Carts everywhere. Empty shelves. Garbage laying around. I dont know what happened to the store, but it was pretty trashy. Never saw it like that before.

Giant is reliable in products. Gross and vegetables are fine. More of the vegetables are in packages now instead of choosing how much you want, not all. Service department is fine if you need them.

Strictly from a floral section, this is my favorite place around. I never buy pre arraignment flowers as I have vases so I do my own up. They have the nicest and biggest selection around.

Always great bonus buy specials. Love the rewards program. Super friendly and helpful staff at this location.

I had a great experience. Sam was at the customer service desk and went above and beyond to help me find the product I was looking for. She even put in a request for a product they do not currently carry.

There are so many great things to say about this store! In summer or winter there produce is always good, fresh, and wonderful. ( I love the discount shelf of good produce across from the deli department)! All the staff are helpful and friendly. Everything is always well stocked. I love that the milk and bread as well have 2-3 week shelf life left on them. .In other words, you you dont have to buy milk or bread that says..use by 3 days from now. I like the giant app on my phone. It is easy to use and very helpful with shopping. We moved farther away last year and I have groceries stores near by..but I still go the extra 20 minutes away because I am extremely impressed with this store!!!

Maria my cashier was very nice but Sam came up to get her cash from the drawer and did not speak and was rude. She even took my money handed me the change and never said thank you it said one word to me!

This store is always clean! They have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. I have had extremely good experiences when dealing with the staff and some not so good experiences. I think the quality of their bakery has gone down. But I would definitely prefer to buy my produce from somewhere clean even if staff were horrible.

The friendly staff here were so happy to help me find the things I needed after an unexpected over night at the hotel nextdoor. The cashier Melissa was very friendly and kind. She really does love her stuffed animals, she was happy to help me choose the perfect one for my sad daughter.

Went to pick up a prescription that I was told two days ago it would be there overnight. They said it was still not there. Half hour later on my way home I get a text saying its there. Not happy! I live 40 minutes away.

Selected smoked ham off the bone package from the prepackaged lunch meat. The picture on the right is what was inside the package. It most certainly was not ham. It was thrown away. Not returnable, as it is a 45 mile round trip from Sullivan county for us to shop

Terrible experience after being a faithful customer for 40 years. The level of training and experience is so low. The selection is poor. We cant get what we want. We will not be going back. Save yourself the aggravation go to a Supermarket that appreciates you.

I always look for deals and specials. The employees are helpful and they are always polite.

They have more then Walmart at least.

Love Giant! The only issue I have is the self checkout person always seems to be annoyed or grumpy. Other then that, its a great place to shop with great prices. Giant brand items are better comparable to named brands more so then other store brand products.

Usually has what I need at a good price. This is also a very clean store with friendly associates. The cashier was pretty impatient and didnt smile much. The cashier was also me 😐 plenty of self checkout lanes.

I mean its a grocery store its clean well stocked and their prices are competitive.

It’s a good store with nice selection but the cashiers are too lazy to bag your groceries they just throw them on the table and expect you to bag them. If I wanted to do that I’d go through self checkout.

I enjoy doing my grocery shopping there. I just wish they would bring back the generics under their own brand to help me live more within my budget. I loved the generic spices and herbs. I miss their big bottle of generic lavender dish liquid. I have no idea WHY they eliminated a lot of them. They were Great products that accommodated all of us who live on fixed incomes.BRING BACK THE GENERIC PRODUCTS. I LOVED THEM.

I love Giant for all my meat needs. They always have fresh meat and it never looks old and its reasonabley priced. I only have 2 places I buy my meat from and Giant is one of them.

Not a fan of their store lay-out. Signage on products not visibly noticeable. Keep trying to like this store, but constantly disappointed. Cashiers lately not friendly. Giant needs to study Wegmans mode of doing business. Never disappointed when I shop there.

Fried chicken I got was tearable, old grease,u ought to change it now and then!!!

Cashier was extremely rude. Spent $100 & never said a word to me so I said your welcome when she handed receipt still never uttered a word.

Love every Giant store Ive ever been in! Their selections are great. So many kinds of cheeses! Very good quality meat. Always lots and lots to choose from in the produce section, great salad options and lots of fruits and veggies. Bakery is nice as well and they offer some very good bread. Every Giant Ive been in has been very clean. Watch out for the robot! 😉

Ive had an EXCELLENT experience shopping there everytime I go there and the employees are ALWAYS helpful and friendly.

Store over all is well run. Most stock is rotated well and they have a good selection of many products. The restrooms are usually kept up and supplied and many associates are helpful. I would recommend also because its open normally 24 hrs per day

I like to shop at Giant. They have pretty good bargains but I have to admit that Im not too fond of their bakery department. Not much of a selection and expensive

I love Giant supermarket product selections and the delivery service to your car is a phenomenal time saver. Order on line, pick up in the parking lot when they deliver it to your car. Great for busy moms.

I love this store. They have just about everything, I have to force myself to leave. Good prices too and everything is so fresh. The store is very nice clean and well stocked. I go every chance I get!

Our primary grocery store. Rolling out a scan-as you-go app. According to the people at the store, it is not supposed to start till January. I was however able to scan all of my items eventually and then just check out at 1 of the checkout kiosks. I guess in January it will let you check out mobile.

For those not from this area, this is a wonderful grocery store. Workers here are very kind and courteous. The store is very clean and well laid out. Very good selection of products and the rewards card was worth the savings. They also take out of state food cards in case anyone needs to know that information. :)

Giant is the place to shop for consistently good prices, loyalty rewards ( get the Giant app), and a very friendly staff. Unlike other markets, you see the same smiling faces year after year. Once I went for cream corn at Thanksgiving, and they were out, but gave me a $10 gift card. Theyre like that there. Very nice people. Open 24/7, for youre 4am shopping needs.
