most mismanaged company.. they truly do NOT care about their employees.. They say they do but will give points at will... I spoke with their head HR manager who assured me this was not the case yet they show it so much more differently.. Maggie is just rude to the employees?! I assure you that since this is negative they wont reach out to me and will delete this post!! If I could give 0 stars I would 😡😡😡

If you can deal with favortism youll be ok. Owner walks around with gold jewelry dangling off him complaining about $12-13 an hour wage. Lol pathetic. Itll be ok till you try and leave to better your life then they act like your against them. This is what youll be working with, the owner tried to fire a guy for no reason he sued them and won because owner sent nasty email to him now this guy is the main guy. Its all screwed up!
